This is the Drunk, he's drunk pretty much all the time. He used to be a member of The Armed Forces
but was ejected from the ranks because he was caught drinking when he was supposed to be monitoring
communications on a covert mission.
Now he hangs out outside liquer stores asking patrons for change to buy a bottle of JD.
