Upon its review you will see that I possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems from California State University Long Beach. While attending school, I have worked part time as a Helpdesk Analyst for Polar Air Cargo in Long Beach, which has allowed me to utilize my skills as well as my education. Prior to Polar, I worked for Crescent Marketing in Placentia, where I use to maintain their book keeping. I also worked for Game Quest in Buena Park where I was a manager, and I maintained the company's website http://www.gamequestdirect.com/. This experience has given me an opportunity to put the skills I learned in school to practical use. In addition to the experience I attain, my current position as a Helpdesk Analyst has given me an oppotunity to provide first level support and learn the knowledge needed to troubleshoot, utilize my customer service skills, and installation of hardware and software.
My education has provided me with valuable programming and software skills that I am anxious to put to use. While my formal education is completed, I am eager to continue my education informally be continuing to expand my knowledge in various programming languages, keeping up to date with technology, and software programs. My combination of education and experience has allowed me to develop excellent written and verbal education skills, the ability to work as a part of a team, and ability to analyze and problem solving.
