JOHN DEERE NO-TILL DRILL (10-feet wide, suitable for planting grasses, legumes including soybeans and small grains, requires 70-horsepower tractor minimum) - $80 minimum fee plus $8/acre over ten acres
TYE NO-TILL DRILL (7-feet wide, suitable for planting grasses, legumes including soybeans and small grains, lighter and easier to handle than the John Deere drills above, requires 45-horsepower tractor minimum) - $70 minimum fee plus $7/acre over ten acres
BRILLION SEEDER (for traditional seeding, 8-feet wide, suitable for cool-season and warm-season grasses and small legumes, requires 40-horsepower tractor minimum) - $70 minimum plus $7/acre over ten acres

All equipment must be scheduled through the Meigs SWCD office at (740) 992-4282 during regular business hours for delivery Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Fee include delivery and approximate calibration. Seeding amounds may vary and user is responsible for ensuring machines are properly calibrated, and cleaned prior to pickup. A $25 cleanup fee will be assessed for equipment not cleaned following use. A $20 fee will be asssessed if equipment is delivered and not used. A $10 charge per month will be added to all outstanding bills after 60 days.
NEW! A $100 delivery/pickup fee will be assessed for equipment rentals outside the county.
