David: We are in the City of Brotherly Love, as MECCA makes its way to Philadelphia! Thank you for joining us here on Go Time. I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli, and tonight we'll see a huge eight-man tag team match as Anubis will team with Kevin Stone and the Briscoes to take on the Pyro Twins and the MECCA Tag Team Champions Nykk and Ronin Fox!
Dick: Also, Eddie Crowe will put the Toughman Title that he won last week up for grabs, and it will be against a former champion, Joey Sprinklers.
David: Plus we'll see Allison Danger in action, and much more.
("Hybrid Stigmata" hits and Delirious makes his way to the ring.)
David: Delirious has entered the Six Man Apocalypse at Bloody Valentine, and who knows what this crazy man could do or how far he can go.
Dick: I never would have expected him to even be capable of winning a title here in MECCA, but he proved that theory wrong when he became a tag team champ.
("This is Not My Life" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)
David: Alan feels he has been held down lately, a beaten man, if you will, but that was before he developed that new submission.
Dick: That Anklebreaker is so painful that he even took down Anubis with it a few weeks back and forced the big man to tap. I mean, can you imagine?
(FINISH: Delirious hits the Panic Attack on Mayse and goes up top. He tries Shadows Over Hell, but Alan meets him with a kick. He goes for the Tiger Bomb, but Delirious escapes and takes him over with a snapmare, rolling him back over with a crucifix for two. Alan rolls backward and immediately applies the Anklebreaker. Delirious almost instantly taps out.)
Winner: Alan Mayse
David: Alan has made everyone tap to that move, and Delirious was no exception.
Dick: Alan is in the Six Man Apocalypse as well, and unless his opponents can make it to the ropes, there will be no one to save them as it is every man for himself.
(Alan gets a mic.)
Alan: What you've just seen right here is the rejuvenation of Alan Mayse. My plans are set, and I'm going to start by getting back what's rightfully mine. Eddie Crowe, you had the gall to call me out and say you're coming after me next? Last week you won the title that I built, and I plan on taking it back from you real soon. And then, I will go on to win the Six Man Apocalypse and claim the World Title shot at the MECCA Challenge IV. Eddie, you wanted me so bad, so get out here and accept my challenge!
(Eddie Crowe comes out from the back and gets in the ring. Alan hands him the mic, and Eddie drapes the Toughman belt over his own shoulder.)
Eddie: Alan, you and I have been on a collision course ever since we were both title holders here in MECCA, but look at this... I've got a belt. Ever since you betrayed MECCA and joined the House of Lords, I've been itching to get you alone and now's finally my chance. You will NOT take this title from me, because you are the past and I am the present. And I will make sure that you go down in history as the man who has no country, who turned his back on his allies. Alan, when I get you in the ring, very soon, you die alone.
(Eddie walks away, but Alan nails him from behind. He kicks Eddie in the ribs and then takes the Toughman belt. He whips Eddie with it as officials come out to break it up.)
David: What a piece of work Alan is, attacking the man from behind. He's just trying to get into Eddie's head, because Anklebreaker or not, he has to deal with the longest reigning World Champion in MECCA history.
Dick: I'm sure we'll see that match very soon, but Eddie has a title defense tonight. Hopefully this attack won't hinder that, or Alan may have shot himself in the foot.
David: We'll be right back with more MECCA action!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "At the Helm" hits and Robbie Reno and Ryan Andrews make their way to the ring.)
David: We're back and ready for tag team action, and the team of Robbie and Ryan are set to do battle with a team making their debut here in MECCA.
Dick: I understand that all four of the men in this match have been entered into the 6MA as well.
("Dead is the New Alive" by Emilie Autumn hits and Bloodlust make their way to the ring, along with Medea Knight.)
David: Kavian and Torea are the men who comprise this team known as Bloodlust, and I guess this is just what wrestling needs. More vampires.
Dick: So this is the team that Medea Knight announced she had acquired. It will be interesting to see just what kind of potential they have here in MECCA.
(FINISH: Kavian and Torea both bite the neck of Robbie, and he yells in pain. He elbows them both in the face to escape. Ryan tries to springboard in, but Bloodlust catch him with a double gutbuster. They ram him into Robbie, bending him over. They each trap a hand between his legs and lift him up for a double crossarm powerbomb. Kavian covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: Bloodlust
David: A successful debut for Bloodlust, and if these guys are vampires, they sure are trying too hard.
Dick: They call that move the Bloodletting, and it seems to work very well for them.
David: We'll be back with our Toughman Title match in just a bit.
(Backstage, Nykk is talking with Lisa Letty by the catering table when Shadow enters.)
Nykk: Hey, Shadow. You okay?
Shadow: No, I'm not! Did you know that Katie Piehl just went ahead and gave Naomi another title shot against me at Bloody Valentine?
Nykk: So what's the problem? Just beat her like you've beaten everyone else. This thing has gone on long enough anyway. It's time for the House of Lords to move onto bigger things.
Shadow: That's just it... I don't know if I can beat Naomi.
Lisa: Well, you better beat Naomi. Do you know the only reason I haven't come after that belt again is because I don't want to mess up Nykk's plans? If you're saying you're not good enough to be champion, why didn't you just hand that belt over to me last week?
Nykk: And Shadow, you know the only reason I kept you in the House of Lords when we already had a capable female competitor was because you are the Ladies' Champion, and your tenacity in holding onto that belt by any means necessary impresses me. But this is your true test. Keep that belt at Bloody Valentine, but do it on your own. You're getting no help from us.
(Nykk and Lisa exit.)
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Hit That" hits and Joey Sprinklers skateboards his way to the ring.)
David: It's time for our Toughman Title Match, and Joey Sprinklers is here to regain the belt he lost almost a year ago.
Dick: Joey is looking to get back into the thick of things in singles action now that his team with Huh and affiliation with the House of Lords is over, and that's why he asked for this match.
("Noots" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring.)
David: The first ever triple crown champion in MECCA history is serious about defending the Toughman Title. He just won it last week, and he's already back in the ring defending it.
Dick: Plus we all know that Eddie is a nemesis of Joey, and he has to be happy about getting a chance to get his hands on him again.
(FINISH: Joey goes for Da Sprinklanator, but Eddie knees him in the face to escape. He knees Joey again to send him back into the corner and hits a charging dropkick. He gives Joey the running brainbuster and then goes for the Eddie Dive. Joey gets the knees up and rolls up Eddie with an inside cradle for two. Eddie avoids a kick and plants Joey with a German suplex. Eddie kicks him square in the face, and Joey backs into the corner again. Eddie hits a flying knee strike and then takes Joey down with an enzugiri. The ref checks Joey and sees that he's out, calling for the bell.)
Winner: Eddie Crowe
David: Eddie wins his first title defense by knockout, and you have to wonder if Eddie will be able to hold that belt as long as he held the World Title. The Toughman Title is a whole different ballgame.
Dick: Eddie has proven to be very versatile throughout his career. I'm sure he'll acquit himself admirably as champion, no matter how long that is.
(Joey starts to wake up as Eddie leaves the ring. Huh suddenly runs out past him and gets in the ring. Joey sees him coming and rolls out of the ring. Huh chases him around ringside and into the crowd.)
David: Well, Huh certainly hasn't forgotten the bad feelings between him and Joey, and Joey wanted no part of an angry Huh.
Dick: Those two never got along as partners, and now they have an excuse to go at each other. I'm sure we'll be seeing that match very soon.
David: We'll be right back with Allison Danger in action against "Heavenly" Heather Star!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Destroy" hits and Nykk makes his way to the ring.)
David: Wait a minute, we're supposed to have our ladies' match right now. Nykk is going to be in the eight-man tag in the main event, so what's he doing here?
Dick: I don't know, but he has that MECCA World Title with him, so I would guess that this has something to do with his match against Austin Lee at Bloody Valentine.
(Nykk gets a mic.)
Nykk: Three years I've been coming out here as the owner of MECCA, the guy to beat, the guy who can make or break careers. And now that I've finally regained what's rightfully mine, the MECCA World Championship, I am not getting the respect I deserve. After three years, I'm still not getting my due. Now, on February 23, I step into the ring in Dayton, Ohio, and my match with Austin Lee goes back even farther than MECCA. When I started MECCA, it was all a precaution. I wanted to protect the jobs of the workers of RCW, because that's just the kind of guy I am! I knew we were on a sinking ship, and before MECCA was really off the ground, I had one more show for RCW. And it was WrestlingRevolution II when I stepped into the ring, confident that I would see this promotion out the door as the RCW Champion. But Austin, you took that glory away from me on that night. And you think you can waltz into MECCA and take it away from me again? Where were you three years ago when this whole thing started? You have not earned the right to step into the ring with me, and at Bloody Valentine, you will regret you ever got the chance. One time is all I need, and...
("The Way I Am" hits and Austin Lee makes his way onto the stage, carrying a briefcase and a mic.)
David: Austin Lee has heard enough of this, and he's got something with him it looks like.
Austin: Nykk, mate, don't come out here and try to make me seem like the bad guy. These people know the truth. They know that WrestlingRevolution scared you enough to keep me out of MECCA while I got to watch most of my friends and rivals come here and make the money and get the glory. And I also know it sticks in your throat so bad to think of me as the last RCW Champion, and I can't blame you. But trust me... when I take the MECCA Championship away from you in ten days, you will be on the verge of suicide. Because I'm not just coming into this match as Austin Lee, no.
(He opens the briefcase and reveals the RCW Championship belt.)
Austin: I'm coming into this match as the RCW Champion! And there will be one last title defense, because Katie Piehl has agreed with me and it's time for MECCA to meet up with its past so that the future can be an open door. So at Bloody Valentine, we will be having a Unification Match in the very place I took this belt from you three years ago. So when you look up at me holding both of these belts high above my head, you will have to bow down and admit that Austin Lee has owned you!
(Nykk stares at Austin with hatred as he holds the RCW belt in the air.)
David: A Unification Match for the RCW and MECCA Championships will take place at Bloody Valentine! This adds a whole new dimension to this match, fans. We'll be right back!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "A to Z" hits and Allison Danger makes her way to the ring.)
David: We're back on Go Time, and now finally it's time for the action to continue as Allison Danger looks to follow up on her debut match in MECCA with another win.
Dick: Danger looks to be ready to climb the rankings here in MECCA, and she has stated that she came to MECCA with winning the Ladies' Title in mind.
("Dance Commander" hits and Heather Star makes her way to the ring.)
David: "Heavenly" Heather Star came very close recently to becoming Ladies' Champion and she would certainly like another chance at Shadow. But to get there, she will have to win consistently and getting some payback on Danger is a great way to do that.
Dick: That's if Shadow can get past Naomi Leach at Bloody Valentine.
(FINISH: Danger goes for an STO, but Star blocks it and hits her with elbows. Danger answers with a chop and whips her into the ropes, but Star hits a spinning heel kick. She goes for the Falling Star Press, but Danger moves out of the way. She goes for the Shimmering Warlock, but Star ducks under the kick and takes her over with a rolling clutch, bridging back on the roll up for the three count.)
Winner: Heather Star
David: Star picks up the victory, and Allison can't believe it!
Dick: Heather Star is back on track, and you know she'll be watching the Ladies' Title match at Bloody Valentine very closely.
(As Star celebrates, Allison suddenly forearms her from behind. She gives her the Lovelace Choker and then hammers her with right hands. She applies an STF, really stretching Star. She taps out, and officials come out to make Danger let go of the hold.)
David: What a poor show of sportsmanship by Allison Danger, who considering her level of experience elsewhere has to think of this as an upset.
Dick: She may have lost, but she got a little statement in anyway.
(Officials help Star out of the ring, but Danger suddenly breaks through them again and continues to pound on Star, tossing her in to the guardrail and putting the boots to her.)
David: Get her off of Heather. The match is over! We'll be right back with our main event.
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with the Briscoes.)
Bill: Jay and Mark Briscoe, in ten days you have a shot at the main event of the MECCA Challenge IV, but a few weeks ago you two earned a shot and Nykk and Fox's tag titles as well.
Jay: Hey, Nykk and Fox think they're some kind of force in MECCA still, but they're not. True, Nykk holds two titles and you can't take the dude lightly. But we're the Briscoes, the best tag team in the world, Pyro Twins, and we're comin' after them belts.
Mark: We ain't here to take a backseat to nobody. House of Lords, it's time to man up, because very soon the Briscoes are your new MECCA Tag Team Champions.
Jay: Hey Mark, what about this Six Man Apocalypse, the 6MA? They better pray that we're not in the match at the same time so we can't work together. Cause if we are, all the participants are going down.
Mark: That's it. That simple. Everyone in the match best man up.
Jay: You heard that, MECCA? Man up!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Third Reich from the Sun" hits and Nykk, Ronin Fox and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)
David: It's time for an eight-man tag as almost all of these men will be participants in the 6MA at Bloody Valentine, with the exception of Nykk, who will be defending the MECCA Championship against Austin Lee.
Dick: The House of Lords continues to dominate MECCA's title scene, but how much longer can Nykk sustain the pressure of holding two titles?
("At the End of the Rainbow" into "Gimme Back My Bullets" into "Kobrakai" hits and Kevin Stone, the Briscoes and Anubis make their way to the ring.)
David: These four men hate the House of Lords, and you have to think that all of them should go far in the 6MA, especially if the Briscoes get to work together like they said.
Dick: It should be an interesting night in Dayton on February 23.
(FINISH: Nykk and Fox hit the End on Mark Briscoe, but Stone lays both of them out with a double clothesline. He turns around into Final Darkness from the Pyro Twins, but Dusty gets clotheslined over the top rope by Anubis, who goes out to brawl with him. Jay and Jay duke it out in the middle of the ring, but Jay Crowe hits a belly-to-belly suplex. Mark gets up and brawls with Crowe while Nykk takes a powder. Mark gets Crowe with a big boot, as Fox tries to springboard at him with a clothesline. Stone shoves him out of the way and hits the Stone Cutter on Fox. Crowe takes down Stone with an STO, but Jay Briscoe lifts him onto his shoulders and Mark helps him hit the springboard Doomsday Device. Anubis gets on the top rope and delivers the Sphinx Splash, pinning Crowe.)
Winners: Anubis, Kevin Stone and the Briscoes
David: Anubis, Stone and the Briscoes prove to be an effective unit as they all head into the 6MA at Bloody Valentine.
(Nykk and Fox pull Anubis out of the ring and ram him into the guardrail. The Briscoes go out to fight with them, and the Pyro Twins join the fray. Stone is a little late in getting up as the brawl makes its way to the back, and looks on. Suddenly, Necro Butcher jumps the guardrail from the opposite side and slides into the ring, depositing a chair on the mat. He puts the Asiatic Spike on Stone, but he breaks free and they start pounding away on each other. Necro rocks Stone with rights and lefts, but Stone starts headbutting the crap out of Necro's face. Necro ducks a clothesline, but gets a northern lariat, followed by a big boot. Stone gets the chair and cracks Necro over the head with it twice, causing him to fall to the outside, where security converges on him. Stone asks for a mic and gets it.)
Stone: You know, Necro, I had a feeling you would be here tonight. As you can see, when I'm prepared, I can do some damage! And I'll continue to do it at Bloody Valentine, because in addition to being in the Six Man Apocalypse, I will be competing earlier in the night. Before you get thrown out of the building tonight, there will be a contract waiting for you for one match against me. It will be relaxed rules, right up your alley, so if you think you've got what it takes to survive here in MECCA, bring your ass to Dayton on February 23, and we'll have a fight!
David: Stone has had enough of these attacks, and if Necro signs on, he'll be facing Stone at Bloody Valentine under relaxed rules!
Dick: This is a chance to see two of the toughest men in the business go at it, and hopefully we'll see that match at Bloody Valentine.
