("Neocon" opening.)
David: Happy holidays, fans! MECCA is making its debut in Nashville, Tennessee, and tonight in the main event it will be Kevin Stone taking on Ronin Fox one on one! Hello, everyone, I'm David Mills along with Dick Broccoli, and this is Go Time! What a main event that is, on the heels of Nykk vs. Cynric from last week.
Dick: What a great way to finish off our Nashville debut, but there's a whole lot more before we get to that.
David: Over the next two weeks, there will be two one on one matches between the Killer Kanines and their challengers from last week, the Surgeons. If any member of the Surgeons can win one of those matches, they will get the tag title shot at New Year's Knockout in Indianapolis, and tonight it will be Matt Stryker taking on the Wild Wolf.
David: Also, the Pyro Twins will take on the CDT and much more on Go Time.
("Edge of Seventeen" hits and Lisa Letty and Kelly Schweickart make their way to the ring.)
David: What a combination to kick off Go Time, as the First Lady of MECCA and her friend Kelly Schweickart are ready for tag team action.
Dick: Lisa dodged a bullet last week in the Bikini Quest, and we understand that David Caldwell wants nothing further to do with her, so it's back to the ring for Lisa.
("Alcoholocaust" hits and Sara Del Rey and Blue Nikita make their way to the ring.)
David: They will be facing two confirmed participants in the Women's World Cup, starting on January 3. The American Angel Sara Del Rey has impressed Katie Piehl enough to be offered on of the USA spots in the tournament, and she's joined by our Greek representative, Blue Nikita, who has made a name for herself all over Europe.
Dick: It will be interesting to see how these ladies do against two MECCA veterans.
(FINISH: Del Rey hits her butterfly suplex on Kelly, but she gets dropkicked by Lisa, sending her through the ropes. Nikita tries a hurricanrana on Lisa, but Lisa catches her with a powerbomb. She gives her the Letty Driver and covers for the three count.)
Winners: Lisa Letty and Kelly Schweickart
David: Lisa and Kelly have done it, and either one of those two could be named as another representative for the USA in the Women's World Cup.
Dick: Impressive but unsuccessful debut for Blue Nikita, and let's hope she fares better in the tournament.
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is with Eddie Crowe and the Pyro Twins.)
Bill: I'm here with the EDJ, and Eddie, last week after you successfully defended your title against your brother Jay, you were attacked from behind by your challenger at New Year's Knockout, Bryan Danielson. Do you plan to retaliate?
Eddie: You're damn right I plan to retaliate, and not just at New Year's Knockout when I prove once and for all, Danielson, that you can't beat me. But you hurt my brother last week too, and he and Dusty want to get some as well. So next week, we're challenging you to a six-man tag.
Jay: That's right, American Dragon, bring any partners you can find, because we don't care who they are. Next week we get some payback, and if you're lucky, we might just let you live to get your title shot.
Dusty: There is no EDJ in failure. Next week, we light you up so bad that you'll never be the same.
Bill: There you have it, a challenge laid out for next week on the Go Time before New Year's Knockout on Saturday, December 30. We'll be right back with more great action!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Body Bomb" hits and Matt Stryker makes his way to the ring.)
David: It's time for more action on Go Time, and last week it was the Surgeons who confronted the Killer Kanines about receiving a tag title shot at New Year's Knockout. Two matches were made, one for this week and one for next, and if any member of the Surgeons can win those matches, they get the shot.
Dick: The Kanines think that the Surgeons are a mere flash in the pan, having only been in MECCA for a couple of months, hence this demand that they prove themselves. They've thrown an obstacle in the path of the Surgeons, but Stryker can end it right here tonight if he wins, making next week's Walters vs. Anubis match a moot point.
("Kobrakai" hits and the Wild Wolf makes his way to the ring.)
David: The technician of the Killer Kanines and one half of the MECCA Tag Team Champions, the Wild Wolf is cagey, and will use every trick he knows to keep Stryker from attaining victory.
Dick: He isn't averse to using shady tactics now and then, but a true competitor lies under the surface of the Wild Wolf.
(FINISH: The Wild Wolf goes for the Kanine Kruncher, but Stryker kicks him into the ropes and takes him down with a drop toehold. He applies the Stryker Lock, but Wolf makes it to the ropes. Stryker picks Wolf up and whips him into the ropes, but Wolf slides between his legs and gives Stryker a German suplex. He goes for the Twig Snap, but Stryker counters with a powerbomb and floats over into a bridge for a close two count. Wolf gives him a drop toehold of his own and spins around Stryker, rolling him up in a crucifix to get the three count.)
Winner: The Wild Wolf
David: The Wild Wolf with a flash pin, thanks to some quick thinking. The Killer Kanines have managed to stave off the Surgeons for one week.
Dick: Now it's all up to John Walters. But he has a tall task ahead of him in taking down the big man, Anubis.
David: We'll be right back as the Pyro Twins will be here, and they will take on one of the teams they will face at New Year's Knockout, the CDT. But we understand our cameras have caught up with Nykk and Kevin Stone backstage.
(Backstage, Nykk and Kevin Stone are sitting in the locker room together, and Stone is lacing up his boots.)
Nykk: You know something, Kevin, I never thought in a million years that I'd find a friend in you here in MECCA. It shows me you really are trying to change your ways. You didn't have to come out to try and help me last week, but you did. And you've heard the fans out there. They love you. And I just want you to know that later on, I've got your back. If Cyrnic tries anything, I'll be right out there to make sure that they don't do to you what they did to me last week.
(Someone knocks on the door, and Lisa Letty enters. Nykk gets up and hugs her.)
Nykk: Hey.
Lisa: Hey, you guys all ready?
Stone: Piece of cake. After I beat Fox tonight, I'll be able to put in my bid for a World Title shot, and then at New Year's Knockout, we kill two birds with one Stone... and one Nykk.
Lisa: Nykk, you know what happened a year ago, right?
Nykk: Uh... actually, you'll have to remind me.
Lisa: Remember, it was the first time you and I really talked. It started us on the path we followed all year long, and resulted in the relationship we have now. Remember, you came out and saved me from...
(They both look at Stone.)
Stone: Hey, don't even worry about that, Lisa. I've put all that anger behind me now, but I'm glad my behavior resulted in something good. But, if you were ever curious as to what I planned to do to you back then, watch my match with Fox tonight. Because he's not going to be leaving the ring under his own power.
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Sweet Dreams" hits and the CDT make their way to the ring, along with Medea Knight.)
David: We have tag team action ready to go here on Go Time, and the CDT are without their leader David Caldwell, who we understand is currently preparing for the next round of the Bikini Quest.
Dick: I don't like the CDT's chances without him, since they are taking on perhaps the toughest tag team in the world right here.
("Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)
David: Both of these teams will be involved in a Four Corners Match at New Year's Knockout, along with the Backseat Boyz and the Human Tornado and Delirious, with the winner getting a shot at the tag titles in the near future.
Dick: The Pyro Twins want their hands on the Backseat Boyz to avenge their loss at No Regrets, but they also want those titles back, and this will be a good opportunity to secure a match with whoever the champs are after New Year's Knockout.
(FINISH: The CDT try the Nocturnal Emission on Jay, but he counters with a hurricanrana on Dreamo, sending him into CB's dropkick. Dusty then levels CB with a shoulderblock from the top rope and Jay throws Dreamo from the ring. They whip CB into the corner and hit Final Darkness, and Jay covers for the three count.)
Winners: The Pyro Twins
David: The Pyro Twins get the fairly easy victory, and they are surely favorites for winning that Four Corners Match on December 30.
Dick: I can't wait for that, and for Bryan Danielson vs. Eddie Crowe and the rest of the card. What a night on pay-per-view.
(David Caldwell makes his way out to the ring, getting a mic and then begging off from the Pyro Twins.)
David: Oh, great. More fun from David Caldwell, our illustrious co-owner.
(Kishi makes his way out to stand beside Caldwell as the Pyro Twins look like they still want to fight.)
Caldwell: Hold on a minute. You did a real number on my boys there, but don't think we won't pay you back on December 30, because the David Caldwell Project is going to get that title shot and we will have new tag team champs! Now you're job is done, so why don't you two just get the hell out of here, because it's David Caldwell Sports Entertainment time now!
(The Pyro Twins brush Caldwell off and leave the ring.)
Caldwell: It's come to my attention that last week the censors and the network were not too happy with my choice of contest for the Bikini Quest. All I have to say to that is tough luck! If you throw my program off the air, rest assured I will sue your asses until I own this whole sports station! But be that as it may, in the interest of hindsight, maybe I was a little too hasty. It's better to lure people in with what they might see, with what they hope to see, than to give it all away at once. So with that in mind, it's time for Round 5 of the Bikini Quest: our Christmas edition!
(A Christmas remix of the Bikini Quest theme plays as Zoe Alexander, Candi and Brandi make their way to the ring, wearing Santa-themed bikinis.)
Caldwell: You'll notice that we are minus one starlet from last week. Lisa Letty, your conduct was reprehensible, and since you refused to strip for all of us, I'm stripping you of competing in this contest, and you are hereby disqualified!
Dick: I'm sure Lisa's broken up about that one.
Caldwell: We are down to three and the anticipation is mounting on who will win the Bikini Quest and go home with me... I mean, go home with the $10,000! We have the sexy and sultry Sandi... the beautiful and buzom Brandi... and the, um... zenzational and zexy Zoe!
David: It boggles my mind at the level of stupid this segment bottoms out to every week.
Caldwell: And the votes are in, thanks to our loyal voters at the MECCA website... and Brandi, I'm sorry, but you are eliminated, consolation, blah blah blah, now get the hell out of my ring!
(Brandi puts her hands on her hips, but Zoe folds her arms and glares at her, and Brandi looks at her instead. Zoe takes a step forward, and Brandi scurries from the ring.)
Caldwell: That leaves us with two, ladies and gentlemen. And to help us with our final contest, someone who was a very big disappointment in the Bikini Quest, and someone who I'm regretting to be allowed in this project in the first project... Medea Knight!
("Afternoon Delight" hits and Medea Knight makes her way to the ring.)
David: It's one thing for Caldwell to turn on all these "starlets" of his once he no longer has any use for them, but the treatment of his own employee, Medea Knight, has been quite disrespectful.
Dick: Caldwell feels like he can do whatever he wants, I guess.
Caldwell: Here's what's going to happen... Medea here is going to strip down to her thong. Well, go ahead.
(Medea reluctantly takes her skirt off and exposes her rear end to the women.)
Caldwell: You'll note the stocking full of candy canes hanging from the adjacent corners of the ring... on my count, you'll each give your candy canes a good lick and attempt to stick them to Ms. Knight's, er, cheeks. The starlet who gets the most candy canes within thirty seconds wins the contest! Ladies, if you please.
(They each get a candy cane and give it a good lick.)
Caldwell: Okay, one, two, three... go!
(A timer counts down from thirty as Zoe and Sandi throw candy canes at Medea's ass. None of them manage to actually get any candy canes stuck before the time is up.)
Caldwell: Oh, I'm sorry, ladies, but it looks like we don't have a winner this week. This means it's all up to the fans' opinions on who is going to be the first Bikini Quest Champion! Medea, thank you for your help, now dress yourself, woman, we've all seen better.
David: How humiliating for poor Medea. I really hope Caldwell gets what's coming to him one of these days. But up next, fans, we get back to the action as Alan Mayse defends his Toughman Title!
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Zoe Alexander is admiring herself in the mirror, still in her bikini, when Lisa Letty walks up and stands behind her.)
Lisa: I hope you're real proud of yourself.
Zoe: Well, if it isn't Miss Lisa, whose lack of flexibility and surplus of stubbornness got her kicked out of the Bikini Quest. Feeling a little jealous?
Lisa: Please, there is not a damn thing in the world that would have made me go out there anyway, not after last week. I don't know how you can look yourself in this mirror, Zoe. For months, you helped build the ladies' division into something special. Hell, we fought together at the MECCA Challenge II against the Dangerous Liaison... but you're throwing it all away to hang out with David Caldwell and his sports entertainment plan that will never, ever work.
(Zoe turns around and gets in Lisa's face.)
Zoe: And what's wrong with getting in good with the boss? You didn't seem to think it was such a bad idea when Nykk owned MECCA, and aren't you still good friends with Katie Piehl?
Lisa: The difference is I hang out with Katie because she's my friend and we share the same philosophy, not because she does me any favors. And I fell in love with Nykk, and I'm not with him so he can get me title shots. Hell, I had already been champion twice before I fell for him. But you, you're the definition of a sell out. Could it be that you're just not good enough to make it on your own? Is that why you're putting up with all this?
Zoe: I was good enough to beat you. And I'll do it again if I need to, anytime.
Lisa: I might just take you up on that, sometime. Enjoy the perks of being associated with lowlifes.
(Lisa walks away.)
(In the arena, "The Chase" hits and Johnny Kashmere makes his way to the ring.)
David: We're back with a Toughman Title match here on Go Time, as Johnny Kashmere plans on going for his first singles gold.
Dick: We know he's great in tag team competition, but this is a chance for Kashmere to really step up and diversify his game.
("Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)
David: Alan was angry last week when his match got bumped for David Caldwell's Bikini Quest, but he hasn't missed a beat, as he's right here this week defending the belt.
Dick: It's not like Alan had a choice, the rules of the Toughman division state that anyone on the MECCA roster can challenge for a title shot, regardless of where they are in the hierarchy of talent. That's what proves that Alan's such an exceptional athlete, that he's been able to hold off so many challengers for so long.
(FINISH: Kashmere hits the Cradle Breaker on Alan, but he manages to kick out at two. Kashmere whips Alan into the corner, but Alan reverses and charges. Kashmere backdrops him over the top rope, but Alan lands on the apron. He forearms Kashmere and gives him a springboard dropkick. He goes for the Tiger Bomb, but Kashmere counters with a backdrop. Alan rolls through with a sunset flip and turns Kashmere back over and gets to his feet, hitting the Tiger Bomb and getting the three count.)
Winner: Alan Mayse
David: Alan puts away another one, and shows up the travesty that we had to endure earlier with the Bikini Quest.
Dick: Wrestling is the staple of this company, and Alan Mayse is a staple of wrestling. A win for him is a win for every wrestling fan.
(David Caldwell suddenly comes through the curtain with the mic.)
Caldwell: Hold on just one minute, Alan! You and I have never gotten along, but I've always had a sort of respect for you, but last week you went too far! You, Nykk, and Lisa Letty came close to ruining my Bikini Quest, and don't think you're going to get away with it. I'm going to take the one thing that you hold dear in this company, Alan, and that's your title. No, morons, I will not be challenging for the title... but my new bouncer, Kishi Fatu, will. And you will put that title on the line against him at New Year's Knockout, my friend! Have a nice night.
David: Caldwell just dropped a bombshell on us, as we just found out another match for the pay-per-view. Alan Mayse defends his Toughman Title against Kishi Fatu of the David Caldwell Project!
Dick: Kishi hasn't even had a match here in MECCA yet, but like I said, anyone on the roster can challenge for the title.
David: We'll be back with our main event, as Ronin Fox takes on Kevin Stone!
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, the Pyro Twins and the Backseat Boyz are brawling all over the locker room. Officials have already arrived and are attempting to break up the two teams. Back in the arena, David Mills and Dick Broccoli are at the broadcast booth.)
David: It's pandemonium in the back, and we understand that Bill Bicknell was to be standing by with the Backseats, but the Pyro Twins attacked, leading to that brawl you saw moments ago. Nothing is settled between those two teams, but now it's time for our main event.
("Did My Time" hits and Ronin Fox makes his way to the ring.)
David: Ronin Fox and Cynric have been embroiled in this war with Nykk and Kevin Stone over the last month, and these two teams will meet again at New Year's Knockout, hopefully to settle the score.
Dick: Last week, Nykk beat Cynric but was then manhandled by he and Fox after the match, and he's vowed not to let the same happen to Stone tonight.
("At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)
David: The MECCA Monster decided to turn his career around after his match with Low Ki at No Regrets, and the fans have completely behind him ever since he came out to help Nykk and be his partner against Fox and Cynric.
Dick: It's definitely a turning point for Kevin, and a future title shot could be riding on how well he does over the next couple of months.
(FINISH: Fox goes for the Tail End, but Stone throws him off. Fox lands on his feet, but walks into a big boot from Stone. Stone goes for the Stone Cutter, but Fox lands on his feet and pushes Stone into the ropes. Fox grabs the ref as Cynric emerges from under the ring and nails Kevin in the back with a chair. Stone stumbles forward into an inside cradle from Fox, who gets the three count.)
Winner: Ronin Fox
David: Ronin Fox just stole this one! Cynric was under the ring, and... wait, here comes Nykk!
(As Cynric gets in the ring to join Fox, Nykk makes his way out and takes it to both of them with right hands. He whips Fox into the ropes and sends him down with a running back elbow. Cynric rakes his eyes and starts kicking him, but Stone trips him from the outside and drags him out. He whips Cynric into the guardrail as Nykk and Fox slug it out in the ring. Stone charges Cynric, but gets an elbow in the face. Stone leans against the guardrail, and Cynric charges him, only to be backdropped into the first row. Stone goes into the crowd after him as Nykk and Fox make their way to the outside. Stone throws a chair at Cynric, who catches it, only to eat a big boot. Nykk and Fox brawl all the way to the bleachers, where Nykk whips Fox into them and then sets up a table. Meanwhile, Cynric kicks Stone low and goes to his brother's aid. He nails Nykk in the back of the head with a roundhouse kick, and he and Fox start to double team Nykk. However, Stone takes them both out with a double clothesline and then lifts Fox into a military press, dropping him into the bleachers. He takes Cynric back into the crowd, whipping him through about five rows of chairs. Nykk tries to superplex Fox off the bleachers and through the table, but Fox blocks it and headbutts Nykk, giving him the Tail End through the table.)
David: It's really broken down now, and these two teams will stop at nothing to annihilate each other!
Dick: What's it going to be like at New Year's Knockout, David?
(Cynric sends Stone into the guardrail, and meets Fox in the ringside area. As they celebrate, Stone suddenly starts chucking chairs at them from the crowd. One hits Fox in the head and busts him open, as Cynric attempts to kick the chairs out of midair. They charge Stone, but Stone catches Cynric with one of the chairs and knocks him down. Stone kicks the guardrail down on top of Cynric and walks over him to get to Fox, nailing him in the back with a chair. Fox scurries away, and Cynric follows him. Stone gets back on the ring apron, and raises his arms in victory, but Fox and Cynric circle back around and get in the ring. Fox dropkicks Stone in the head to send him to the floor as Nykk stumbles back to the ring. Cynric blasts Stone in the head with a chair as Nykk takes another chair and hits Fox in the midsection. He gets a double leg takedown and goes for the Cedarleaf, but Cynric gives him a low blow. Fox gets up and lifts Nykk into a powerslam position, dropping him on his head with the Demon Driver. He and Cynric leave Nykk and Stone lying in the ring as their music plays and they back up the aisle.)
David: What a brawl we just witnessed, and you have to think this was the plan all along from Fox and Cynric, after Nykk announced his intentions earlier tonight. They wanted them both out here.
Dick: The brothers Fox and Cynric came out on top tonight, but we've still got one more show to go before New Year's Knockout. Will Nykk and Stone retaliate next week?
David: Nykk's neck has to be in bad shape, but we'll find out then. Merry Christmas, fans, and we'll see you between the holidays!
