End of the Line: 12/15/07

Chicago, IL

Countdown Match: Matt Stryker vs. Ryan Andrews
Referee: Mike Neff

(FINISH: Stryker pretty much pummels the rookie, but Andrews manages to get a foot up as Stryker charges him in the corner. He gives him an inverted atomic drop and goes to the top rope, but Stryker runs up the corner and gives him a shinbreaker on the second turnbuckle. He locks in the Stryker Lock, and Andrews taps.)

Winner: Matt Stryker

("Speedmaster" by M.O.V.E opening.)

David: We are in Chicago, Illinois, and MECCA presents End of the Line, live on pay-per-view! I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli, and tonight you will see the best of five series between the House of Lords and the MECCA Loyalists. Complete control over MECCA is on the line for Katie Piehl and Nykk, and of course in the main event, in the very city where he won the title, Bryan Danielson will defend against the man he won the World Title from, Ronin Fox.

Dick: And former partners collide as Nykk takes on Kevin Stone, as well as the long awaited Ladies' Title match between Naomi Leach and Shadow.

David: Plus a mixed six person tag as the Briscoes and Daizee Haze take on the Pyro Twins and Lisa Letty, where anything goes on the outside of the ring. And rounding out the series, up right now, an eight-man tag!

("Third Reich from the Sun" hits and Alan Mayse, Cynric, Huh and Joey Sprinklers make their way to the ring.)

David: This first match to kick off the best of five series has an interesting story behind it, as Eddie Crowe, who was supposed to be in it, was taken out this past Wednesday on Go Time. The doctors will not let him compete tonight, which means a major obstacle is out of the House of Lords' way for this all important event.

Dick: And Cynric looks real proud of himself after costing Matt Sydal and Delirious the tag titles on Go Time.

("The Way I Am" hits and Austin Lee, Tristan Lee, Matt Sydal and Delirious make their way to the ring.)

David: This odd tandem should nevertheless be effective, as the former tag champs Matt Sydal and Delirious combine forces with the Lee Brothers.

Dick: It's the End of the Line for someone tonight, and it's about to get underway!

Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Austin Lee, Tristan Lee, Matt Sydal and Delirious vs. Alan Mayse, Cynric, Huh and Joey Sprinklers
Referee: Keith Young

(FINISH: Eddie Crowe makes his way to the front row, brandishing his ticket and sits down. Near the end of the match, Huh whips Austin into the corner and hits a running clothesline. Alan comes in with a charging dropkick, then Cynric hits a rolling koppo kick, but Austin moves out of the way of Joey's jumping forearm. He smears Joey into the turnbuckles with an avalanche, followed by a shoulder thrust from Tristan, a clothesline from Sydal that takes him out of the ring and causes Joey to fall, and a Panic Attack from Delirious finishes it off. Outside the ring, Huh gets into it with Eddie Crowe as Cynric takes down Austin with a missile front kick in the ring. Tristan gives him an enzugiri, but Mayse hits him with a springboard dropkick. He tries a clothesline on Sydal, but he ducks and Joey, going for Sydal, accidentally nails Mayse with a dropkick. Delirious gives Joey an enzugiri, and he and Sydal give Alan the Slice/Shadows Over Hell combo. Austin picks up Alan and gives him a TKO, covering for the three count.)

Winners: Austin Lee, Tristan Lee, Matt Sydal and Delirious

David: We have our winners, as MECCA is up 1-0 in the series, and Eddie Crowe was able to help out after all, keeping Huh distracted and essentially making it four on three.

Dick: What a great way to start off the night for MECCA, but they have two more matches to win if they want to get rid of Nykk's control once and for all.

(Alan, Cynric, Joey and Huh all yell at each other and blame each other on the outside as the faces make their way up the aisle.)

David: Up next is our Toughman Title match, and of course the Surgeons started this whole thing by taking out Anubis, the Wild Wolf's partner. When Wolf prevailed against Matt Stryker, John Walters immediately challenged him for the title, but we haven't seen Anubis since that attack and we know that Stryker is here.

("Lava" hits and John Walters makes his way to the ring.)

David: John Walters wants to become Toughman Champion, and certainly the Surgeons have proven to be a tough team, but haven't really had the singles experience here in MECCA.

Dick: Walters certainly has the talent, and of course he doesn't need to have the experience to be able to challenge for the Toughman Title.

("Kobrakai" hits and the Wild Wolf makes his way to the ring.)

David: The Wild Wolf is proud to be the Toughman Champion and eagerly accepts all comers, but even he has to pause at having to take on the Surgeons with no Anubis around to back him up.

Dick: Wolf will have to figure out something if he wants to keep his title. The Surgeons will take him apart, as they like to say.

MECCA Toughman Championship: The Wild Wolf vs. John Walters
Referee: David Bowers

(FINISH: Wolf goes for the small package driver on Walters, but Stryker comes down and tries to grab Wolf's foot. Wolf kicks him away, but that allows Walters to snap him over with a neckbreaker. Anubis suddenly comes through the curtain in street clothes, as Stryker gets on the apron. Anubis pulls him off and pummels him, picking him up and ramming him into the ring post. Stryker tries to crawl away, but Anubis fights him to the back. Walters goes for the Hurricane DDT on Wolf, but he escapes and gets a double leg takedown. He applies the Kanine Kruncher, and Walters taps out.)

Winner: The Wild Wolf

David: The Wild Wolf retains, and Anubis has returned and helped his partner even the score against the Surgeons!

Dick: Stryker better run for his life, and I wouldn't try and go help him if I was Walters, right now.

David: Up next, the best of five series continues as Lisa Letty will team with the Pyro Twins against the Briscoes and Daizee Haze!

("Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins and Lisa Letty make their way to the ring.)

David: This match came about when Daizee tried to stop the Pyro Twins from rampaging backstage, and they were about to "light her up" literally when the Briscoes made the save.

Dick: Of course, Lisa and Daizee have this long rivalry, and Daizee was even responsible for taking the Ladies' Title from Lisa under the guise of Shelirious.

("Gimme Back My Bullets" hits and the Briscoes and Daizee Haze make their way to the ring.)

David: Daizee wants to get at the Pyro Twins too, and against Katie Piehl's better judgment this match will consist of regular mixed tag rules on the inside, but outside the ring anything goes.

Dick: This is going to be a very chaotic match because of that, but if the Briscoes and Daizee can pull off the victory, MECCA will be up 2-0.

Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match: Daizee Haze and the Briscoes vs. Lisa Letty and the Pyro Twins
Referee: Rya Zeh

(FINISH: Mark Briscoe sets up a table on the outside as Jay Briscoe brawls in the ring with Dusty. Meanwhile, Daizee hits a missile dropkick on Lisa. Jay Briscoe dropkicks Dusty and he goes through the ropes to join Jay Crowe on the outside. Jay Briscoe goes for a pescado, but the Pyro Twins catch him. Mark gets on the apron and tries to jump down onto them, but the Pyro Twins throw Jay Briscoe at him, and the Briscoes crash to the concrete. However, Daizee is up on the top turnbuckle and take Jay and Dusty by surprise with a plancha to take them down. Mark Briscoe grabs Jay Crowe and puts him on the table as Jay Briscoe drops Dusty face first onto the apron. Daizee goes back up top, and Jay Briscoe ascends an opposite corner. Mark gets on the apron to direct traffic, but Lisa comes over and nails him with a low blow. She shakes the ropes and crotches Jay Briscoe. Jay Crowe gets off the table and forearms Mark, laying him across the table as Dusty gets on the apron and grabs Daizee. He beels her down through Mark, shattering the table. Jay Crowe rolls her back into the ring, where Lisa hooks in the Letty Stretch. Jay Briscoe tries to get to her, but Jay Crowe intercepts him with a kick to the head. Finally, Daizee taps out.)

Winners: The Pyro Twins and Lisa Letty

David: Oh, no! What an unfortunate turn of events for the Briscoes and Daizee, as now the series is tied at 1-1!

Dick: What carnage we saw out here, but you have to hand it to Daizee. She took it right to the Pyro Twins without any fear.

David: Up next is a match over a year in the making, as it was this time last year that Nykk and Kevin Stone began teaming, and it was in April when Nykk abandoned Stone to form the House of Lords. Stone has been fighting against him this entire time, and tonight's the night for him to finally get his payback in this crucial match of the best of five series.

("Destroy" hits and Nykk makes his way to the ring, holding up his tag team belt.)

David: Nykk agreed to this match as long as Ronin Fox got his title rematch against Danielson, and one half of the brand new Tag Team Champions wants to put down his former partner once and for all.

Dick: The interesting fact here is that even though Nykk is much more decorated than Stone, he has never beaten Stone here in MECCA or back in RCW. In fact, two years ago Stone beat Nykk in the main event in a title defense, after winning the MECCA Championship from him a few weeks earlier.

("At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)

David: The MECCA Monster was appalled when Nykk formed the House of Lords, proving that their team was always meant to be a farce. Talk about two years ago, last year Nykk and Stone teamed together against Ronin Fox and Cynric, two men who Nykk is now allied with.

Dick: A lot of history behind this one, for sure, and this match will determine which group takes the lead in the best of five series.

Kevin Stone vs. Nykk
Referee: Mike Neff

(FINISH: Nykk gets Stone in the Cedarleaf, but he reaches the ropes. Nykk then goes outside the ring and throws in a chair. As the ref is getting rid of that chair, Nykk brings another into the ring and tries to hit Stone. Stone big boots the chair into Nykk's face and grabs it. The ref turns around and sees Stone with the chair and takes it away. Stone doesn't want to give it up, but finally the ref takes it from him, but Nykk is on the top rope and comes off with a leg lariat. He covers and gets a close two count. He whips Stone into the ropes and Stone tries a clothesline. Nykk ducks, but Stone turns around and nails him with one from behind. He goes to the second rope, but then shakes his head and goes all the way to the top. Nykk intercepts him with a jumping forearm and goes up with him. He decides to try the Nykkochet, but Stone doesn't budge. He clubs Nykk across the back and hooks his arms, hitting a Monster Bomb from the top rope, but crotching himself in the process. He finally rolls off the turnbuckles and drapes an arm over Nykk, but only gets a very close two count. He goes for the Stone Crusher, but Nykk escapes his clutches and spins, back tripping Stone's leg. He goes down, and Nykk applies the Cedarleaf. Stone tries to make it to the ropes again, but Nykk drags him back to the center of the ring and locks in the Bodybreaker. Stone finally taps out.)

Winner: Nykk

David: What a hard fought match, and Nykk has finally defeated Kevin Stone and taken the lead for the House of Lords!

Dick: It's 2-1 in favor of Nykk and his group, and all they need is one more win in order to take this series and we'll be stuck with Nykk running things forever.

David: Up next could be the deciding match in the best of five series. We were all surprised when Naomi Leach came back to the family on Halloween, and she wasted no time in going after her Ladies' Title shot. Tonight, she gets it against Shadow.

("Fall Behind Me" hits and Naomi Leach makes her way to the ring.)

David: Naomi Leach is a phenomenal wrestler, and she was the first RCW Ladies' Champion back in the day.

Dick: But keep in mind that it was Shadow who beat her for that title. These two ladies have had quite a rivalry over the years.

("Gangsta Bitch" hits and Shadow makes her way to the ring.)

David: Shadow is a three-time MECCA Ladies' Champion, and will do absolutely anything to hold onto it. She's been trying to repel Naomi's challenge since she got here, but tonight she's finally stuck.

Dick: It's all or nothing for Shadow. If she wins, the House of Lords wins. If she loses, she loses her title and allows the MECCA loyalists to tie the score again.

MECCA Ladies' Championship: Naomi Leach vs. Shadow
Referee: Nikki Alvarado

(FINISH: Shadow ends up striking and slapping Alvarado several times during the match while protesting a count. At the end, Naomi goes for a DDT, but Shadow backs her into the corner. She tries to whip her to the opposite side, but Naomi pulls her in and gets a double leg takedown. She slingshots Shadow into the corner, and Shadow strikes her head. Naomi tries a Stinger Splash, but Shadow moves out of the way, falling to her knees. She gets back up and the ref checks on her by touching her shoulder from behind, and Shadow thinks it's Naomi, and turns around and nails Alvarado with the Interceptor. Alvarado calls for the bell as she holds her jaw.)

Winner: Naomi Leach

David: Shadow has been disqualified, after Alvarado decided not to suffer her abuse any longer!

Dick: Wait a minute, Shadow didn't even do it on purpose that time.

David: Who cares? Naomi may not have the belt, but she wins, and that means the score is now 2-2! The World Title match will decide everything!

(Shadow protests to the ref and tries to explain what happened. Alvarado is having none of it, and Shadow grabs her by the hair as she walks away and applies the Dragon Sleeper. Naomi tackles Shadow and pounds her with right hands as officials come out to separate them.)

David: We have a situation on our hands out here, and after we get the ring cleared, we will have our main event for the World Title as...

("On the Speedway" hits and Jamie Chan makes his way to the ring as officials clear the ladies out of the ring.)

David: Well, we understand that Jamie Chan has requested time because he has something to say.

Dick: Chan has been going head to head with some of the biggest names in MECCA recently. He's had his ass handed to him every time, but give the guy credit for taking his lumps in an effort to improve himself.

(Chan gets a mic.)

Chan: I said it before and I'll say it again: I am willing to take on the best MECCA has to offer, yet I was left off this card. I told Katie Piehl I'd take on anyone from the House of Lords, but my request was denied. But my quest to prove myself will continue, because tonight I'm issuing an open challenge. Anyone in the back who wants that PPV payday, come on out, because the Chan-Man has a knee to tattoo with the imprint of your face!

(After a few minutes, "Kobrakai" hits and Anubis makes his way to the ring.)

David: Uh oh... I guess Anubis disposed of Matt Stryker, and he's still hungry for action. I'm not sure this was a wise move on Chan's part.

Dick: The guy's got heart, but Anubis has massive legs and arms, and lots of really big muscles.

Anubis vs. Jamie Chan
Referee: Keith Young

(FINISH: Anubis hits Chan with the Ankh Smash and goes up for the Sphinx Splash, but Chan intercepts him with a leaping kick and then beels him off the top rope. Anubis gets to his feet, and Chan grabs his head, elevating his own knee into Anubis's face. Anubis staggers, and Chan bounces off the ropes only to receive a spinebuster. Anubis signals that it's over and picks Chan up, driving him down with the Sarcophagus. He covers and gets the three count.)

Winner: Anubis

David: Jamie Chan has once again fallen at the hands of a top tier MECCA wrestler, and this time it's Anubis who is looking good in the ring after being put out temporarily a couple of weeks ago.

Dick: Good effort by Chan, but he was just not able to overcome the awesome power of Anubis.

David: All that's left is our main event, which will decide who retains power in MECCA. Ronin Fox challenges Bryan Danielson for the MECCA Championship, and it was on September 19 on Go Time that Danielson won the title from Fox.

(They bring up the closing moments of the match on the screen.)

David: As you can see, Danielson has cinched in Cattle Mutilation on Fox, and the ref is dropping Fox's hand. According to the House of Lords, Fox was still conscious and his arms had gone numb from the application of the hold. We'll let you judge for yourselves if that's true, or if it's just another excuse made up by Nykk and Fox.

("Did My Time" hits and Ronin Fox makes his way to the ring.)

David: The other half of our brand new MECCA Tag Team Champions is going for double gold tonight as he seeks to get back the title he lost all those months ago.

Dick: Fox was the guy Nykk tapped to lead the House of Lords in the ring, while he used his power to favor them backstage. At one time, the House of Lords held all the gold in MECCA, and they want those days back.

("The Final Countdown" hits and Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring.)

David: The American Dragon has been an honorable champion and has beaten some of the biggest names in MECCA. Alan Mayse, Kevin Stone and Eddie Crowe have all fallen to him.

Dick: A lot of pressure is on Danielson, just like on Shadow in the last match. It's all or nothing for him.

Jared: Ladies and gentlemen, this is our main event for End of the Line, and it is for the MECCA World Championship! Introducing first, the challenger... from Westminster, Colorado, and weighing in at 180 lbs... he is a former MECCA Champion and currently one half of the MECCA Tag Team Champions... Roniiiin Fooooox! His opponent... from Aberdeen, Washington, and weighing in at 190 lbs... he is the current reigning and defending MECCA World Heavyweight Champion... The American Dragon Bryaaan Danielsoooooon!

MECCA World Championship: Bryan Danielson vs. Ronin Fox
Referee: David Bowers

(FINISH: Fox goes for the Tail End, but Danielson sets him back down and counters into Cattle Mutilation. Fox desperately waves his arms to let the ref know he's still alive, and slowly gets to his knees. He somersaults over on top of Danielson for a close two count, but Danielson turns him over and starts laying into him with elbows. Fox gets an arm free and starts blocking the elbows, so Danielson headbutts him. He picks Fox up and goes for a dragon suplex, but Fox lands on his feet and hits a running dropkick. He gives Danielson a traditional piledriver and covers for a two count. He goes up top and tries a guillotine legdrop, but Danielson moves. He applies the Crossface Chickenwing, but Fox manages to sit out. Danielson goes down with him and starts laying in elbows again. Fox gets under Danielson and stands up, giving him a backdrop. Danielson rolls him through with a sunset flip, but Fox rolls backwards at two and picks Danielson up by the legs, dropping him down on his head with a modified powerbomb. He sets up for the Tail End again, but Danielson throws him off. Fox blocks a roaring forearm and headbutts Danielson, staggering him. Fox quickly leaps to the top rope and goes for the Fox Fire, but Danielson jumps up and headbutts him in the sternum as he comes down. As Fox grasps his chest in pain, Danielson grabs an arm and takes Fox down with a triangle choke. Fox doesn't tap, so Danielson starts laying in elbows to the top of the head. After numerous elbow shots, Fox goes limp and the ref pulls Danielson off while calling for the bell.)

Winner: Bryan Danielson

David: Danielson wins! MECCA wins! The World Champion will live on with that belt!

Dick: And he did exactly what he said he would do, and that's knock Fox out for real this time.

(Nykk comes down to protest, but even he can't convince the official that Fox was still conscious while he's laying in a heap in the middle of the ring. Katie Piehl walks past Nykk and gets in the ring, hugging Danielson.)

David: This means that Katie Piehl has now been granted full power and is back running MECCA. Things are back to as they should be here in Chicago. We'll see you on Go Time, everyone. Good night!
