Attitude: A happy-shooting-his-Smith-&-Wesson monk, Genjo Sanzo is no push over when it comes to battles with youkais. He is the guardian of Son Goku, the youngest of the group, can communicate with Cho Hakkai and argues with Sha Gojyo. His master, Kormuyuu Sanzo died protecting him and before death, named him Genjo Sanzo. After that, Sanzo went in search of his master's Holy sutra. But, He free's Goku from his prison under the Five Fingered Mountain and has to be his guardian. Well, then later, meets up with Hakkai and Gojyo and three years later, they go on a journey to the west. Kanzeon Bosatsu loves to irritate him as his heavenly form was her nephew, Konzen Douji. He uses his paper fan on Goku and Gojyo when he thinks that they are too noisy (A/n, they are ALWAYS noisy with Goku's hunger and Goyjo's whining for women :P) Well, deep down he knows that they all care for him and Goku cares the most.
