I love taking baths. Here are a few ideas for you if you love baths too.

1. Add a few drops of oil to your running bath to help calm, heal or energize you.
You can also place some oil in your ritual bath that corresponds to your spell.

2. Get yourself some cheese cloth and sew it into a square (leave one end open) and stuff
herbs, oils and flowers into it. Sew it up all the way, hang it on your bath faucett and let the water
activate the herbs and oils. That is so nice for gifts too.

Here are some essential oil/herbal properties for you to get started.

By topic:
Aches birch, bergamot, cedarwood, chamomile, juniper, lavender, lemon, majoram
Alertness, Energy basil, peppermint, rosemary,
Anti-anxiety bergamot, clary sage, lemon, jasmine, patchouly, rose, tangerine
Bronchitis bergamot, eucalyptus, clove, rosemary, thyme

By herb:

Basil Increases memory and concentration, helps with sinus congestion, upper respiratory complaints
Bergomot anxiety, depression, skin antiseptic
Lavender (my favorite!) relaxation, burns, sedative, arthritis, migraines, stimulating
Orange, sweet calming, relieves tension, nervousness
Rosemary increases memory, clears head, arthritis, adrenal gland, muscular aches
Peppermint mental fatigue, stimulant, fever reducer, upper respiratory congestion, muscular aches, stomach flu, flatulence
Patchouli grounding, stimulating, aphrodisiac, revives buried memories
Lime stimulating, calming, liver tonic, arthritis
Lemon stimulating, calming, arthritis, liver tonic, astringent, cellulite, bactericidal

These are just a few suggestions (i'll be adding more) Remember never to apply essential oils directly to your skin. Use a carier
oil such as almond oil. Just be careful. You may be alergic to an oil. So be cautious. Discontinue any useage if you feel sick, get a rash
hives or anything looks or feels not normal!
