("Neocon" opening.)
David: MECCA presents Go Time right here on FSN, and this week we are back at the site of the MECCA Challenge III, here in New York City! And what a main event we have for the NYC fans, as the Killer Kanines will finally get their rematch for the tag titles. They will take on Jay Crowe and Dusty Schneble, the Pyro Twins!
Dick: And that's not all, as Austin Lee will be here to make his Go Time debut against Trent Acid.
David: We'll also hear from the MECCA Champion Ronin Fox, plus much more tonight in the Big Apple.
("Gangsta Bitch" hits and Shadow makes her way to the ring.)
David: We're kicking things off with the ladies' division, and Shadow is looking to get back in contention for the Ladies' Title after last week's loss to the champion Lisa Letty.
Dick: I don't know how willing her new stable mate would be to give her another shot, but Shadow always wants to be as close to the top as possible.
("Alcoholocaust" hits and Sara Del Rey makes her way to the ring.)
David: This match came about after last week when Del Rey laid Shadow out with a single forearm after Shadow ridiculed her accomplishments in SHIMMER. Both of them were eager to sign for this one.
Dick: You don't mess with Death Rey, who is looking to break out in MECCA and go for gold here as well.
(FINISH: Shadow goes for the Interceptor, but Del Rey blocks it and kicks Shadow, hitting a swinging neckbreaker. She gives Shadow a German suplex, bridging for a two count. She goes for a vertical suplex, but Shadow escapes and goes for the Dragon Sleeper. Del Rey turns over and kicks her, hauling her up into the Royal Butterfly. After Shadow refuses to submit, Del Rey takes her over with the powerslam, covering for the three count.)
Winner: Sara Del Rey
David: The American Angel is the real deal, and she just beat a former Ladies' Champion in Shadow.
Dick: Del Rey wants to challenge the winner of Daizee Haze vs. Lisa Letty at Summertime Showdown, and she's in a great position to get that match.
(As Del Rey celebrates, Shadow attacks from behind with a forearm, knocking Sara down. She applies the Dragon Sleeper and falls into a body scissors. Officials come out and have to pry Shadow off of Del Rey.)
David: What a dastardly sneak attack by Shadow, who is sore at losing to the very person she belittled last week. I have a feeling it's not over by a long shot. We have to go to the back, because I understand that Bill Bicknell is with the World Champion.
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with Ronin Fox.)
Bill: Ronin Fox, you have perhaps your biggest title defense yet coming up at Summertime Showdown as you face off against an opponent you know very well in Alan Mayse. I understand you have a message for Alan tonight.
Fox: Yes, just like last week, Alan, when you sent a message to me. I thought I'd run down a little bit of our history. You called me out a little bit when you stated that I had never beaten you when it counted. In FPPVW and RCW, I was involved in two matches where you won the title, though you didn't beat me in either one of those. And then, when RCW's title became a World Title, you and I faced off on pay-per-view and you did beat me. But you're problem, Alan, the reason you have not been able to win this World Title, is that you're still stuck in the past. This isn't three years ago, and this isn't RCW. You can't seem to understand that while you were the best back then, you got stagnant. You got complacent and stayed at the same level, while people like myself and Nykk just kept getting better and better. The reason you can't claim to be the best is because you aren't the best anymore. And when I stand over you at Summertime Showdown, maybe then, something will snap in that head of yours, and you will finally realize this. You aren't at my level, but you could be. The original premise of the House of Lords was to ensure that those of us who have been around the longest will stay dominant. And you're just as much a part of what's gone down the past four years as Nykk, Cynric, the Pyro Twins, Lisa Letty, and the rest of us. I know I can't get you to back out of this match, but afterwards, I make this plea. Join us. We can help you get to the next level, and you can help us remain dominant. Join us. And we can help each other.
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "On the Speedway" hits and Jamie Chan and Robbie Reno are making their way to the ring.)
David: We're back on Go Time, and can you believe what Ronin Fox suggested before the break? Alan Mayse join the House of Lords? I know Alan Mayse, and he wouldn't join forces with those asses in a million years. Nevertheless, we continue with tag team action as Jamie Chan teams with the man formerly known as Dreamo, but has now taken the ring name Robbie Reno. It looks like he's finally gotten control of his narcolepsy.
Dick: These two have been somewhat outcasts since the David Caldwell Project ended, and both are looking to make their mark on MECCA competition once again.
("Gimme Back My Bullets" by Lynyrd Skynard hits and the Briscoe Brothers make their way to ringside.)
David: Wait a minute... it's the Briscoes! We all saw that strange video last week and wondered what it meant, and now it's all clear. Jay and Mark Briscoe have come to MECCA!
Dick: These guys are two of the best in the world, and what a coup for MECCA to get a hold of these two. I can't wait to see what they can do.
(FINISH: Mark comes in with a springboard dropkick on Reno, and ducks a clothesline from Chan to hit a leg lariat. He and Jay hit Reno with chops in the corners and bounce off the ropes to hit a running kick/dropkick combo. Chan gives them a double dropkick and whips Jay into the ropes, but he slides between Chan's legs and lifts him onto his shoulders. Mark springboards off the top rope into a Doomsday Device and covers Chan for the three count.)
Winners: The Briscoes
David: The Briscoe Brothers have taken us all by surprise, and have made their MECCA debut a successful one!
Dick: The tag team scene just got a little more interesting with these two around. I can't wait to see a lot more of the Briscoes.
(Backstage, Austin Lee is doing squats for his match when Trent Acid enters the room.)
Acid: Yo, Austin.
Austin: Shouldn't you be preparing for our match?
Acid: Listen, I just wanted to know if the rumors were true. Were you really under a developmental contract with WWE this whole time, and are just here in MECCA because you got released? What's the matter, couldn't make the cut?
Austin: I know what you're trying to do, mate. If you can't figure out where I've been all this time, that's your problem. Why don't we just go out to the ring and do our talking in there?
(Austin leaves.)
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with Daizee Haze.)
Bill: I'm here with the number one contender to the Ladies' Title, Daizee Haze, and Daizee, last week you were kind of interrupted when Lisa Letty got in your face after her match.
Daizee: The only reason Lisa had to come and interrupt me is because she's scared. She's scared that I'm the one walking out of Summertime Showdown with that title. You see, she spent over a year trying to get that title back and now she can't hold onto it without help from all her friends. Well Lisa, I don't care how much backup you bring, because I'm...
(Lisa Letty enters.)
Bill: Come on, Lisa, not again!
Lisa: Bill, you just shut your mouth like a good little prop. Daizee, I'm not scared of anything, and if you continue to persist with these unfounded accusations, I just might be forced to resort to extreme measures. Don't forget that it's thanks to me you even got into MECCA, and I can take you back out quick as that.
Daizee: I hear a lot of talk from you, Lisa, but so far no actions. Why don't you put your money where your mouth is? We don't have to wait until Summertime Showdown. Let's get a little something going next week.
Lisa: I'm always ready for a battle. Let's make it a tag match. I'll bring Shadow, and you can bring anyone you think can stand up to us. I daresay you won't find too many takers...
(Sara Del Rey enters.)
Del Rey: I couldn't help but overhear... you said something about a tag match next week, and Shadow is involved? Daizee, if you need a partner, I'm volunteering my services. I'm going to show Shadow that you don't mess with Death Rey.
Daizee: I think you would be the perfect partner, Sara. Lisa, we'll see you next week.
(Del Rey and Haze leave.)
(In the arena, "The Chase" hits and Trent Acid makes his way to the ring.)
David: We have a tag team match for next week, as Lisa Letty and Shadow will take on Daizee Haze and Sara Del Rey, but right now Trent Acid is set for action and he's got a tough task ahead of him.
Dick: He has to be careful to avoid the same fate as Jamie Chan at Liberty or Death.
("The Way I Am" by Eminem hits and Austin Lee makes his way to the ring.)
David: Austin Lee has returned to MECCA in spectacular fashion, helping out the UK Wrecking Crew in their war against the House of Lords, and now he's ready to get back in action.
Dick: He decimated Jamie Chan at Liberty or Death, and now Trent Acid is in his path.
(FINISH: Lee hits the Neckbreaker Squared, and goes for the Degenerate Driver. Acid counters with a backdrop and bounces off the ropes. Lee drops down and then puts his head down. Acid kicks him in the face and goes for a roaring forearm, but Lee elevates him and then drops him to the mat. He hits the Degenerate Driver and covers for the three count.)
Winner: Austin Lee
David: Austin Lee picks up another victory, and he looks ready to captain his team going into the eight-man tag against the House of Lords at Summertime Showdown.
Dick: What an acquisition by Katie Piehl, finding the last RCW Champion, the one guy who was able to take the belt from Nykk, and putting him across the ring from his nemesis.
David: We'll be right back with more tag team action, fans!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Hit That" hits and Huh and Joey Sprinklers make their way to the ring.)
David: We're back on Go Time and more tag team action is on the way as Huh and Joey look to make up for their recent failures.
Dick: Good luck there. These two just can't get along as a team.
("Lava" by Ministry hits and the Surgeons make their way to the ring, along with Medea Knight.)
David: The Surgeons are looking to move up the ranks and have changed their attitude to something more ruthless, and of course at Liberty or Death, the acquired the managerial services of Medea Knight, who turned on the Killer Kanines and helped John Walters beat Anubis. Wait, look out!
(The Killer Kanines run down the aisle and attack the Surgeons from behind. They roll them into the ring as Huh and Joey get out of dodge. The Kanines give Walters the fallaway slam onto the knee combo, and then Wolf lifts Stryker and they give him the big boot/brainbuster combo. Medea jumps on the Wild Wolf's back trying to choke him, but Anubis pries her off. Wolf goes outside the ring and slides a table in. He sets it up and Anubis lifts Medea for a powerbomb. However, Walters forearms Wolf from behind and Stryker tackles Anubis and Medea is able to escape with the Surgeons. The Kanines let them go and yell at them some more, but as they leave, "Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse and Eddie Crowe make their way to the ring.)
David: Now what's going on?
Dick: Eddie Crowe and Alan Mayse are out here now after the Surgeons have run off one half of our next match.
(Alan gets a mic.)
Alan: Kanines, no disrespect to you guys. We're not out here to deny you your revenge, but you've got a tag title match later on against the Pyro Twins, and the fact of the matter is Eddie and I couldn't get the job done at Liberty or Death, so we wish you luck.
(They shake hands with Anubis and the Wild Wolf, who leave the ring.)
Alan: With that being said, I heard what Ronin Fox said earlier on, and Fox, you must think I'm the stupidest wrestler here. Join you and Nykk? Never. I have too much self-respect for that, and if you think to get in my head by making that offer, think again. At Summertime Showdown, I'll show you how much I've improved over the last four years when I take that World Title and fulfill my destiny. And just to show you what I think of you and the House of the Lords, since the Surgeons don't seem to want to come back out here, Eddie and I are taking this match. Huh, Joey, get in here.
(He throws the mic down and the ref calls for the bell as Huh and Joey protest.)
(FINISH: Alan puts Huh in the bow-and-arrow, and Eddie goes for the Eddie Dive, but Joey dropkicks Alan, whose momentum rolls he and Huh, and Eddie hits the mat. Eddie slugs it out with Joey, but Huh clotheslines him from behind. Joey goes for Da Sprinklanator on Eddie, but Alan grabs Huh and launches him into Joey, allowing Eddie to counter into a DDT. They go to the outside, and Eddie hits a springboard 450 kneedrop on Joey and then Alan comes off the top rope with an elbow drop on Joey, covering for the three count.)
Winners: Alan Mayse and Eddie Crowe
David: Crowe and Mayse just demolished Huh and Joey, and Alan made an emphatic statement on what he thinks of Fox's offer to join the House of Lords.
Dick: Alan wants that World Title so badly, and at Summertime Showdown he gets his opportunity to become the top dog once again in a different promotion.
David: When we come back, we'll have your main event for the MECCA Tag Team Championship. The Pyro Twins will defend against the Killer Kanines right here in NYC!
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Bryan Danielson and Kevin Stone are standing in a hallway.)
Danielson: You know, when I came to MECCA, I wasn't exactly the most popular guy around. People seemed to take exception to the fact that I'm the best and that I wasn't afraid to proclaim it loud for the world to hear. But now, thanks to the House of Lords, I find myself in a very different position. Many fans are asking me, "When are you going to go after the MECCA Championship and dominate the way you did in ROH?" And as much as I would love to have that opportunity against Ronin Fox, right now I'm focused on Summertime Showdown. With the most unlikely of allies, I step into the ring with the Pyro Twins and attempt to wrest a title from the House of Lords' grasp. And we are undefeated so far as a tag team, and Jay, Dusty, this is the combination that will spell the end for your reign.
Stone: Pyro Twins, I've fought against both of you in the past, and you can bet I've shared everything I know with my partner here. I realize that you guys are the top tag team in the world right now, but let's face it... the best tag team in the world is standing right here, and on August 25, we will...
(The Briscoes enter.)
Jay: Whoa, whoa, did I hear you just say you was the best team in the world? In case you've never met us, Stone, I'm Jay and this is my brother Mark, and we're the Briscoes!
Mark: That's right, we're here in MECCA to prove that we're the best in the world, and ain't nobody gonna stand in our way.
Jay: And if you wanna step up and test that, you're more than welcome fellas, cause it's time to man up!
Mark: That's right, man up!
Jay: Man up!
(The Briscoes leave, and Stone looks to be at a loss for words.)
Stone: Man up?
Danielson: Don't worry about it, I'm used to it. What we need to concern ourselves with is Summertime Showdown. Pyro Twins, spew all the fire you want at us, because I'm the American Dragon, and I'll just breathe that fire right back at you. This is the MECCA Monster, and he will leave that right a wasteland of your remains. August 25, the belts are coming to us.
(In the locker room, Nykk and Ronin Fox are with Huh and Joey Sprinklers.)
Nykk: So he said he wasn't going to join us, is that what you said?
Joey: Yeah, he was really rude about it, and so during the match I gave him the old one-two...
Nykk: Never mind, I'm pretty sure I know how that one turned out.
Fox: If Alan won't join us, then I'll just have to beat some sense into him at Summertime Showdown. This won't be our first dance... I know every single one of his moves, as do you. What Alan hasn't reckoned on is he's never faced us as allies before.
(Delirious suddenly emerges from a locker.)
Delirious: Baehbhaehba ahethabahaelha taheba Jay Crowe, abheh bahalehaba ONE TWO THREE, Delirious aba thebabeaba mabahabala!
Nykk: Okay, seriously, you need to quit doing that. I hired you for our very first show over two years ago, and quite frankly I'm sick of you. What the hell was that gibberish you just spouted at me?
Delirious: Delirious abelabahaba tabalabelabahab NEW CHAMP!
Fox: You want a title shot? You? You can just... YOU?
Nykk: Wait, wait, wait, wait. Delirious, I'm sure you realize Fox has a big title match already coming up against Alan Mayse, but I'll tell you what. Next week, why don't you and I have a match? If you can retain your Contender Star spot over me, then in the main event, it will be Ronin Fox vs. Delirious one on one for the MECCA World Title. What do you think?
Delirious: Bah habaalishana Contender Star, abahabela Nykk, trabilabababababa TAP TAP TAP (slaps Nykk across the chest rapidly), gabahanama be! Bah, bah, bah, bah!
(Delirious starts jumping up and down and then runs out the door.)
Fox: Did I just hear you correctly? You want to give that goof a title shot? I'm already preparing for Mayse, I can't be bothered with that lunatic!
Nykk: Listen, it's a bit of a risk, but he only gets a title shot if he can beat me. When I'm back on the Contender Star, I'll be in a better position to control it. Katie Piehl can send all the challengers she wants after the belt, but they're going to have to through me first.
Fox: All right, then.
Nykk: Relax. You know I'm not letting that belt go anywhere.
(In the arena, "Kobrakai" hits and Killer Kanines make their way to the ring.)
David: It's time for our main event, as the Killer Kanines get their chance to regain the titles they lost back at Punked Out.
Dick: It was all thanks to the Pyro Twins joining the House of Lords, and now the House of Lords has every title in MECCA in their possession with Cynric's victory over Low Ki for the Toughman Title last week.
("Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)
David: The most dominant tag team in MECCA history, the Pyro Twins have to be an almost unattainable target for any team in MECCA, but they have a tough challenge ahead of them with Kevin Stone and Bryan Danielson at Summertime Showdown.
Dick: The Pyro Twins can often thank their cohesiveness as a team for their dominance, but right now there aren't a whole lot of real teams in MECCA. Some just formed, some are just makeshift, but the Pyro Twins may find it a lot easier until there are more experienced teams to face.
(FINISH: The Wild Wolf hits the Twig Snap on Jay and covers, but Dusty breaks it up. He walks right into a spinebuster from Anubis, and then Anubis floors Jay with the Ankh Smash. Wolf sets Jay on the top rope and Anubis ascends an adjacent turnbuckle for the Dog Catcher. Dusty crotches Anubis and then rolls up Wolf, hooking the tights for a two count. Wolf thrusts a shoulder into Dusty's midsection and Jay comes off the top rope with a double axehandle. Wolf blocks it and gives Jay a belly to belly suplex into Dusty. Anubis floors them both with a double clothesline and Jay rolls out of the ring. Wolf lifts Dusty and they give him the brainbuster/big boot combo. Jay comes in with a chair and swings at Wolf, but he ducks and Anubis kicks him, causing him to drop the chair. As the ref gets the chair out of the ring, Jay gives Anubis a low blow as Dusty sends a charging Wolf to the outside through the ropes. The Pyro Twins give Anubis Final Darkness, but he's so big that doesn't go down and merely staggers. They give him another, and Anubis goes down this time. Jay covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: The Pyro Twins
David: The Pyro Twins have overcome the Killer Kanines, but their obstacles are only just beginning. Now it's on to Summertime Showdown and the team of Danielson and Stone.
Dick: The Kanines have to be disappointed, but the Pyro Twins showed their craftiness there.
(Wolf comes back in, and Dusty and Jay bail out of the ring. As Wolf helps Anubis up, the Surgeons run in through the crowd. They attack Anubis again, sending him back down, and Wolf slugs it out with them. He whips Stryker into the ropes, but he reverses and he and Walters execute Bad Medicine. Walters goes to the outside and gets a couple of chairs, and he and Stryker go to work on Wolf and Anubis until officials come out to pry them away.)
David: It's pandemonium out here as the Surgeons have retaliated for earlier on, and this feud is just escalating.
Dick: These two teams have so much bad blood that it should be great when they finally meet in the ring again.
David: We have to cut out of here for this week, fans. We'll see you next week with Delirious vs. Nykk, once again here on Go Time!
