History of OLP

WA-Nekekami here.  Many of you know that I was Nekekami-OLP before, but that is all over.  I was recruited a few days after OLP had been started, so I'm pretty sure that I was there for most of it.

Through out most of the Clan's history, not much happened.  We were started by Spyder-OLP, Sniper-OLP, and I think that Foxx-OLP, and Assassin-OLP helped too.  I don't know of any others.  We grew fast, showed no signs of slowing down, had about 15 members who were on often, but about 60 total.

We had been up and active for about 6 months, when we started losing control.  People were recruiting when they shouldn't have, our leaders weren't on often enough, especially Spyder-OLP, and n00bs were slipping into our clan.  This helped split the clan, with n00bs causing problems, our members were arguing back, and people started taking sides.  Sniper-OLP tried to crack down on recruiting n00bs, but it was too late.  The n00bs, combined with Spyder-OLP's need to have a life, killed the clan.

This is what I've been able to figure out, as it took place in one day, and I wasn't on the whole day.  Spyder-OLP left the clan early that day, and when he did, several of the division leaders left, and created their own clans, dragging with them some OLPs and pulling apart OLP quickly.  I started a clan, DG, but later I was talking with Sniper-OLP, and he gave me the idea to try to rebuild OLP.  So that night I rewrote all the rules, and started looking for as many ex OLPs I could find.  I managed to bring several OLPs that had left back, and had pretty much had things under control.

Then along came Zidane-OLP.  He, too, was rebuilding OLP.  I tried to negotiate with him to have two leaders, but he was stubborn with his need to stay in power.  Foxx-OLP then came along, and, because she was fairly popular, was "voted" into the position of leader.  That's when I said, "Screw it, OLP is dead" and went to WA.  But an hour later, Foxx hunted me down, and asked me to take control of OLP.  I decided to take another shot at saving it, and went to it.

That went fairly well, and I had control of it.  I had brought almost everyone back under control, and it seemed like it was going to go well.  But it wasn't the same everyone who was fun had left, leaving the n00bs, and the members who were really annoying.  I came to the decision to leave when Archon-OLP and Assassin-OLP were arguing, and ARCHON managed to be more mature about the fight (if you knew him, you can see that that is amazing) than Assassin was.  I could see why OLP had fallen before, with people that wanted to get into a fight as much as they did.  After a few days, I decided to leave OLP.  Before I could do that, something happened that assured OLP of its' death.  Someone gained control of OLP- which was our control for the channel.  He went on a banning spree, and had complete control of our channel.  Two days after that, I left and joined WA.
