("Neocon" opening.)
David: Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Go Time, presented by MECCA. We have an awesome main event tonight, as Eddie Crowe from SELF takes on Cynric!
Dick: Not only that, but as of last week we have new MECCA Tag Team Champions, and they're the Eccentrics. We'll hear from them a little later.
David: We'll also hear from Ronin Fox regarding his title shot against Nykk at our next pay-per-view, Scared Stiff.
("Gangsta Bitch" hits and Shadow and Gail Kim make their way to the ring.)
David: We're starting things off with a big ladies' tag match. Gail Kim and Shadow will be representing the Dangerous Liaison in this one.
Dick: Shadow will get her shot at Lisa Letty's Ladies' Title at Scared Stiff, but I'm sure those two don't want to wait that long.
("Edge of Seventeen" hits and Lisa Letty and Kelly Schweickart make their way to the ring.)
David: The Ladies' Champ is still furious at Shadow, and it didn’t help matters back at At Your Own Risk, when Shadow was getting involved in Lisa and Zoe Alexander's match against the Dangerous Liaison.
Dick: But you've also got Gail Kim waiting in the wings to be the next to challenge for the Ladies' Title after Scared Stiff.
(FINISH: Kelly hits the Kelly Cyclone on Shadow, but Gail comes in and breaks up the pin. Lisa comes in and dropkicks Gail through the ropes. Kelly makes the tag, and Lisa and Kelly both bounce off the ropes, but Gail trips Kelly and drags her out of the ring, slamming her into the guardrail. Shadow ducks a clothesline from Lisa and kicks her. She whips her into the ropes, but Lisa reverses, and Gail makes the blind tag. Shadow ducks under a leg lariat and bounces off the ropes to nail Lisa with the Interceptor. She goes for the cover, but Gail knocks her out of the way and covers, getting the three count.)
Winners: Gail Kim and Shadow
David: The Dangerous Liaison win this battle, but it looks like Shadow is upset with Kim.
(Kim explains to Shadow that she was the legal woman and had to get the pin. Shadow's a little upset about it, but calms down.)
Dick: Gail did tag herself in just before Shadow knocked Lisa loopy with the Interceptor... I don't know, getting a win over the Ladies' Champion is a definite statement. Was she just trying to win the match for her team, or was she trying to one-up Shadow?
David: Shadow definitely wanted that momentum going into her title match, but a win is a win. Fans, Eddie Crowe has requested some mic time, and up next he'll get it. Don't go away.
(Commercial Break)
(In the dressing room, the Eccentric Alliance is throwing a party. Delirious is running around dragging streamers and laughing maniacally, and Huh is hosting a refreshment table, except that he's threatening to hit anybody that comes near the food with his tag belt. Dreamo is asleep, and Cheesecake is blowing on a noise-maker. Bill Bicknell enters.)
Bill: Cheesecake, you and Huh have to be ecstatic after last week, not only ending the UK Wrecking Crew's impressive undefeated streak, but becoming the second MECCA Tag Team Champions.
Cheesecake: It'th ju'th't like I always say, Bill... a little per'th'i'th'tence pay'th off in dividends! The Eccentrics are champs once again, and we're ready to defend them again'th't anybody who want'th th'ome of thi'th!
(Cheesecake gyrates, and Kevin Stone suddenly barges in the door. He immediately flattens Cheesecake with a big boot and then rams Delirious into the lockers. He overturns the refreshment table, causing Huh to bellow in rage and attack. Kevin knees him in the midsection and floors him with a right hand. He wraps both hands around Huh's neck and starts choking him.)
Kevin: You think you people are funny? You think you're funny!? You embarrassing me and humiliating me is a riot? Well, different strokes for different folks, because I find this absolutely HILARIOUS!
(Huh gasps for air and starts to turn blue as referees pile in to get Kevin off of him. However, Kevin won't relinquish his grip even with several officials trying to pull him off.)
Bowers: Stop it, Kevin! You'll kill him!
(In the arena, "The Leaving Song Part II" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring, along with Trent Acid.)
David: We're back with Eddie Crowe on his way down, but did you see Kevin crash the Eccentrics' victory party? Isn't he overreacting a little bit?
Dick: Those idiots decided to go out of their way to mock and humiliate Kevin last week, and they should have expected some retaliation.
David: We understand that the referees did finally get Kevin off of Huh, who passed out from lack of air. However, we understand that he came to and is okay now. Eddie Crowe is here now, and he got the absolute tar kicked out of him by his brother Jay back at At Your Own Risk.
Dick: He was definitely a victim of the Pyro Twins' mind games, and he and Acid lost to the Pyro Twins again two weeks ago. But they look like they're back and have regrouped.
(Eddie gets a mic.)
Eddie: I'm sure you all saw a couple of weeks ago at At Your Own Risk... myself and Trent Acid vs. The Pyro Twins. In that match, we were kicking all kinds of ass, but my ex-brother Jay and my ex-friend Dusty went back on their word and beat the crap out of me. Some say that this proves that the Pyro Twins remain the most ruthless tag team in the business. I say all that it proves is that Jay and Dusty are a couple of liars. Dusty, I once considered you like family to me, but no longer. I'll come to deal with you in due time. Right now, Jay, you're staring eye to eye with the man you used to look down upon when we were kids. If you're through playing mind games with me... then I'm through playing games as well. That's why, at Scared Stiff, I'm challenging you to a one on one match. We'll leave all our partners in the back, and we can settle this. That's one reason I'm out here tonight... the other is me following through on a promise. You see, one year ago I decided that I wanted to be in the professional wrestling business. I was approached by someone who I'd never even met, C.M. Punk. He said he saw all the potential in the world for me, and wished to train me. At first, I turned him down, as the RCW Training Camp had produced some of the best wrestlers in the Midwest, including my brother Jay. But Punk showed me the light. He said that if I trained there, Jay would never fully appreciate me, and I would always be a "little brother" to him. However, if I let Punk train me, I could succeed in this business on my own and when Jay and I finally met, he would be forced to recognize me as an equal. But first, I had to have the right mindset. So much potential in this business had been wasted, not because of lack of talent, but because of self-destruction outside the ring. I stopped drinking, and vowed never to smoke or do any drugs or steroids. So Punk said he would take me on, on one condition... that I helped him start a straight edge revolution in a new promotion coming up that he had signed on for, called MECCA. And lo and behold, when I got to MECCA, I discovered some very familiar faces were behind the scenes, including my brother Jay and best friend Dusty. And Punk kept my presence a secret until Bloody Valentine, this past February. When I revealed myself to Jay, I knew by the look in his eyes that Punk was right. I was his little brother, and he still looked down on me, trying to "help" me even though I had already been saved. And so Dusty and Jay joined SELF for me... for ME... even though they didn't believe in its philosophy, and I realized that it was because of me. I was the one with the power now. A few months later, Jay and Dusty betrayed SELF and left us... and a few weeks later, Punk left as well, but for the biggest opportunity of his career. And he had only one more request of me before he walked out of that building at Summer Showdown... continue the Straight Edge Lifestyle Foundation. Bring order to the chaos. And that's what I've been doing for the past two months. I've been scouting, and I've found two more members for SELF, and they have agreed to join the right side. Ladies and gentlemen, SELF is back as I introduce to you its two newest members... Andy Nathans and Jack Fletcher, the UK Wrecking Crew!
("Ironman" hits and the UK Wrecking Crew make their way to the ring.)
David: I don't believe this! Jack Fletcher and Andy Nathans, the Pyro Twins' nemeses, have joined Jay's brother Eddie!
Dick: That was an interesting glimpse into the mind of Eddie Crowe, as we finally get the story behind his snubbing of the RCW/MECCA Training Camp.
(Eddie gives Nathan the mic.)
Nathans: Did all you stupid fans just expect us to sit here and whine about losing our titles, our winning streak, our dignity and our self-respect last week? We're not here to look behind us, we're here to look to the future. And the future of this business is SELF! Eccentrics, we want a rematch, and rest assured, we'll get one as soon as possible. And now that we're allied with Eddie Crowe and Trent Acid, SELF will have the power in MECCA. We'll help each other to attain our goals, and right now, our goals are to win back the tag team titles and make the Eccentrics wish they had never been born.
Fletcher: And as for our undefeated streak ending, well, sorry to upset you all, but it didn't. You see, we had the match won last week and if it wasn't for that clumsy referee, the Eccentrics would have been disqualified when Nykk came down and attacked us. As far as I'm concerned, the Eccentrics' victory was merely a technicality. And Pyro Twins, don't think we haven't forgotten that it was because of you we lost the belts. We can't do anything to you right now... but Eddie can.
(He gives the mic back to Eddie.)
Eddie: Tremble in fear, Pyro Twins, Eccentrics, MECCA... SELF is here to stay. Your days of debauchery and dirty living are coming to an end, one way or another. And Jay, since you just went through great lengths to prove that you're not a complete coward, I'm sure you'll accept my challenge for Scared Stiff. And when you stand in the middle of this ring and look at me face to face, we still won't be equal... no. Because if there's one thing I've realized over the last few months it's this... I am now BETTER than you.
("The Leaving Song Part II" plays, and SELF exits the ring.)
David: Ladies and gentlemen, this is a force to be reckoned with, and I'm sure the entire roster is going to be talking about this for weeks. SELF now consists of Eddie Crowe, Trent Acid and the UK Wrecking Crew.
Dick: Eddie has more than carried out C.M. Punk's wish. Now this is a force.
David: When we come back, Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota make their in-ring return to MECCA.
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is standing by with Ronin Fox.)
Bill: Ronin Fox, you have finally achieved Contender Star status, and at Scared Stiff you'll get your opportunity when you face off against Nykk for the MECCA Championship. How do you feel about getting this opportunity against someone you have such a history with?
Fox: It's funny, Bill, because Nykk has changed so much since we first broke into this business. Now that he actually does have his own company, he's been forced to think about what's best for it, because the better the company does, the better he does. But who can forget the past when it comes to the two of us? Everyone remembers when Nykk nearly ended my career by dropping me on my head with the Aurora Driver. Everyone remembers me finally getting my revenge on Nykk back at Wrestling Revolution I. And when MECCA started, and we discovered that, hey, we make a pretty good team... once we stopped trying to sabotage each other. And now, Nykk puts his MECCA Championship on the line against me, because of the wars we had. If that's an apology, it's a damn good one. However, if he thinks it's a safe gamble because he beat me two years ago when the RCW Title was on the line, he's got his head up his ass. At Scared Stiff, I'm coming to take the MECCA Championship. One more time, Nykk and Fox go to war. And when I go home that night, with the title over my shoulder, he'll know exactly why it was such a war.
(In the arena, "Blue Blast - Winning the Rainbow" hits and Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota make their way to the ring, along with David Caldwell.)
David: What a great match that will be at Scared Stiff with Nykk and Ronin Fox. Right now, however, Takemura and Sakota make their in-ring return, and they've got that scab Caldwell in their corner now.
Dick: Caldwell was fired by KDX and he went out and got two new Japanese clients to teach them a lesson.
David: We understand that KDX was furious about being attacked, and at Scared Stiff, they will take on Takemura and Sakota.
("Hybrid Stigmata" hits and Delirious makes his way to the ring, with Dreamo in tow, being pulled along by Medea Knight.)
David: Delirious and Dreamo will represent the Eccentric Alliance tonight, and they came so close to winning the MECCA Tag Team Championship at At Your Own Risk, only to have their friends Huh and Cheesecake win it last week.
Dick: I doubt Delirious even knows about it yet. He's lost somewhere in his own dementia, and Dreamo isn't coherent enough to be concerned about it.
(FINISH: Delirious hits Shadows Over Hell on Takemura and Dreamo comes in. He gives Takemura the Dream Sequence, but midway through Caldwell grabs Medea and hoists her over his shoulder. Dreamo stops and goes over to Caldwell and gets a Roaring Elbow from behind from Sakota. Dreamo goes through the ropes, but Delirious dropkicks him into the turnbuckles. However, Takemura then plants him with a release German Suplex, and then applies a sleeper with a body scissors. Delirious taps out.)
Winners: Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota
David: Takemura and Sakota are victorious thanks to their new manager, but that tactic won't work against KDX, who are out on their own.
(Caldwell throws Medea down and celebrates with Takemura and Sakota.)
Dick: It looks like Caldwell's new team may be a success.
David: Up next is the main event, as Eddie Crowe takes on Cynric, but will the rest of his new SELF be lurking around? But first, we understand that Bill Bicknell is standing by with Jay Crowe, who has some words for his brother.
(Backstage, Bill Bicknell is with Jay Crowe.)
Bill: Jay, you heard the challenge your brother Eddie made earlier, and you also heard his story probably for the first time of why he went to C.M. Punk for his training.
Jay: Yes, Eddie has never revealed the origins of this whole thing, and a lot of things actually make sense now. Eddie, I don't know why you'd ever think that I was looking down on you because I never have. I don't know if this is something you built up yourself, or lies that Punk pounded into your head. I only know one thing... this is professional wrestling, and the show goes on. Regardless of your feelings about me, and regardless of how I feel, you've had it coming for a long time, and at Scared Stiff, I will take you on. I'm no pushover, and if you ever wanted a fight when we were growing up, I never hesitated to give you one. Well, nothing's changed. On October 29, in our hometown of Dayton, I will drop you straight on your head and show everyone who's better than who.
Bill: And that's not all the news I have, because I received word before I started this interview that you and Dusty will get your tag title shot that you earned back in July, but couldn't capitalize on until now. Next week on Go Time, you and Dusty will challenge the Eccentrics for the MECCA Tag Team Championship.
Jay: It pleases me to hear that, because Dusty and I have gotten off to a rough start here in MECCA, mainly thanks to Eddie and his antics. But next week, the Pyro Twins vs. their biggest rivals, the Eccentrics. Huh, Cheesecake, we know what you're all about, and you know what we're all about. It's familiar territory next week, but don't forget who dethroned you for the RCW Tag Team Titles. Next week, we'll show you why we're the most ruthless team out there. And UK Wrecking Crew, once we've won those belt, you can have a shot any time you want.
(Commercial Break)
(Katie Piehl is in her office talking on the phone when Kevin Stone comes in.)
Katie: I've got to go. Bye.
(She hangs up the phone.)
Katie: What do you want?
Stone: If those Eccentric Alliance punks think they can get away with what they did last week... QUIT LAUGHING!
Katie: (chuckling) Sorry... it's just too sweet after what you did to me... must remain professional...
Stone: Well, no one's going to think I'm too funny when I win the Stiff Strike Challenge. I'm volunteering, and I know the Eccentric Alliance is too cowardly to enter, so whoever enters better be ready...
(Dusty Schneble enters.)
Dusty: Better be ready for what, Kevin? I've heard you want in on this Stiff Strike Challenge, and after you beat me last week, it will be my pleasure to stiff the crap out of you and beat you back in Dayton. I want in as well, Ms. Piehl.
Katie: Two down, two to go. Who else will be in the Stiff Strike Challenge?
(Dusty gives a goofy look to the camera.)
Dusty: Find out live on pay-per-view!
(Kevin walks up to him, and they stare each other down.)
(In the arena, "The Leaving Song Part II" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring.)
David: It's main event time, and we just found out a ton of news. Not only do we have our first two participants in the Stiff Strike Challenge named in Dusty Schneble and Kevin Stone, but we found out that next week, the Pyro Twins get a tag title shot at the Eccentrics!
Dick: And at Scared Stiff, it will be brother vs. brother. Jay Crowe vs. Eddie Crowe.
David: Eddie's out here alone now, but you can rest assured that his new version of SELF is lurking somewhere in the back.
("Soul Creation" hits and Cynric makes his way to the ring.)
David: Cynric is looking to get back in the swing of things after being the man pinned in Four Corner Chaos back on September 24. He's still on the Contender Star, and looking for another title shot.
Dick: How interesting would that be if Ronin Fox were to win the belt from Nykk at Scared Stiff? We could have another brother vs. brother match.
(FINISH: Cynric gives Eddie the Lift Off and covers, but Eddie manages to get a foot on the bottom rope. Cynric brings him to his feet and tries the Shock Cannon, but Eddie escapes and pushes Cynric into the ropes, sending him down with a sweep to the shins and then dropkicks him in the face. Eddie goes to the top rope, but Cynric catches him and manages to crotch him. He goes up and goes for the Shockwave Pulsar when Jack Fletcher runs down and gets on the apron, distracting referee Keith Young. Andy Nathans comes in through the crowd and hits Cynric in the head with a chair. Eddie gets off the top rope, and Andy goes up, giving Cynric London Bridge is Falling Down. Nathans slides out of the ring and Eddie makes the cover. Young turns around and makes the three count.)
Winner: Eddie Crowe
David: Eddie Crowe wasted no time in using the advantages of his group to ensure his victory. Dastardly!
Dick: SELF is sending a message to the Pyro Twins and all of MECCA. They may be an indestructible force.
David: We'll see you all next week on Go Time, when we'll have the Eccentrics vs. The Pyro Twins for the MECCA Tag Team Titles. Good night!
