Trenton "Trent" Levi Meilleur, 21, of Gilbert Lake, Ont., passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 1987

He was born on April 27, 1966 in Roblin, Man. Trent had worked on construction and excelled at building things and was very mechanically inclined. He was well known and liked by many people. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing and boating.  He had lived most of his life in Atikokan.

The family included his parents, Don and Yvonne of Gilbert Lake, Ont. ; his fiancée Wendy Lelyk of Winnipeg, Man. ; two brothers, Derek and wife Sharon and their daughter Ashley of Thunder Bay, Ont., Brad and his fiancée Dianne Bessette of Atikokan, Ont. ; two sisters Melanie and Craig Nicholson, Daphne and Rob, all of Winnipeg, Man. ; paternal grandfather Nap Meilleur of Gilbert Lake, Ont. ; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by a nephew Adam Meilleur.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, November 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church. Fr. Ross Feeley officiated with interment in Little Falls Cemetery.

Parish prayers were held on Tuesday, November 24 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church.

The pall bearers were Eric Carlson, Larry Gosselin, Daniel Bessette, Christian Paquette, Sylvain Paquette, Dean McEvoy and Craig Nicholson.
