MEILLEUR Ernie
1929 - 2009

Après une vie remplie d'amour la chandelle d'Ernie s'est éteinte le 18 septembre 2009 à l'âge de 80 ans au Manoir des Pionniers.

Il laisse dans le deuil sa meilleure amie, son épouse Pauline (Robert). Proud father of his three angels, Lise Davis predeceased in 2007 (Jean-Claude), Joanne Adam (Marc) and Joscelyne Séguin (Jacques). Wonderful Grandfather of Chloe Dale (Mathew), Sophie Adam (friend Kevin Dallaire), Renée-Claude and Manon Davis, Zakari and Anik Séguin. Has also left behind one beautiful great grandson John Dale and a little sister or brother on the way. Frère de Lucien (Betty), Hervé (Stella), Réjean (Cécile), Marcel (Carmen), Daniel (Denise). Va rejoindre ses parents Albini et Dora (Pitre), ses frères Raymond et Conrad et sa soeur Murielle.

Ernie was the happiest at Ernie's Hideway, his home away from home on the French River. Ernie was born and raised in Noelville. He enjoyed everything to do with nature. Dad would always be seen either cutting down trees (that mom did not always approve of) or having famous bonfires with the Melchiors. Ernie a oeuvré à INCO pendant 34 ans et depuis ce temps a pleinement joui de sa retraite.

Ernie will be missed by his many friends and family. In lieu of flowers donations to the St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Staircase Fund will be greatly appreciated. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel du Manoir des Pionnier et spécialement Amanda, Viviane et notre fameuse cuisinière Denise.

on Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009 at 10:30a.m. in St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
