For US Residents: There is a shipping charge of $3.00 PER ITEM
For Canadian Residents: There is a shipping charge of $10.00 PER ITEM. Payment must be made in US Dollars.
Insurance(Recommended):
$2.00 for orders up to $50.00
$5.00 for orders up to $100.00
