Go Time: 11/29/06

Pittsburgh, PA

("Neocon" opening.)

David: We are here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, coming off No Regrets this past Saturday on FSN. I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli, and we bring to you another edition of Go Time!

Dick: And what an event it was on Saturday, as Lisa Letty made her return to MECCA when she and Nykk tried to cripple Ronin Fox after that cage match.

David: Nykk may have lost that match, but I'm sure he feels this is far from over and we'll hear from him later tonight. And then he'll team up with a partner yet-to-be-named to take on Ronin Fox and Cynric in tag team competition!

Dick: Also, we'll see the American Dragon Bryan Danielson finally attempt to reclaim his spot on the Contender Star as he takes on John Walters!

David: We'll also hear from our brand new MECCA Tag Team Champions the Killer Kanines, and much more here tonight.

("The Final Countdown" hits and Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring.)

David: Danielson is coming off a successful bout against the masked man Delirious at No Regrets, and he's certainly worked his way up the card over the last month just like he said he would.

Dick: Right now it's put up or shut up time, as Danielson has an opportunity to get back on the Contender Star and go on to get a shot at the MECCA Championship.

("Body Bomb" hits and John Walters makes his way to the ring.)

David: Walters is also coming off a win, as he and his partner Matt Stryker beat Stage One and forced them to split up. And of course, David Caldwell, being the nice guy he is, thanked Ryan Saito for his services by having Jamie Chan kick him out of the David Caldwell Project.

Dick: Literally kick him out, as Saito had to have suffered a concussion. But that's all behind the team of the Surgeons now, and you have to think that this puts them in line for a tag title shot.

(FINISH: Danielson goes for Cattle Mutilation, but Walters manages to make it into the ropes. Danielson pulls him off and starts in with elbow strikes to the head, but Walters powers his way to his feet and gives Danielson an elbow of his own that staggers him. He goes for the Hurricane DDT, but Danielson counters into a northern lights suplex and gets the three count.)

Winner: Bryan Danielson

David: The American Dragon is back on the Contender Star, and say what you will about this man's attitude, but he's done everything he's said he was going to do, and now all that remains is to secure a shot at the MECCA Championship.

Dick: He's got four other guys on the Contender Star to deal with that would all love title shots, but Danielson is certainly more than capable of dealing with any of them.

David: Up next, we have ladies' division action as "Heavenly" Heather Star takes on Coquette, but right now Bill Bicknell is standing by with Nykk and Lisa Letty!

(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with Nykk and Lisa Letty.)

Bill: It's certainly my pleasure to be here to re-introduce Lisa Letty to MECCA, and Lisa, welcome back from all of us. And of course, you made your return at No Regrets, coming up through the ring after the Steel Cage Match between Nykk and Fox and nailed Fox right in the face with the very trash-masher he used to sideline you for three months. Now Nykk, you have a tag team match coming up later with Ronin Fox and Cynric as your opponents, and some have speculated that you did in fact choose Lisa to be your partner in order to exact more revenge on Ronin Fox.

Nykk: Bill, be serious. There is no doubt in my mind that Lisa Letty is one of the best in the world, but let's be honest. Even against a skinny, frail man like Ronin Fox, she is just too physically outmatched and too soon back from injury for me to even consider putting her in danger like that. I don't care if I have to take both of them on in a handicap match; there's an open invitation for anyone who wants to be my partner, but I just want to get my hands on that slimy snake in the grass one more time. We both may be hurting from that cage match, but I intend to make good on my promise to put Fox out of the wrestling business.

Lisa: Nykk, I know you're right about me not being in the match with you. I'm not going to let my heart overrule my head and risk injuring myself all over again, but I'm concerned about you. Fox and Cynric are former tag team champs, and you're going to take them on by yourself? You do things like this all the time, and it never turns out well for you.

Nykk: So I'm just supposed to let go of what he did to you? I'll never let go of that, not in a million years. If murder wasn't illegal...

Lisa: See, here you go trying to be a big man again, when you know for a fact that...

Nykk: ...that I'm one of the best wrestlers around today, and Fox and Cynric can't do anything about that, not even if they let their powers combine and summon Captain Planet...

(They argue some more, and then Lisa takes a deep breath.)

Lisa: I love you.

Nykk: I love you too.

(They share a kiss and then walk away, leaving Bill Bicknell bewildered.)

(Commercial Break)

(In the arena, "Filthy/Gorgeous" hits and Coquette makes her way to the ring.)

David: We're back on Go Time and ready for singles action in the ladies' division, as Coquette attempts to make a name for herself.

Dick: It was at No Regrets that the Ladies' Champion Shadow outlasted three top contenders for that title, so that leaves the title situation wide open for the other ladies of MECCA at the moment.

("Dance Commander" hits and Heather Star makes her way to the ring.)

David: The quick and versatile "Heavenly" Heather Star is gracing us with her presence, and she will attempt to follow up on a win she got in a Triangle Match last week on Go Time with a victory in singles competition.

Dick: Star can certainly be seen as next in line for a shot at the title, as long as she can string together a few more wins.

(FINISH: Coquette goes for a back suplex, but Star counters into a sunset flip for a two count. She bounces off the ropes and tries a crucifix, but Coquette sits out and plants Heather on the mat. She goes to the top rope, but Heather gets up and hits her in the midsection. She beels her off the top rope and then goes up herself, hitting the Falling Star Press. She covers and gets the three count.)

Winner: Heather Star

David: Heather Star gets the win, and this girl is on a roll.

Dick: Coquette will have to wait for another day, as Heather Star looks to gain momentum into a Ladies' Championship match.

David: Nykk and perhaps a mystery partner will take on Ronin Fox and Cynric later, but it is my ultimate displeasure to announce that up next is Round 2 of the Bikini Quest, brought to you solely by David Caldwell.

(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with the EDJ.)

Bill: I'm here with the EDJ and guys, you've been having a phenomenal couple of months here in MECCA. Of course, Jay and Dusty, you finally won your feud against the UK Wrecking Crew by winning in the Ring of Fire at Scared Stiff, and Eddie, you became one half of the first ever double champions in MECCA when you and Alan Mayse won the tag titles. Unfortunately, you lost them to the Killer Kanines this past Saturday at No Regrets. Do you plan to team with Alan again to get them back, or are you concentrating solely on your World Title?

Eddie: As far as Alan goes, I respect the hell out of him and he was one great partner. Down the line, who's to say what we could do together? Unfortunately, he seems to be under some kind of delusion as to the importance of his Toughman Title. He thinks it's the most credible and respected belt in MECCA, but Alan, you're dead wrong about that. And I intend to prove it by concentrating on defending this title against all comers. I don't know who the next challenger is going to be, but rest assured...

Dusty: Whoa, wait a minute there, Eddie. Look, since you won that title, you've gone through everyone that MECCA has to offer. Low Ki, Bryan Danielson, Cynric... people on the Contender Star... but something I've been meaning to ask you is the fact that I've been on the Contender Star for a number of months now, and have yet to receive a World Title match. I know we're best friends and everything, but this is the wrestling business, and I want the glory just as much as you do. So since you don't seem to have a contender lined up at the moment, I wanted to take this opportunity to throw my name in there and get something that I've been wanting for a long time.

Eddie: Dusty, you've been looking out for me for my entire tenure here in MECCA and you're a tough competitor. If you want a shot at this belt, I'll be more than happy to give it to you. In fact, why don't we do this right here tonight in the main event?

Dusty: You're on, buddy. Let's do this.

(Eddie and Dusty walk away and Jay watches them leave.)

Bill: A challenge accepted right here tonight, as Dusty Schneble takes on Eddie Crowe for the World Title...

Jay: Hey, Bill... I kind of feel like the odd man out here, but if Dusty can get a title shot, well, I'm going to see about doing the same very soon.

(Jay walks away.)

Bill: Could this be the beginning of a friendly rivalry between the EDJ? We'll have to wait and see, but more MECCA action is to come here on Go Time.

(In the arena, the Bikini Quest theme is playing, and David Caldwell is in the ring with all the participants.)

David: It's time for the Bikini Quest, but we're cutting to commercial and no one's told Caldwell. Hopefully this will be over by the time we come back!

(Commercial Break)

(In the ring, Caldwell is rambling aimlessly.)

Caldwell: ...so that's why I decided to let you know all how I felt about your reluctant acceptance of my sports entertainment experiment. Now, onto Round 2 of the Bikini Quest! Now, as you know the voting has been taking place for a week on the MECCA website, and one of you lovely ladies has to go. Unfortunately it's my sad duty to announce that Mandi... has been eliminated. So sorry my buttercup, but if you go to the back, my personal limo is waiting, and I promise to make it up to you later.

David: I bet.

(Mandi leaves the ring, blowing the fans kisses.)

Caldwell: For Round 2 of the Bikini Quest, I have a very special contest for all of you to perform. And here to help us with that contest, a man who showed his true loyalty at No Regrets, and a man who definitely deserves to help with this contest... my personal bodyguard Jamie Chan!

(Jamie Chan makes his way into the ring.)

David: Of course, the team of Stage One is no more as of No Regrets, as the Surgeons won the feud, and Saito was promptly fired from the David Caldwell Project, causing his former partner Chan to get physical with him and lay him out.

(Chan gets a chair and sits in it.)

Caldwell: As you can see, Jamie Chan is seated in a chair. All you lovely ladies have to do is give him a lap dance. You will each have thirty seconds to perform your best moves, and when it's all over, Jamie will pick our winner! Up first, my kind of woman, the dumb and silent Medea Knight!

(Knight gives Caldwell an annoyed look.)

Dick: I don't think Medea appreciated that one very much.

(The ladies all take turns giving Chan a lap dance, and when it's over, Chan wipes the sweat from his forehead.)

Caldwell: Was that hot or what?

David: My vote goes for "or what."

Caldwell: All right, Jamie, pick us our winner for this week!

(Chan thinks for a moment, and then raises Zoe Alexander's hand.)

Caldwell: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner is the future Ladies' Champion of MECCA, Zoe Alexander! Now, for all you fans, be sure to cast your votes on the MECCA website and next week...

("Edge of Seventeen" hits and Lisa Letty makes her way to the ring.)

David: Uh oh, I think Lisa Letty's seen enough of this.

Dick: Somehow I don't think she's here to join the Bikini Quest like Zoe did.

(The bimbos all clear out of Lisa's way, and Caldwell orders Chan to protect him. Chan steps in front of Caldwell, but Lisa gets a mic.)

Lisa: Don't worry, Caldwell, I'm not here to hurt you. I just want to tell you a little story. A few years ago, women's wrestling on the independents was practically on life support. It was through the efforts of myself and several other ladies over the last few years that we're finally starting to come out of that coma in the professional wrestling business. Ladies some of you fans may have heard of... like Naomi Leach... LuFisto... Gail Kim... and yes, though I don't see eye to eye with her, our Ladies' Champion Shadow. And others who wrestle here in MECCA and helped pave the way elsewhere, such as Daizee Haze, Lacey, Allison Danger, Cheerleader Melissa and so on. We've earned the fans' respect, even though we have a long way to go. But it's garbage like this that is destroying everything that we helped create. And my boyfriend may not be owner of MECCA anymore, and I don't know how in the world you convinced him to sell his shares to you, but I will not stand by and let this stupidity continue. And the only reason I haven't done this before is because I was on the shelf, but I'm here now. I am the First Lady of MECCA and I...

(Zoe suddenly forearms Lisa from behind, knocking her down. Zoe stomps away on Lisa, as Caldwell comes out from behind Chan.)

Caldwell: Oh, Lisa... you know, you shouldn't anger the boss, especially by interrupting his pride and joy like this. And you say the only reason you haven't come out here before is because you were on the shelf? Believe me, if you had been here, I would expect you to be the first starlet to come out here when I sent out the call. Lisa, you're right, you are the First Lady of MECCA, and that's why I'll have you on my side, because if you fall, all the other ladies in the back fall as well. So next week, in addition to the next round of the Bikini Quest, you will face off against the Initial Starlet Zoe Alexander, and if you lose, you will enter the Bikini Quest as a late entry. Because I'm the boss, and what I say goes...

(Zoe yanks Lisa up by the hair, but Lisa fires back with forearms of her own. Knight moves in, but Lisa kicks her and gives her a DDT as the other bimbos scatter. Lisa clotheslines Zoe and goes after Caldwell, but Chan steps in front of her. He grabs Lisa's hair, but Nykk runs out and hammers on Chan with rights. Caldwell flees, and Chan rolls out of the ring with him.)

David: Nykk wasn't going to stand by and let the David Caldwell Project hurt his girlfriend, and now David Caldwell has turned tail!

("Did My Time" hits and Ronin Fox and Cynric stalk toward the ring.)

Dick: Wait a minute, it's Fox and Cynric, and it looks like they're ready to get their match with Nykk started now! (Fox goes after Lisa, rubbing at his face, but Nykk puts Lisa behind him. Fox and Cynric tell Nykk to bring it on when "At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring as Lisa exits.)

David: Now Kevin Stone's on his way out here... he just came off a hard fought victory over Low Ki at No Regrets, but he's not scheduled for anything tonight.

Dick: Knowing Stone's past, he might have seen women getting beaten up out here and wanted to join in on the fun.

(Stone exchanges a few words with Nykk, and then slugs Cynric in the face. Nykk attacks Fox, and referee Keith Young slides in and calls for the bell.)

David: I guess Nykk has his partner to oppose Ronin Fox and Cynric, and we'll have this match when we return here on Go Time!

(Commercial Break)

(FINISH: Stone charges Fox, but Fox gives him a drop toehold onto the second rope. Cynric comes around on the outside and hits a jumping spin kick to Stone's face. He staggers back into the Tail End from Fox, but Nykk catches Fox in midair and holds him there. Stone turns around on Fox and drops him with the Stone Cutter. He covers, but Cynric breaks it up. Nykk clotheslines him through the ropes and then hits him with a pescado. Fox rolls out of the ring and Stone follows him. The four men brawl around ringside and out into the crowd. Cynric hits Nykk with a chair, but is then clobbered with another chair from Stone. Eventually, the ref throws the match out and calls for the bell.)

Winner: No Contest

David: It looks like the ref threw this one out, as none of the four men have any intention of returning to the ring, and the fight is still on.

Dick: I don't know why Stone joined up with Nykk, but you have to think he's grateful. But none of these guys are backing down.

(Finally, more officials come out and separate the four.)

David: I don't think this one's over, as it never is between Nykk and Ronin Fox. We'll have to get more on this later, but right now Katie Piehl is standing by with a special announcement.

(In the office, Katie Piehl is standing in front of her desk.)

Katie: Hello, fans, and thank you for joining us this week on Go Time. After watching the debacle that is the Bikini Quest over the past two weeks, I've decided it's time to let you all in on my announcement, the one I thought Caldwell was going to spoil when he announced this Bikini Farce. So in direct retaliation to the David Caldwell Project and his affront to women's wrestling, this year MECCA will be host to a Women's World Cup tournament. I am inviting women from all over the world, as well as right here in MECCA, to take part. It will be double elimination, with the finals taking place on April 28, 2007 at the MECCA Challenge III. Due to the high volume of American wrestlers who will be vying for a spot, I've limited the maximum amount of entrants to five, and I'll be taking a close look at our lady competitors over the next few weeks to determine just who will represent the USA in this tournament. Good luck to all the ladies who enter, and get ready, because it all starts on MECCA's second anniversary Go Time, on January 3! Thank you, and I hope you fans are as enthusiastic about this as I am. Once again I invite lady wrestlers from all over the world to come to MECCA and showcase your skills.

(Commercial Break)

(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with the Killer Kanines.)

Bill: I'm here with the brand new MECCA Tag Team Champions, Anubis and the Wild Wolf. Guys, it's been a year in the making, but at No Regrets you defeated the MECCA Champion Eddie Crowe and the Toughman Champion Alan Mayse to win these titles. What do you plan to do now that you are champions?

Wolf: The same thing we've always done, Bill. We will mow through the competition like they're blades of grass and we're a six speed lawnmower. The big man and I proved we're the best team in MECCA this past Saturday, and we plan on continuing to be the best for as long as we're able. But Alan and Eddie, they gave us the fight of a lifetime, and we walked away with more than the titles. We walked away with some respect. But Eddie and Alan, don't get too comfortable with those other titles of yours, because the big man here still has his guaranteed title shot, and we plan on unveiling just who he'll challenge real soon.

(In the arena, "Hit That" hits and Joey Sprinklers and Matt Sydal make their way to the ring.)

David: It looks like we'll be seeing Anubis go after more gold very soon, but we're ready for more tag team action right now as the crowning of new champions has left the contender field wide open for a number of teams.

Dick: Sprinklers and Sydal, or S-Squared as they call themselves, haven't exactly been the most successful team, but here's their chance to turn things around.

("Sweet Dreams" hits and the CDT make their way to the ring, along with Medea Knight.)

David: You notice there's no David Caldwell out here, as he's in the back trying to avoid Nykk as a result of the match he made for next week. If Lisa Letty loses to Zoe Alexander, she has to compete in the Bikini Quest!

Dick: Can you imagine the First Lady of MECCA participating in the embodiment of everything that the women's wrestling movement is struggling against?

(FINISH: Joey goes for Da Hit on CB, but Dreamo dropkicks him and he bounces off the ropes right into a flapjack. Dreamo goes to the top rope, but Sydal gives him a dropkick and goes up with him. He goes for the Cyclorama, but CB goes to the second rope and puts Sydal on his shoulders. Dreamo gives him a somersault neckbreaker back to the mat and covers for the three count.)

Winners: The CDT

David: The CDT are victorious, and with the wins they've been getting lately, they have to be considered candidates to go up against the new tag champs.

Dick: That remains to be seen, as teams like the Pyro Twins, the Surgeons and the Backseat Boyz are all going to want their chance as well.

David: Up next is our main event. Our MECCA World Champion Eddie Crowe defends against his best friend Dusty Schneble!

(Commercial Break)

(Backstage, Eddie Crowe and Dusty Schneble are chatting when Jay Crowe walks up to them.)

Jay: Hey, guys. You ready?

Eddie: I'm always ready. That's why I've been champ for so long.

Dusty: Get ready for a little break then, because I'm taking that title tonight, Eddie, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Jay: I just wanted wish both of you the best of luck out there, but I also wanted to tell you that next week, I've got Jamie Chan one on one. And when I win, I'll be on the Contender Star as well. And whether the MECCA Champion is you, Eddie, or you, Dusty, you won't have long because rest assured I'll be coming for my title shot.

(Eddie shakes his hand.)

Eddie: I look forward to it, brother.

(Dusty shakes Jay's hand.)

Dusty: Pyro Twin vs. Pyro Twin for the title should be a historic moment.

(In the arena, "Burning Times" hits and Dusty Schneble makes his way to the ring.)

David: We've got a World Title match for your main event tonight, as one half of the Pyro Twins Dusty Schneble is set to challenge his fellow EDJ member Eddie Crowe.

Dick: This should be an interesting match, because these two know each other so well. Dusty doesn't really fancy himself a full time singles wrestler, but he's done well enough for himself to get on the Contender Star, and he plans on making the most of this opportunity.

("Noots" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring.)

David: Eddie Crowe has held the MECCA Championship since April 29, and has made it into the MECCA World Title. Though short-lived, he was one half of the first double champions in MECCA history, and tonight he's proving his fairness as champ by not only granting his rivals title shots, but also his friends.

Dick: That generosity could backfire on him, however, as Dusty is focused on becoming MECCA Champion, even on such short notice.

Jared: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is your Go Time main event! And it is for the MECCA World Heavyweight Championship! Introducing first, the challenger... from Bellbrook, Ohio, weighing in at 229 lbs... he is one half of the Pyro Twins and a former MECCA Tag Team Champion... Dustyyyy Schnebleeeee! And his opponent... also from Bellbrook, Ohio... weighing in at 195 lbs... he is the current reigning and defending MECCA World Heavyweight Champion... Eddieeeee Croooooowe!

(FINISH: Eddie goes for the running brainbuster, but Dusty knees him in the head and drops to his feet. He whips Eddie into the ropes and goes for the Rope Burn I, but Eddie holds onto the top rope and drops down across Dusty's shoulders for a close two count. Dusty ducks a clothesline and hits a teardrop suplex. He goes to the top rope and tries a kneedrop, but Eddie moves out of the way. Dusty holds his knee, and Eddie sends him down with a chop block. He goes for the Eddie Dive, but Dusty rolls out of the way. Eddie lands on his feet and Dusty gets up in the corner. Eddie hits a charging dropkick, and then hits the running brainbuster. He hits the Eddie Dive and covers for the three count.)

Winner: Eddie Crowe

David: Eddie retains the title over his best friend, and if Jay is able to fulfill his promise next week, he will have to come after his own brother to become MECCA Champion.

Dick: Easier said than done, as Eddie and Jay have had a rivalry in the past.

David: Thank you for joining us this week on Go Time, and we'll be back next week with two matches already announced as Jay Crowe takes on Jamie Chan, and Lisa Letty battles Zoe Alexander!

(Dusty and Eddie shake hands and pose for the crowd.)
