| Rescues for Adoption |
| From time to time I will have rescues coming in that need to find a new home. All rescues are not for breeding, and must be kept as pet-only chins. Because they are rescues, I cannot predict their personality nor health. While they are in my care they will be worked with daily to get them used to being handled. Even though they will be worked with, I cannot gaurentee a friendly chinchilla! They will also be taken to the vet and treated if needed! Please note that when asking about a rescue you will be required to fill out an adoption form, and sign a no-breeding contract. |
| Chilly- Chilly is a standard female. She is about 2 years old. Chilly came to me because her owner could no longer keep her due to allergies. She's a very friendly, and happy chinchilla. She did have a minor eye problem that was easily cleared up with medication. Chilly will come with her cage, a house, water bottle, food dish, a month supply of pellets, and dust. | Raisin- Raisin came to me on 09/29/05. Raisin is a Hetero Beige male, and was born 12/05/03. He seems to be a very friendly chinchilla, and seems to be in good health. Because he just came into rescue, I do not know much about his personality yet and will update while he is here. Raisin will be ready for adoption after his 4 week quarentine period. I am accepting adoption applications on him at this time, but he will NOT be adopted out until his quarentine is over. He will come with his cage, house, food dish and water bottle, as well as a month supply of pellets and dust bath. If you are interested in adopting Raisin please contact me. | Jizzo - Standard Female. About 1.5 years old. Seems to be a shy, but friendly chinchilla. Jizzo will be ready for adoption after her 4 week quarentine period. I am accepting adoption applications on her at this time, but she will not be able to leave until quarentine is complete. She will come with all supplies. UPDATE: Jizzo Has Been Adopted!! |
| Gizmo- Gizmo is a Standard Grey male. He was born August 25th, 2004. Gizmo has been here for about 8 months now. He is one of the sweetest chinchilla's I've met, I have to wonder why no one wants this boy? He's friendly, craves attention, and just wants to be petted. He does not like my other chinchillas, so would need to be housed seperatly. Gizmo is just a total sweetheart. Gizmo is ready for adoption now, and is just looking for that forever home.
