Ingredients
1 large bharta brinjal
1 medium size onion
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
coriander leaves to garnish
3 green Chillies
salt to taste
Method
- Apply little oil all over the brinjal. Then roast it on the stove till it is cooked from within(i.e it will become black).
- Peel off the cover of the brinjal and mash it in a vessel or a bowl.
- Add the chopped onions into the mashed brinjal.
- Also add the smashed green chillies to it.
- Heat the oil and then season it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Pour this hot oil in the prepared mixture of brinjal.
- Put salt to taste.
- Now mix it properly and then garnish it with coriander leaves to get a dish that will make the brinjal haters love it.
