| Alegria Quartet is a Spanish band living in Amsterdam We are profesional musicians, and we play Spanish music, with an accent on Gipsy party songs. To every party that we perform, we try to recreate the same fun atmosphere we grew up with, watching another generation of gipsy musicians playing and having fun. Spanish gipsy music is almost a life style, with a wide range of emotions: there is nothing like a dark and dramatic gipsy song, and also there is nothing like a gipsy party in the South of Spain! |
| Repertoire: Our main inspiration is the songs we grew up singing along, songs wich authors are long forgotten in the book of time, but also we try to update with more modern music, such as Camaron de La Isla, Ketama, Gypsy Kings, Paco de Lucia, Pepe de Lucia, etc. Flamenco Dance, and especially Bulerias are a part of our act as well. |

| Availability: Alegria Quartet is available for bookings troughout the Netherlands and Europe, and creates the ideal sound for festivals, concerts, receptions, private events, hotel and restaurant entertainment. We are specialized in happy events, and we play a lot of weddings, birthday party's, suprise party's, and Gypsy festivals (ex: Kijkduin Gypsy Festival -The Netherlands) |
