("Planet Hell" opening.)

David: It's time for Go Time: Championship Edition, the one time a year you'll see every MECCA champion defend their titles on free TV! I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli, and tonight Nykk pulls double duty as he not only puts the tag titles on the line when he and Ronin Fox face the Pyro Twins, but the World Title will be on the line when he defends against the man he won the belt from, Bryan Danielson!

Dick: And the Toughman Title will be on the line as the Wild Wolf defends against Eddie Crowe.

David: And much more to come, including our Ladies' Title match right now!

("Serve the Shame" hits and Lisa Letty makes her way to the ring.)

David: The first of two matches tonight where the House of Lords will go against each other, it was Lisa who had the best win/loss record of 2007 of 13-8, other than Gail Kim who is no longer here.

Dick: It was Lisa and Shadow who drove Gail Kim out of MECCA to begin with, and I'm sure she's very happy about that right now.

("Gangsta Bitch" hits and Shadow makes her way to the ring.)

David: Shadow seemed a little reluctant to defend her title against Lisa last week, probably due to flashbacks to the thrashings that Lisa has given her in the past.

Dick: These two have a storied history here in MECCA. They've been on the same page for a while, but that could end right here tonight.

(As Lisa and Shadow prepare for the match to start, "Fall Behind Me" suddenly hits and Naomi Leach makes her way onto the stage with a mic.)

David: Wait a minute, Naomi Leach has just arrived in the arena. What's she doing out here?

Naomi: Lisa, Shadow, you two are quite the pieces of work. You've been protecting each other for months now, making sure that the House of Lords has a stranglehold on the ladies' division of MECCA. But in case you forgot, a few weeks ago I was a winner in the Mixed Tag League. That means I can have any title shot I want, anytime I want. So get ready, ladies, because I'm taking that title shot right now! We're making this a Triangle Match, and I'm taking home that gold!

David: What a surprise this is, as Naomi Leach is cashing in her title shot right here on Go Time: Championship Edition!

Dick: She must be hoping to take the House of Lords by surprise, but now Shadow doesn't even have to be pinned to lose the belt. We saw that same thing happen about a year ago.

(FINISH: Naomi gives Lisa a back body drop and then gives Shadow a DDT. She segues into the Leach Hold, but Lisa breaks it up. She whips Naomi into the corner, but gets reversed. Naomi gives her a flapjack and then goes to the top rope. Shadow gets up and shoves Naomi off the turnbuckles and to the floor. Shadow and Lisa act like they're about to tear into each other, but as they move in, Lisa suddenly drops to the mat and Shadow covers her, getting the three count.)

Winner: Shadow

David: What a crock! There were no problems between Lisa and Shadow after all!

Dick: Lisa just took a fall for the Ladies' Champion, and Naomi wasted her title shot for nothing.

(Shadow and Lisa leave the ring and embrace in the aisle like they just had an epic title match. Naomi is back in the ring and kicks at the ropes in frustration.)

David: Shadow has managed to avoid losing to Naomi Leach once again, and the House of Lord have fooled all of us. Is this a sign of things to come? The House of Lords is supposed to go at it again up next, when Nykk and Ronin Fox defend the tag titles against the Pyro Twins.

(Commercial Break)

(In the arena, "At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)

David: Wait a minute, we're supposed to be having our tag title match now. What's Kevin Stone doing here? He's not scheduled back yet.

Dick: We all saw the "fan" that had been trying to riot in recent weeks jump the rail at Ignition and attack Kevin Stone after his match with Jamie Chan. That man is the Necro Butcher, and he gave Stone some severe lacerations with that barbed wire.

(Stone gets a mic.)

Stone: Thank you for that reception, but I think you all know why I'm here. At Ignition, I was attacked by a man named the Necro Butcher. This guy has been everywhere in wrestling, and has the reputation as someone that is completely insane and is willing to take any amount of punishment to achieve his goals. Well, Necro, I don't know why you're here in MECCA, but for some reason you've targeted me and at Ignition, you wrapped barbed wire around my throat and may have ended my career had you been allowed to continue. And in the weeks before, you had been trying to jump the rail. Well, here's your open invitation, Necro. I'm begging you to come out here, jump the rail and get in the ring with me. Because you've targeted the wrong guy. If you want to bring weapons, that's fine. I don't need a weapon to send you back to the street corner. Come out here and face me, Necro!

(Stone waits, but Necro doesn't show up.)

Stone: Come on, Necro. You're supposed to be tough, and only the tough survive here in MECCA. Bring your ass out here!

(He waits again, but Necro doesn't show up. Finally, referee Keith Young comes down and tells Kevin he has to go, because he has a match to ref. Kevin protests, but Young takes the mic from him, and Stone goes out into the crowd, telling Necro to come get him. Meanwhile, "Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)

David: We're finally continuing with Go Time: Championship Edition, and this will be the first of Nykk's title defenses, as he and Fox defend against their own friends, Jay Crowe and Dusty Schneble, who finished 2007 with a record of 18-5 in tag team competition.

Dick: But we saw what happened with Shadow and Lisa earlier on. Will the Pyro Twins do the same for Nykk and Fox?

("Third Reich from the Sun" hits and Nykk and Ronin Fox make their way to the ring.)

David: Nykk is a double champion in MECCA, but he couldn't have picked a worse time to win two belts than with Championship Edition here this week.

Dick: Nykk would certainly wish for Jay and Dusty to lay down for him so he can face Bryan Danielson fresh, and if he can convince them to do that, I don't imagine Katie Piehl would be too happy.

(Nykk gets a mic.)

Nykk: Jay, Dusty, you know the deal. After this I have to face Danielson later, with my World Title on the line. You guys have always trusted me to help guide your careers, and I promise you that one day you'll get the glory that you'll deserve. But for tonight, just do the right thing. Fox, I'll ask you to please exit the ring, and one of you two just lay on the mat, and we'll get this over with. Okay?

(Fox gets out of the ring and the Pyro Twins confer. Finally, Dusty exits the ring and Jay lays on the mat. Nykk applauds him for doing the right thing and calls for the ref to ring the bell. When he does, Nykk goes down for the cover, but Jay rolls Nykk up in a tight inside cradle for a close two count.)

David: The Pyro Twins aren't going to lay down for Nykk and Fox! They want those tag team titles, and it looks like we've got a contest!

(FINISH: The Pyro Twins backdrop Fox out of the ring, and Nykk charges them but gets lifted into the air. Nykk escapes and gets a double leg trip. He goes for the Cedarleaf on Dusty and puts him in the swinging Cedarleaf, even knocking down Jay as he gets up. Nykk finally turns him over, but Jay sidesteps a charging Fox and sends him crashing into Nykk. Nykk relinquishes the hold, and the Pyro Twins hit Final Darkness out of nowhere, sending Nykk from the ring. Jay lifts Fox for the Overhaul, but Fox escapes and takes Dusty over with a hurricanrana at the same time. He sidesteps Jay as he charges into the corner, and then gets a Tail End out of the corner, planting Jay right on his head. He goes for the Foxfire on Dusty, but Dusty catches him and hits a modified Rope Burn onto the top rope. Dusty covers, but Nykk slides in and breaks it up. He tries to whip Dusty into the ropes, but Dusty pulls him back in with a uranage. Jay gets back up and gives Fox a backbreaker. Dusty goes up top for the Mandate of Heaven, but Nykk rams into Jay, sending him into the ropes and crotching Dusty. Fox gets up and brings Dusty out horizontal from the top rope, giving him a DDT. Nykk applies the Cedarleaf, and Fox applies the Carrion Stretch at the same time. The ref tells them double submissions don't count, and Jay elbow drops Fox to break it up. He throws Fox over the top rope but he lands on the apron, so Jay spears him through the ropes and to the floor. Dusty manages to power out of the Cedarleaf until he's on his back. He tries to shake Nykk off, but can't break his grip. Nykk lifts Dusty into a Cedarleaf Bomb, throwing him into the corner. Dusty staggers, and Nykk rolls him up with an inside cradle, getting the three count.)

Winners: Nykk and Ronin Fox

David: What a match we've just witnessed here on Go Time! That has to be an early Match of the Year Candidate!

Dick: The Pyro Twins gave Nykk and Fox the fight of their lives, but they were just too much to overcome on this night. I wouldn't mind seeing this one again someday.

(The four men get to their feet and face each other. The Pyro Twins tease attacking Nykk and Fox, but shake hands and embrace with them instead.)

David: Aw, and it looks like the House of Lords is going to live and let live. I was really looking forward to these guys blowing up at each other.

("I've Got the Power" hits and Katie Piehl makes her way onto the stage with the mic.)

Katie: Congratulations, Nykk, you've gotten through part one tonight. And you know, you've been playing with MECCA for so long, but now you have responsibility. You have responsibility to give the fans their money's worth, and as a double champion, you have to defend both of your belts tonight. You know that my goal is the complete destruction of the House of Lords, and I will not stop until you no longer hold any power in this company. And just like you screwed Eddie Crowe out of the World Title that he held for thirteen months, well, consider yourself screwed. Fox, Jay, Dusty, get out of the ring and to the back right now, because your second title match is right now, Nykk. Bring out Bryan Danielson, we've got a new World Champion to crown!

(Despite Nykk's protests, "The Final Countdown" hits and Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring, rubbing his hands in anticipation.)

David: We're having the World Title match right now, and Nykk is most definitely screwed. He just went nearly thirty minutes with the Pyro Twins, and now he's faced with the best wrestler in the world, a man who finished 2007 with a phenomenal record of 24-5!

Dick: Just like the only way Nykk could get the World Title off Eddie Crowe was to wear him down for twenty minutes and then introduce Fox as a second surprise challenger, Danielson has come to reclaim the belt that Nykk took at Ignition.

David: We'll be right back with this matchup!

(Commercial Break)

(FINISH: Nykk goes for the Cedarleaf, but Danielson gets a leg free and starts kicking Nykk in the head. He goes for the triangle choke, but Nykk leans down on him for a cover, getting a two count. Danielson gets up and gives Nykk a hard European uppercut. Nykk's answering uppercut is noticeably sluggish, and Danielson counters with a roaring forearm. Danielson takes him down for Cattle Mutilation, but Nykk won't go all the way. Danielson changes it up and lays in lethal elbows, but Nykk lifts him into a fireman's carry. Danielson escapes and gets a leg trip. He grabs Nykk by the arms and starts stomping mercilessly on his head, but Nykk manages to break his grip with one of his legs and slides away. Danielson moves in, but Nykk gives him a blatant low blow, and the ref calls for the bell.)

Winner: Bryan Danielson

David: I don't believe it. Nykk just blatantly low blowed the challenger, and that means no belt for the American Dragon.

Dick: Nykk saw his power slipping away, and he saved it through a very desperate move. But you can be sure that Austin Lee will be looking to take Danielson's misfortune and transform it into a title victory at Bloody Valentine.

(Katie yells at Nykk as he exits the arena with the World Title, but Nykk responds that he did exactly as she asked, and he's just too smart for her to control.)

David: We'll be right back, fans.

(Commercial Break)

(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with Austin Lee.)

Bill: Austin, in just two weeks and change you take on Nykk at Bloody Valentine, in Dayton, for the MECCA Championship. How are you feeling about this title shot, your first here in MECCA?

Austin: It's been a long time coming, Bill, and Nykk, last time we met in Dayton, I relieved you of your gold. This match coming up will be no exception, but this isn't just about the MECCA World Title. This goes back years, to all your treachery in RCW. Well, next week I'll have an interesting proposal for you if you'll give me just a moment of your time. You'll see what it is then, sunshine. And after Bloody Valentine, history will repeat itself. No, MECCA won't end, but you'll have a new World Champion and his name will be Austin Lee.

(In the arena, "At the Helm" hits and Ryan Andrews makes his way to the ring.)

David: Intriguing words from Austin Lee, the man who will challenge for the MECCA Championship on February 23. But now here comes Ryan Andrews, who is still looking for his niche, so to speak, here in MECCA.

Dick: His partner Robbie keeps trying to motivate him, but Ryan just looks tired whenever he's out here.

("On the Speedway" hits and Jamie Chan makes his way to the ring.)

David: Jamie Chan has certainly been impressing people lately, including the man he faced at Ignition, Kevin Stone. Stone went into the match hating him, but couldn't help but show some respect afterward.

Dick: The fans' attitudes seem to be changing for him as well. I think Chan is on the verge of a breakthrough. He just needs that one major win.

(FINISH: Chan goes up to the top rope, but Ryan intercepts him. He goes up for a superplex, but Chan plants him on the mat. He jumps off with the Falling Dragon, and covers for the three count.)

Winner: Jamie Chan

David: Chan wins it, and you have to wonder if maybe a slow build toward that victory over a main eventer he's been seeking is the best way to go.

Dick: I don't know, but he's certainly trying to build some momentum and I think we all need to keep our eye on Jamie Chan.

(As Chan celebrates, Tristan Lee makes his way down to the ring, applauding. He has a mic.)

David: Wait a minute, what's Tristan Lee doing down here?

Tristan: Jamie, I have to give you credit. That was one hell of a victory, and actually you've been impressing me for a while now. I know you've been looking for that big opportunity, and I think I may have it for you. I know we're both in the Six Man Apocalypse at Bloody Valentine, but I've also got business to take care of with the Surgeons and Prince Nana. That's why I proposed a tag team match for earlier in the show, but the thing is, my brother is going to be busy with his championship match that night. I need a partner, and I was wondering if you wanted one more opportunity to get noticed in front of the world.

(He hands the mic to Chan.)

Chan: Tristan, I've never had anything to do with you, and I have nothing against the Consulate... but you're right. It's a featured match on a PPV, and the Chan-Man doesn't turn that down for anything. I accept. Let's send Nana back to that backwater country of his!

(Chan and Tristan shake hands.)

David: Well, it looks like we're going to see Tristan Lee team with Jamie Chan against the Surgeons at Bloody Valentine. A nice show of mutual respect between these two competitors. All right, up next is our main event. Eddie Crowe challenges the Wild Wolf for the Toughman Title when we return!

(Commercial Break)

(In the arena, Kevin Stone walks out to the ring as Jared Schrunk is announcing the Toughman Title match.)

David: Wait a minute, Stone's back out here. Earlier on, he challenged the Necro Butcher to a fight, but Necro was nowhere to be found. Maybe security has finally managed to keep that guy out.

(Stone gets a mic.)

Stone: All right, Necro... I've looked for you in the crowd and in the back. I know you're here somewhere, because for some reason you seem to have this obsession with me. Get out here, because after tonight there will be no more Necro Butcher, because I'm ending this! Come on, Necro, you damn coward!

(Necro suddenly emerges from underneath the ring and gets in behind Stone. Stone sees him coming and blasts him in the face with the mic. He pounds away with right hands, but Necro starts firing back with lefts and rights, but Stone catches him with a knee to the midsection and pulls him in for a short arm clothesline. They roll around on the mat and to the outside, trading punches as security and officials finally arrive to separate them.)

David: It is chaos out here as Necro must have really drawn the ire of Stone for him to challenge someone who doesn't even work here!

Dick: If Necro wanted a fight, he sure picked the right guy. Just what is it that he finds so offensive about Kevin Stone, anyway?

(Necro gets dragged out through the crowd as officials escort Kevin off in the opposite direction. "Noots" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring.)

David: We're finally ready for our main event here on Go Time: Championship Edition, as Eddie Crowe will be challenging for the only belt he has never won here in MECCA, the Toughman Title.

Dick: He had the second best record of 2007, at 15-4-1, which got him this opportunity.

("Everday Combat" hits and the Wild Wolf makes his way to the ring.)

David: The Wild Wolf won the Toughman Title after knocking out Cynric back in October, and of course there are no rope breaks in a Toughman Title match, and closed fists and chokeholds are perfectly legal. There are no count-outs, but there are DQs for things like outside interference or foreign objects.

Dick: Wolf just got off a very tough title defense on Rundown against main event level opponents like Alan Mayse, Bryan Danielson and Ronin Fox in a Four Corners Match, so he has to be ripe for the pickings here. He is going to have to dig down deep to come out of this week as the champion.

(FINISH: Eddie goes for the Backslide Bomb, but Wolf lands on his feet and hits the Twig Snap, but is too hurt to go for the cover. He finally manages to do so, but Eddie kicks out at two. Wolf whips Eddie into the turnbuckles but gets reversed. He jumps up and springboards into a clothesline, covering for another two count. He signals for the knockout blow and bounces off the ropes. Eddie catches the big boot and spins, nailing him with a chop. He whips Wolf into the corner, and Wolf tries the springboard clothesline again, but Eddie catches him upside down and hits the running brainbuster. He immediately hits the Eddie Dive and covers for the three count.)

Winner: Eddie Crowe

David: What a competitive match, but it was Eddie Crowe who was able to pull off the victory here tonight!

Dick: Not only is this the first time on Championship Edition that a title has changed hands, but we have our first triple crown winner in MECCA history!

David: Yes, Eddie has been the World Champion and one half of the Tag Team Champions in the past, and tonight he claims the only belt he has never won.

(Eddie and Wolf shake hands, and Wolf raises Eddie's arm before presenting the belt to him.)

David: Great show of sportsmanship by the former champion, but now the challengers will be coming at a rapid rate for the new Toughman Champion. We'll see you next week, fans. Thank you for joining us for this MECCA special!
