Dark Match: Joey Sprinklers vs. Trent Acid
Referee: Keith Young
(FINISH: Acid goes for the Yakuza Kick, but Joey sidesteps it. He gives Acid a step up enzugiri, and then goes for Da Sprinklanator. Acid escapes and kicks Joey, giving him a Blue Thunder Bomb for two. He sets Joey on the top rope and goes for the Backseat Driver, but Joey counters into a victory roll for the three count.)
Winner: Joey Sprinklers
("Neocon" opening.)
David: We are making our debut outside of the Midwest for the very first time here on FSN, as MECCA becomes the Modern Establishment of Competitive Combat Arts! We're in Miami, Florida, and this is At Your Own Risk! I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli, and tonight the MECCA World Championship is defended in a Triangle Match for the very first time as Eddie Crowe faces Andy Nathans and Jack Fletcher, the UK Wrecking Crew.
Dick: And we'll also see Alan Mayse take on the American Dragon Bryan Danielson one on one right here tonight.
David: Plus a Ladies' Championship match, a mixed tag match and a MECCA Tag Team Title match right now!
("Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)
David: The Pyro Twins are hell bent on taking out the UK Wrecking Crew, but first and foremost their priority is the tag titles that they lost a month ago at Summertime Showdown.
Dick: Jay and Dusty are focused, but are they focused on winning the titles back or are they more focused on Jack Fletcher and Andy Nathans?
("Soul Creation" hits and Ronin Fox and Cynric make their way to the ring.)
David: The Pyro Twins aren't the only competitors in this match with other business, as Fox has made it plain that he plans to go after the MECCA World Championship and become first double champion in MECCA history.
Dick: That's a tremendous feat, and an even bigger responsibility if he does accomplish it. But right now, these two teams need to worry about each other.
MECCA Tag Team Championship: The Pyro Twins vs. Ronin Fox and Cynric
Referee: Matt Hitchcock
(FINISH: The Pyro Twins go for Final Darkness on Cynric, but he shoulder rolls to avoid it, and Fox springboards to the top rope and takes Jay and Dusty down with a double dropkick. Fox throws Dusty out of the ring, and Cynric puts Jay on his shoulders. Fox goes up to the top turnbuckle for the Dead End. However, Dusty gets on the apron and grabs Fox by the hair. He beels him all the way to the floor as Jay gives Cynric a reverse rana. He lifts him for the Overhaul, but Cynric escapes and dumps Jay on his head with a German suplex. On the outside, Fox reverses a whip and sends Dusty into the guardrail. He slides back in the ring and puts Jay on his shoulders. Cynric goes to the outside and springboards in for the Lift Off and nails it. Cynric covers, but Dusty makes the save at the last second. Fox goes after Dusty, but Dusty backdrops him to the outside. Fox lands on the apron and gives Dusty a shoulder thrust to double him over. Fox somersaults in and hits a back dropkick to Dusty's rear end, sending him through the ropes and to the floor. He sets up Jay for the curb stomp as Cynric raises his knees, and Fox drives Jay's head right down onto them. Cynric covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: Ronin Fox and Cynric
David: Fox and Cynric score the victory once again and keep their Tag Team Titles!
Dick: They erased all doubts about whether they were worthy or not, beating the very team they won the belts from, and clean this time.
David: What a series of matches these teams have had, and another definite Match of the Year Candidate tonight.
(Fox and Cynric leave the ringside area as Dusty and Jay get back up in the ring to receive applause from the fans.)
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Cool" hits and the Human Tornado and Delirious make their way to the ring.)
David: We've got a bonus match coming up, featuring members of the Eccentric Alliance! Or what's left of it, after Huh turned his back and joined David Caldwell a couple of weeks ago.
Dick: We're set to have the Killer Kanines take on these two goofballs, and I can't wait to see them destroyed.
(Tornado starts dancing, and Delirious looks confused as hell. Suddenly, "At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)
David: That's not the Killer Kanines' music. That's the MECCA Monster!
Dick: I don't know what Kevin Stone is doing out here. He doesn't have a match booked tonight.
(Stone gets a mic.)
Stone: I have not been having a very good month at all, and I came all the way here to this overcrowded, rundown state to kick somebody's ass, only to find out that I'm not even booked! Let me tell you all something... I'm a former MECCA Champion, and I would have been you current Toughman Champion if not for those stupid knockout rules. And I'm the biggest bad ass in this company, no matter how high or "low" you go on the card, because I always come up with the "ki" to victory. Now, I am demanding that you ring that bell right now, and I don't care if it's one of you or both of you, I'm going to kill somebody. What, you have something to say?
(He offers the mic to Tornado and then clocks him with it. He backhands Delirious with the mic and then whips him into the ropes, hitting the Stone Crusher. Delirious rolls out of the ring as Tornado gets to his feet and challenges Stone. Referee Keith Young slides into the ring and rings the bell.)
The Human Tornado vs. Kevin Stone
Referee: Keith Young
(FINISH: Stone dominates the match, but Tornado mounts some offense at the end. He gives Stone some rights and then kicks him. Stone catches his foot and tosses it away, but Tornado spins around to hit a spinning wheel kick that staggers Stone. He jumps to the second turnbuckle and vaults backwards for a high cross body, but Stone big boots him out of midair. He whips Tornado into the ropes and hits the Stone Cutter, covering for the three count.)
Winner: Kevin Stone
David: The Human Tornado didn't stand a chance tonight, as Kevin Stone just destroyed him right in the middle of the ring.
Dick: Stone is serious about not being forgotten in MECCA after losing the MECCA Championship earlier this year and coming up short for the Toughman Championship.
David: We'll have to wait and see if Low Ki picked up on his not so subtle insults, but up next, we'll have mixed tag action coming at you!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Clavicle" hits and Matt Sydal and Daizee Haze make their way to the ring.)
David: We're back here at At Your Own Risk, and now is only the second ever mixed tag match in MECCA history, as old friends Matt Sydal and Daizee Haze get ready for action.
Dick: The first, of course, was Nykk and Lisa Letty vs. Charlie Haas and Jackie back at Bloody Valentine, and it turned out to be a pretty classic match.
("Filthy/Gorgeous" hits and Cheesecake and Coquette make their way to the ring.)
David: It was this woman Coquette who convinced Cheesecake it was in his best interests to break away from the Eccentric Alliance, and he managed to blind his former partner Huh with disinfectant spray in the process. Though, it's tough to feel sorry for Huh now that he's aligned himself with David Caldwell.
Dick: Cheesecake has been on a roll ever since that match, and I'm told is very close to securing a MECCA World Title shot.
Mixed Tag Team Match: Matt Sydal and Daizee Haze vs. Cheesecake and Coquette
Referee: David Bowers
(FINISH: Cheesecake goes for the Screw-Driver on Sydal, but Sydal reverses the waistlock and gives Cheesecake the Here It Is Driver. He covers, but Cheesecake gets a foot on the bottom rope. Sydal picks him up, but Cheesecake gives him a jawbreaker and slides out of the ring. Daizee tags herself in as Sydal bounces off the ropes and hits a twisting moonsault to the outside onto Cheesecake. Coquette comes in, but Daizee clotheslines her. She gives her a back body drop, and then goes for a heart punch. Coquette blocks it, and gives Daizee a single arm DDT. She segues into the Coquettish Clutch, and Daizee is forced to tap out.)
Winners: Cheesecake and Coquette
David: Coquette gets the win for her team, as we just found out that the French debutante is in fact more than capable of holding her own in the ring.
Dick: I think that took Daizee by surprise, as she is obviously the more experienced of the two.
David: Cheesecake continues his rise in MECCA with this win, but when we come back, the Ladies' Title is on the line as LuFisto defends against Zoe Alexander!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "TKO" hits and Zoe Alexander makes her way to the ring.)
David: Zoe has been on the rise ever since turning on the fans a few months back, and finally has managed to secure a title shot for herself.
Dick: This is Zoe's big chance, so she had better make the most of it.
("Sold Me" hits and LuFisto makes her way to the ring.)
David: LuFisto has been a dominant Ladies' Champion, but the challenger has been owning her in the ring over the last month. Will tonight crown a new champion?
Dick: LuFisto is resourceful and intelligent, and unlikely to fall into Zoe's traps more than once. There's no telling who is going to come out on top in this one.
MECCA Ladies' Championship: LuFisto vs. Zoe Alexander
Referee: Nikki Alvarado
(FINISH: Zoe hits a double knee gutbuster on LuFisto, and then goes for the Zoetrope. LuFisto rolls through into the sunset flip for a two count, but Zoe rolls through that move and hits a sitout powerbomb for a close two count. She lifts LuFisto into a firewoman's carry and goes for the TKO, but LuFisto lands on her feet and hits a German suplex with a bridge for a two count. She goes for LuFisto's Law, but Zoe rams her into the corner. She props LuFisto on the top turnbuckle and goes up for a superplex. However, LuFisto counters with rights and rams Zoe's head onto the top turnbuckle. She takes her over with a sunset powerbomb for a close two count. Zoe gets up and rakes the eyes, going for the Zoetrope again. LuFisto lands on her feet this time and pushes Zoe into the ropes. She rolls her up with an inside cradle and gets the surprise three count.)
Winner: LuFisto
David: LuFisto just got the victory out of nowhere, rolling up Zoe and getting the pin!
Dick: Zoe is not happy about that, but there's nothing she can do, as she gave it all she had, but LuFisto is the one who found a way to win.
(Zoe throws a tantrum as Zoe exits the ring with the belt.)
David: When we come back, we'll have a Triangle Tag Match for you!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Sweet Dreams" hits and the CDT make their way to the ring, along with Medea Knight.)
David: We're back with more tag team action here at At Your Own Risk, and the CDT are here for payback.
Dick: They got caught up in a feud that didn't even concern them, and it cost them a victory. Tonight they plan on collecting the win they feel they are owed.
("Still More Fighting" hits and Stage One make their way to the ring, along with David Caldwell.)
David: Stage One and our new co-owner are heading down, and one has to wonder just what Caldwell had in mind when he said that MECCA wasn't being run like the sports entertainment company it should be.
Dick: Whatever it is, it can't be good. Caldwell seems to be ready to move forward with his ideas as co-owner.
("Body Bomb" hits and the Surgeons make their way to the ring.)
David: The dynamic new team of Matt Stryker and John Walters have had their debut momentum cut short by Stage One, and now they plan on continuing their winning ways.
Dick: But what part, if any, will the presence of the CDT do to help or hurt them?
Triangle Tag Team Match: The Surgeons vs. Stage One vs. The CDT
Referee: Matt Hitchcock
(FINISH: Saito backdrops CB over the top rope, just as Walters gives Dreamo a Hurricane DDT. Stage One and the Surgeons come face to face, and then start wailing away on each other. Chan rams Stryker into the corner, and they go for Stage Completed on Walters. He gives them a double clothesline, and then launches Chan into Stryker, and they give him the Bad Medicine. Stryker hoists Saito on his shoulders, and they hit the Human Error. Hitchcock tries to get Walters out of the ring, and Dreamo gets back in the ring with his pillow as Stryker gets up. Dreamo nails Stryker in the back of the head with the pillow, and Stryker goes down. Instead of covering, Dreamo rolls Saito on top of Stryker and he gets the three count.)
Winners: Stage One
David: What the hell just happened here? Stryker just got knocked unconscious by something, and Dreamo helped Saito get the cover!
(Caldwell jumps in the ring, celebrating, as Walters tries to get to his partner. Stage One and the CDT ambush him, and Chan and CB hold him for Dreamo, as he nails Walters across the midsection with the pillow. Walters goes down, and Dreamo dumps a brick out of the pillowcase.)
Dick: There was a brick in that pillowcase, David, and that must mean that the CDT have joined forces with David Caldwell!
(Caldwell shakes hands with Medea Knight and hugs CB and Dreamo. The CDT congratulate Stage One as Caldwell gets a mic.)
Caldwell: As you've just seen, my newest acquisitions are right here! At the recommendation of Huh, Concession Boy, Dreamo and Medea Knight are now the newest members of the David Caldwell Project. And they're going to help me bring some much needed sports entertainment to this sorry product!
(Stryker tries to get at Caldwell, but is only still semi-conscious. The CDT grab him and give him the Nocturnal Emission. "Afternoon Delight" plays as Caldwell, Knight, Stage One and the CDT raise their arms in victory.)
David: I don't know what these three are thinking joining up with the David Caldwell Project, but honestly, how much damage can this moron do with only his bodyguards and former Eccentric Alliance members? We'll be right back with what the fans want to see... wrestling! Bryan Danielson takes on Alan Mayse when we return!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "The Final Countdown" hits and Bryan Danielson makes his way to the ring.)
David: We're back here in Miami, and we just saw the CDT join the David Caldwell Project at the expense of the Surgeons. That whole Triangle Match was a ruse to get a win for Stage One!
Dick: We'll just have to wait and see where David Caldwell is going with this whole "sports entertainment" kick.
David: Right now, we return to wrestling, as Bryan Danielson plans to use this match to get back in contention for the MECCA Championship.
("Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)
David: Danielson actually had the audacity to tell Alan that if he liked what he saw tonight, he could give him a title shot down the line.
Dick: They're using each other, David. Danielson wants to get back on the Contender Star and be considered an immediate challenger for the MECCA World Title, and Alan needs a title defense over Danielson to help build that Toughman Title.
Alan Mayse vs. Bryan Danielson
Referee: Keith Young
(FINISH: Danielson goes for Cattle Mutilation, but Alan rolls through with the arms and hooks Danielson, delivering the Tiger Bomb. Danielson barely kicks out at two, and Mayse is in shock. He goes for the Maysochist, but Danielson manages to shove him shoulder first into the ring post. He goes for the Crossface Chickenwing, but Alan runs to the corner and propels himself up and over Danielson. He kicks Danielson and delivers another Tiger Bomb, this time getting the three count.)
Winner: Alan Mayse
David: Danielson actually managed to kick out of Alan's finisher, but a second Tiger Bomb put away the American Dragon!
Dick: So much for Bryan Danielson's plan to become a contender for the MECCA Championship!
David: Speaking of which, the first ever Triangle Match for the World Title is up next. Don't miss it!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Ironman" hits and the UK Wrecking Crew make their way to the ring.)
David: It's time for our main event here at At Your Own Risk, as we have a Triangle Match, but it looks like we know where the UKWC stand on this matter, as they're coming out together and not separate.
Dick: If they can just double team Eddie and incapacitate him somehow until it's down to the two of them, we're going to have a new MECCA World Champion.
David: But will it be Andy Nathans or Jack Fletcher who walks away with the title, and what will that do to their team?
("Noots" hits and Eddie Crowe makes his way to the ring.)
David: Eddie Crowe has history with the UKWC, as they were to be the Pyro Twins' replacement in Eddie's new version of SELF last fall, but he ended up playing right into the then tag team champs' plan, as they beat him senseless and effectively dissolved that group.
Dick: Lately, they've both gotten falls over Eddie, leading to this title match. But the Pyro Twins still aren't finished with the UK Wrecking Crew, and you know they'll be watching this one very closely.
Jared: Ladies and gentlemen, this contest is the main event of the evening. It is scheduled for one fall and is for the MECCA World Championship! It will be contested under Triangle Match rules which means that it's every man for himself, and the first fall will win the match. Introducing first, the challengers... from London, England, and weighing in at 224 lbs... he is a former two-time MECCA Tag Team Champion... Andyyyy Nathaaaaans! And his opponent... from Liverpool, England... weighing in at 202 lbs... he is also a former two-time MECCA Tag Team Champion... Jaaaack Fletcheeeer! And their opponent... from Bellbrook, Ohio... weighing in at 195 lbs... he is the current reigning and defending MECCA World Heavyweight Champion... Eddieeeee Croooooowe!
Triangle Match for the MECCA World Championship: Eddie Crowe vs. Andy Nathans vs. Jack Fletcher
Referee: David Bowers
(FINISH: The UK Wrecking Crew work well together to take out Eddie, but Eddie manages to fight back and hits a running brainbuster on Fletcher, and then a scoop slam on Nathans. He hits the Eddie Dive on Fletcher, but Nathans breaks up the pin attempt. He feeds Eddie to Fletcher, who gives him the Union Jack. They then give Eddie the Wrecking Ball, and Nathans goes for the cover, but Fletcher pulls him off. Nathans gets up, and the two start to argue. Nathans shoves Fletcher, and Fletcher retaliates. Eddie gives them a double clothesline, and starts hitting them with rights. He backs Nathans into a corner, but Fletcher attacks from behind, and the UKWC decide to go for one more double team. All of a sudden, Fletcher rolls up Nathans, and almost gets a three count. They start arguing again, and Eddie dropkicks Nathans into Fletcher, sending him out of the ring. Eddie gives Nathans a northern lights suplex and rolls through, hitting the Gutwrench Driver. He covers and gets the three count.)
Winner: Eddie Crowe
David: Eddie Crowe has done it again, and he is still MECCA World Champion!
Dick: Fletcher and Nathans just could not get on the same page, as they suddenly remembered that it's every man for himself, and they both wanted the title.
(Eddie holds up the belt as Nathans and Fletcher get into a shoving match again. They argue back and forth, but then decide to attack Eddie instead. They double team him with stomps and right hands, but the Pyro Twins run out. Jay dukes it out with Nathans as Dusty goes after Fletcher. Jay gives Nathans a belly-to-belly suplex, and he slides out of the ring. Dusty whips Fletcher at Jay and Eddie, and they give him a backdrop over the top rope onto Nathans on the outside.)
David: The EDJ is standing tall, and the Pyro Twins still want at the UK Wrecking Crew. They haven't forgotten that Nathans and Fletcher cost them the tag titles at Summertime Showdown! Fans, that's all for At Your Own Risk, and we invite you all to join us next month on pay-per-view as MECCA presents Scared Stiff. We'll see you on Go Time!
(The EDJ poses for the crowd as "Fire" plays.)
