Sometimes life can get you down,

and you think that you are going to drown,

bills keep on coming through the letter box,

to keep on top, you gotta be sly as a fox,

you need to find strength from somewhere,

to help you get out of this nightmare,

you gotta pull out of this tailspin,

the only way is to inquire within,

to draw from a deep inner reserve,

gotta stay steady and keep your nerve.

There is no easy way out,

so why scream and shout ?

take it all one step at a time,

no mountain too high to climb,

at the end of the tunnel is a light,

but to get there you must fight,

make sure you never give in,

for that would be a mortal sin,

dig in your heels deep,

and your sanity you'll keep.
