Newstead Townhomes Securing Financing
The uncertain market has made the initial financing for the Newstead Townhomes more challenging than anticipated. However, The Gurley Partnership continues to move forward. PACE Center Nearing Completion
The Alexian Brother's PACE Program Center is nearing completion. The project consists of converting the existing 1960's mid-century modern Corpus Christy Church into a low-incom elderly Day Care Center with addition of a new 3,000 s.f. Clinic. The Center is scheduled to open mid April.
Hotel Indigo - Clayton Missouri
Conrad properties purchased the existing Daniele Hotel in north downtown Clayton and is converting it into a Hotel Indigo. The renovation includes adding an additional story to the building. Construction is scheduled to begin early summer 2008.
Sales and Construction sign going up at the Newstead Townhome site

Alexian Brothers PACE facility in Jennings out to bid
The 13,000 s.f. redevelopment of the former Corpus Christy church in Jennings MO and addition of a brand new clinic has been sent out to bid. Construction is slated to begin in Fall 2007.
