Dark Match: Kelly Schweickart vs. Shadow
Referee: Rya Zay
(FINISH: Shadow goes for the Dragon Sleeper, but Kelly manages to turn over and trip her. Shadow falls to her back, and Kelly rolls her up for a two count. Kelly kicks her and executes a spinning fisherman's suplex. She goes to the top rope and tries the Kelly Cyclone, but Shadow rolls out of the way. She bounces off the ropes and knocks Kelly out with the Interceptor. She covers and gets the three count.)
Winner: Shadow
("Neocon" opening.)
David: Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to Cleveland, Ohio, as the Midwestern Establishment of Competitive Combat Arts presents At Your Own Risk, live from the Agora Theatre and across this great nation on FSN! I'm David Mills, along with Dick Broccoli.
Dick: And in tonight's main event, Nykk defends his MECCA Championship in Four Corner Chaos against Cynric, Alan Mayse and Kevin Stone.
David: But that's not the only title that will be decided. A Tag Team Gauntlet will take place, with the winners immediately facing the tag champs the UK Wrecking Crew.
Dick: We'll also have a big ladies' tag match, as the Ladies' Champion Lisa Letty teams with Zoe Alexander to take on the Dangerous Liaison's Gail Kim and LuFisto.
("The Leaving Song Part II" hits and Eddie Crowe and Trent Acid make their way to the ring.)
David: Here come the remnants of SELF, Eddie Crowe and Trent Acid, who seem to have a distinct advantage in this match, because Jay Crowe and Dusty Schneble have vowed that they will not harm Eddie, only Trent Acid.
Dick: That's not the way to win your matches, but the Pyro Twins may have some kind of plan yet.
("Burning Times" hits and the Pyro Twins make their way to the ring.)
David: Eddie has gone so far as to say that his relationship to Jay and his friendship with Dusty is non-existent, and he's still following the vision of a guy who left MECCA a month ago.
Dick: The Pyro Twins reluctantly accepted this match, more to shake off the accusations that some of the fans have that they're becoming wusses rather than because they really want to wrestle Eddie.
The Pyro Twins vs. Eddie Crowe and Trent Acid
Referee: Matt Hitchcock
(The bell rings, and Jay starts off the match with Acid. They lock up, and Jay knees Acid in the midsection. He gives him a couple of forearms and whips him into the ropes. Acid slides underneath Jay's legs and grabs a waistlock. Jay elbows Acid in the face to escape, and then kicks him in the midsection. He gives him some more forearms and tags Dusty in. Dusty headbutts him and whips him into the ropes, sending him down with a hard clothesline. He and Jay give Acid a double gourdbuster, followed by the Compactor. Dusty covers and gets a one count. He goes for a vertical suplex, but Acid escapes and dropkicks Dusty into the corner. He gives Dusty some chops and then whips him to the opposite corner. Dusty staggers out, and Acid goes for the Yakuza Kick, but Dusty avoids it and nails a teardrop suplex. Acid crawls to the corner, and Dusty tags Jay back in. They take turns kicking Acid, and then Dusty smacks him. Jay gives him a headbutt and then grabs him by the hair, using it to beel him across the ring. Jay sends him down with a spinning heel kick, and Acid rolls to his corner, quickly tagging Eddie. Jay stops dead when he sees Eddie get in the ring, and Eddie taunts him, telling him to take his best shot. Jay pleads with Eddie, telling him to tag Acid back in. Eddie slaps Jay across the face. Jay holds his cheek, but when he turns back to Eddie he's sent down by a hard right hand. Eddie kicks Jay as he tries to get to his feet and then whips him into the ropes, hitting a belly-to-belly suplex. Eddie bounces off the ropes and hits a flying elbow drop, covering for a one count. Eddie smacks Jay across the head some more and then snapmares him over, kicking him in the spine. He gives him a couple of crossfaces, but Jay doesn't fight back. Eddie taunts him in between slaps and chops. He finally throws him into his own corner, telling him to tag Dusty if that's how it's going to be. Dusty reluctantly tags in and Eddie asks him if he's going to fight. When he doesn't, Eddie spears him into the corner, giving him some shoulder thrusts. He forearms Dusty a couple of times and then whips him to the opposite corner, giving him a running dropkick. He tags Acid back in, and holds Dusty in a front facelock. Acid kicks Dusty in the ribs and then whips him into the ropes. Dusty reverses and hits a back body drop. He clotheslines Acid down and tags Jay in. Jay gives him a belly-to-belly suplex and then locks in a triangle choke. However, Eddie slingshots to the top rope and legdrops Jay to break the hold. Acid tags Eddie, who drives some knees into Jay's head. He gives him a back suplex and then locks in a camel clutch.)
David: The Pyro Twins are being true to their word. They're not hurting Eddie, but it's costing them this match.
Dick: They're basically wrestling a handicap match at this point, because Eddie's always going to be fresh and unharmed. This needs to get back to being a regular match if the Pyro Twins want to pull out the victory.
David: We have to take a quick commercial break, but we'll be right back!
(Commercial Break)
(Acid comes off the top rope with a dropkick to Jay's face. Eddie covers, and gets a two count. He tags Acid and they whip Jay into the ropes, giving him a double flapjack. Acid tries to pick Jay up, but gets a hard right and then a drop toehold, draping him across the second rope. Jay bounces off the ropes and tries to jump down across Acid's back, but Acid moves and Jay crotches himself. Acid gives him a neckbreaker, and Jay straddles the second rope horizontally. Acid hits a springboard moonsault to bring him back down to the mat. Eddie tags in and picks Jay up, giving him a brainbuster. He goes to the top rope and tries a frog splash, but Jay moves. He crawls toward Dusty, but Eddie drops an elbow on Jay to keep him from making the tag. He goes for another brainbuster, but Jay escapes and makes the tag to Dusty. Dusty comes in, and Eddie invites him to go to town. Dusty tells him to tag Acid in, but Eddie dropkicks Dusty's knee. He gives Dusty a snap suplex and then goes to the top rope. He tries a moonsault, but Dusty moves. Dusty tags Jay back in, and before Eddie can even so much as taunt him, Jay charges him and knocks him down with a clothesline. Eddie gets up, surprised, and Jay nails him with furious right hands. He whips him into the ropes and hits a spinning heel kick. He grabs Eddie and knees him in the face a few times and whips him into the corner, charging and hitting a corner spinning heel kick. He gives Eddie a belly to belly suplex and then calls for the Overhaul. He gets Eddie up, but Eddie rakes the eyes. However, before he can get to Acid, Dusty comes in and runs right past him, hitting Acid with a running forearm and sending him to the floor. Dusty jumps down after him and rams him into the guardrail. Eddie gets sent into the corner by a kick from behind from Jay, and gets a backbreaker as he staggers out. Dusty goes to the top rope, and they give Eddie the Mandate of Heaven. Jay covers and gets a two count. They pick Eddie up, but Eddie elbows Jay in the face and gives Dusty a standing enzugiri. Eddie springboards off the second rope but vaults right into a kick from Jay. They give Eddie Final Darkness, and Jay covers, but Acid manages to break it up. He gives Jay a Yakuza Kick and then goes to the top rope. Dusty comes over and crotches him on the top turnbuckle and then goes to the apron. He grabs Acid by the hair and jumps off the apron, pulling Acid with him. Acid sails through the timekeeper's table as Jay waits for Eddie to stagger to his feet. Jay gives him the Overhaul, dropping him right on his head. Jay covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: The Pyro Twins
David: I don't believe it! The Pyro Twins had no intention of letting Eddie get away scot-free! They just showed him how to play mind games!
Dick: They got Eddie confident to the point where he had no fear of either one of them, and he was just dumped on his head by his own brother. He never stood a chance after that!
(Jay gets a mic.)
Jay: Eddie... this is how you survive in wrestling. Your inexperience was your downfall. You say that I'm no longer your brother, yet you still seem to think of me as your brother, and Dusty as your friend... and forget just who the hell we are! We are the Pyro Twins, and Eddie, this little lesson is only the beginning.
(He throws the mic down as "Burning Times" plays. The Pyro Twins leave the ring.)
David: Ominous words from Jay Crowe, and what a way to kick off At Your Own Risk, right here on FSN. Don't go away, because when we come back, a match that was set up after this past week on Go Time. Dreamo vs. Joey Sprinklers is next!
(Commercial Break)
("Hit That" hits and Joey Sprinklers skateboards his way to the ring.)
David: We're back here at At Your Own Risk, live from Cleveland, Ohio! Joey Sprinklers is on his way down the aisle, and he is still looking for his first victory here in MECCA.
Dick: Joey's a great talent, but he hasn't able to find his niche yet.
David: Joey teamed with Dreamo this past Tuesday on Go Time, but after they lost to the Ballard Brothers, Joey challenged him to a match right here tonight.
("Sweet Dreams" hits and Dreamo makes his way to the ring, along with Medea Knight. He has himself wrapped in a blanket, which is being pulled by Medea.)
David: Here comes Dreamo, who looks exhausted already.
Dick: That's not good, considering he has a Tag Team Gauntlet to wrestle later tonight, and a tag title match if he and Delirious should win.
Dreamo vs. Joey Sprinklers
Referee: Keith Young
(FINISH: Dreamo goes into his fury when Medea sets off the alarm clock, and pelts Joey with clotheslines. He lifts him into a fireman's carry and then throws him into the air, dropping him across his own knees. He gives him a belly to back slam and then goes for the Dream Sequence. However, Joey moves out of the way of the senton and dropkicks Dreamo in the back of the head. Medea gets on the apron, but Joey snatches the alarm clock from her. Young tells her to get off the apron as she protests, and Joey waits for Dreamo to get up. He nails him in the face with the alarm clock and then throws it away. He covers, but he's so eager to get the win that he pulls Dreamo too far up when he hooks the leg, and rolls Dreamo over on top of him. Joey can't get out on time, and Dreamo gets the three count.)
Winner: Dreamo
David: Joey came so close to scoring the victory, but he was so overzealous that he rolled Dreamo on top of him!
Dick: Is he unconscious or did he just fall asleep again?
David: Whichever it is, it's a win for Dreamo, and he has some momentum going into the Tag Team Gauntlet later on.
Dick: Look, Joey's still trapped!
(Joey is still struggling under the larger Dreamo, and finally Medea rolls him off. Joey gets up and protests to Young, but Young says it's his final decision.)
Dick: This has to be rock bottom for Joey. He's about to go over the edge.
David: Up next, the Ladies' Champion Lisa Letty and Zoe Alexander will take on Gail Kim and LuFisto from the Dangerous Liaison! We'll be right back.
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Brackish" hits and Gail Kim and LuFisto make their way to the ring, along with Shadow.)
David: We're about to get underway with our ladies' tag team match. Shadow made the challenge on behalf of her teammates Gail Kim and LuFisto, and Lisa Letty and Zoe Alexander have accepted.
Dick: These ladies can't wait to get into the ring and tear each other apart.
David: Look at Shadow out here. You know she's just waiting for the right moment to cause some trouble.
("Edge of Seventeen" hits and Lisa Letty and Zoe Alexander make their way to the ring.)
David: It was rather upsetting to Zoe when she got jumped after her victory over Dangerous Liaison member Misery a few weeks ago.
Dick: Lisa and Zoe decided to band together, and a new team was born here in MECCA. Let's see how they work as a unit.
Lisa Letty and Zoe Alexander vs. LuFisto and Gail Kim
Referee: Nikki Alvarado
(FINISH: During the match, Shadow ends up tripping LuFisto by accident, and Gail tells her not to help anymore. Zoe and LuFisto go at it while Lisa and Gail brawl on the outside. Gail throws Lisa into the guardrail and then gets on the apron. She prepares to dive off onto Lisa, but at that moment Zoe reverses a whip on LuFisto, who crashes into Gail. Gail overshoots Lisa and clotheslines herself on the guardrail. LuFisto staggers right into the Zoetrope. Zoe covers and gets the victory.)
Winners: Lisa Letty and Zoe Alexander
David: What a victory for Lisa and Zoe. They took advantage of some Dangerous Liaison communication and Zoe planted LuFisto for the victory. The Dangerous Liaison seems to have lost a step lately.
Dick: That's big for a newcomer like Zoe to pin a tough girl like LuFisto. If she keeps getting wins like this, she'll be challenging her new partner in no time.
David: Since she's not part of the Dangerous Liaison, I think Lisa would welcome that. The Tag Team Gauntlet starts when we return, fans. Don't go away!
(Commercial Break)
(In the ring, Jared Schrunk is announcing the rules of the Tag Team Gauntlet.)
David: We're back, and the team that gets through this gauntlet will then immediately face the UK Wrecking Crew for the tag titles.
("The Goon's Theme Remix" hits and the Ballard Brothers make their way to the ring.)
David: The Canadian Ballard Brothers are fresh off their first tag team victory this past Tuesday on Go Time, when they beat Dreamo and Joey Sprinklers.
Dick: What a great thing it would be if they were to win the tag titles after this is all over. They would really be on a roll then!
("Pajamarama" hits and the Eccentrics make their way to the ring.)
David: Huh and Cheesecake are hungry for another shot at the tag titles after beating Kaientai DX two times straight in the last month.
Dick: The Eccentrics are former champions together, and who knows? The same could happen here in MECCA.
Tag Team Gauntlet: The Eccentrics vs. The Ballard Brothers
Referee: David Bowers
(FINISH: Cheesecake hits Shannon with the Long Kiss Goodnight as Bowers is getting Huh out of the ring. Shane comes in and kicks Cheesecake in the head, and then attempts to pull a switch. Huh sees it and goes after him. Shane gets to the apron, but Huh grabs him by the hair. He clotheslines Huh across the top rope, and Huh staggers back and falls on his ass, sitting directly on Shannon's chest. He holds his throat as Bowers counts the pinfall.)
Winners: The Eccentrics
David: The Ballards' switch tactic backfired there, as Huh accidentally sat on Shannon for the win.
Dick: Only Huh could win as many matches by accident as he does.
("Entre dos Tierras" hits and Kaientai DX make their way to the ring.)
David: Here comes Kaientai Deluxe, sans David Caldwell, who they fired on Go Time this past Tuesday.
Dick: They'll be worse off for it, you'll see.
David: The fans don't seem to think so.
The Eccentrics vs. Kaientai Deluxe
(FINISH: Teioh and Togo go for a Super Senton with Togo climbing to the shoulders of Teioh, who stands on the second turnbuckle and throws Togo down, but Huh moves out of the way. Togo crashes to the mat and Cheesecake dropkicks Teioh, who goes over the top rope. He gives Togo a spinebuster and then Huh goes to the top rope. Cheesecake climbs up under him and puts him on his shoulders. He pushes Huh off backwards for the moonsault. Huh connects and gets the three count.)
Winners: The Eccentrics
David: The Eccentrics are on a roll right now! Two more victories and they go on to face the UKWC!
Dick: But how much will they have left? These other matches are taking their toll.
(As KDX leaves, David Caldwell comes out and pushes his way past them, smirking and carrying a mic.)
David: What's that little scab doing here?
Caldwell: Well, well, if it isn't my former team, who just lost to the very team that they couldn't take out no matter how much I paid them! Togo, Teioh, you guys are yesterday's news. I've found a team that is going to win this Gauntlet and go on to become MECCA Tag Team Champions. And it's two men you MECCA fans are familiar with!
("Blue Crush - Winning the Rainbow" hits and Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota make their way to the ring.)
David: I don't believe it, Takemura and Sakota are back in MECCA!
Dick: We haven't seen them since the International Invitational, where they had a strong showing representing their home country of Japan.
David: They're with Caldwell now? Is "scab" Japanese for "smart businessman" or something?
The Eccentrics vs. Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota
David: This match is underway, but we have to take a quick break. If it ends in the next four minutes, we'll surely have highlights for you when we return!
(Commercial Break)
(FINISH: Cheesecake and Huh go for the Super Moonsault again on Takemura, but Sakota hits a Roaring Elbow on Cheesecake from the apron. Cheesecake accidentally electric chairs Huh to the mat. Huh staggers up, but Takemura gives him a hurricanrana and holds on for the three count while Caldwell holds Cheesecake's ankle.)
Winners: Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota
David: Takemura and Sakota finally take down the Eccentrics, but they have two more eccentrics to deal with now!
("Hybrid Stigmata" hits and Delirious makes his way to the ring. Dreamo staggers down a minute later, being pushed by Medea Knight.)
David: The energetic Delirious and the lethargic Dreamo have entered the Agora Theatre!
Dick: I don't know what's sadder, these two or the fact that due to being the freshest team in this Gauntlet they could actually win this thing!
Delirious and Dreamo vs. Katsushi Takemura and Keiji Sakota
(FINISH: Dreamo hits the Dream Sequence on Sakota, but then passes out. Takemura tries to pick him up, but Medea sets off the alarm clock. Dreamo small packages Takemura, but he manages to kick out at two. Delirious comes in and dropkicks Takemura from behind, sending him into the corner. Sakota forearms Delirious from behind, but then gets dropkicked out of the ring by Dreamo. Takemura measures Dreamo as he staggers around and charges, but Dreamo decides to yawn and stretch, elbowing Takemura in the face. Takemura staggers back into the Chemical Imbalance #2 from Delirious. Dreamo covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: Dreamo and Delirious
David: Dreamo is on a roll tonight, first with a victory over Joey Sprinklers, and now winning his team a title shot after pinning Takemura!
Dick: Yeah, but this will be Dreamo's third match of the night. We're about to see a slaughter of epic proportions.
("Ironman" hits and the UK Wrecking Crew makes its way to the ring.)
David: Andy Nathans and Jack Fletcher have been in the back watching this whole thing. Now they get to come out fresh as daisies after their challengers wore themselves out.
Dick: Delirious and Dreamo are too stupid to be fatigued. Have fun, UKWC, but don't underestimate these two.
MECCA Tag Team Championship: Delirious and Dreamo vs. The UK Wrecking Crew
Referee: Matt Hitchcock
(FINISH: The UKWC isolate Dreamo for the entire match, but he eventually makes the hot tag to Delirious, who takes down Fletcher with a flying clothesline. He gives him a back body drop and then dropkicks Nathans. He goes for the Chemical Imbalance #2 on Fletcher, but he lands on his feet and hits an enzugiri. Dreamo comes in, but the UKWC beat him down. Nathans places him on the top rope and goes for London Bridge is Falling Down. However, Delirious dropkicks Fletcher into the corner, and he crotches Nathans. Fletcher falls to his back, and Dreamo somersaults over Nathans and powerbombs him onto Fletcher. They make a double cover and get a very close two count. Dreamo goes for the Morning Stretch, but Fletcher gives him a drop toehold onto the second turnbuckle as Delirious gets a flapjack from Nathans. Nathans picks Dreamo up and gives him a brainbuster onto the top turnbuckle. Dreamo topples from the ring and the UKWC hit the Wrecking Ball on Delirious. Fletcher covers and gets the three count.)
Winners: The UK Wrecking Crew
David: The UKWC dominated the already tired team of Delirious and Dreamo, but they had a real close call right there at the end.
Dick: This marks the eighth title defense for Fletcher and Nathans, as well as winning four matches to win the titles in the first place and they're still undefeated as a team.
David: But challengers are still chomping at the bit, and as we saw tonight, all it takes is a half second longer and those belts could be gone. Up next, the match that was originally supposed to take place at the MECCA Challenge. Low Ki takes on Ronin Fox!
("Fighter's Passion" hits and Low Ki makes his way to the ring.)
David: Low Ki made some very unflattering comments about Fox's integrity back in April, and all these months later their paths are finally crossing again.
Dick: Low Ki is defending his spot on the Contender Star here as well, so this is a must-win situation for him as he's coming off a major loss to Nykk at Summer Showdown.
("Wherever I May Roam" hits and Ronin Fox makes his way to the ring.)
David: Ronin Fox is looking to get a shot at the MECCA Championship, and if he can beat Low Ki here he may very well get it.
Dick: Fox wants to show the world what he can do here in MECCA, as he didn't really get the chance before he went out with his leg injury.
Ronin Fox vs. Low Ki
Referee: Keith Young
(The bell rings, and both men circle. Low Ki somersaults and tries to trap Fox's leg, but he dodges. They lock up, and Fox gets an armwringer. He cranks down on the hold and somersaults Low Ki to the canvas. Low Ki kips up to his shoulders and then twists, kicking Fox away and breaking the hold. Ki gives Fox a couple of chops and then a roundhouse kick to the midsection. He whips Fox into the corner and goes for the Tidal Crush, but Fox moves. Ki stops himself and charges Fox's back. Fox senses him coming and ducks, getting the armwringer again. Low Ki tries to roll through, but Fox keeps the hold applied. Ki tries kipping up and kicking Fox again, but Fox moves and Low Ki gets to his feet only to be sent back down with a clothesline. He gives Low Ki a running dropkick and then hits an armdrag, holding on and barring the arm. Ki manages to roll through and give Fox a rising kick. He charges Fox, but gets hiptossed, and Fox applies a short arm scissors. Ki gets a foot on the ropes, and Fox breaks the hold. Low Ki gets up and exchanges chops with Fox before kneeing him in the midsection. Low Ki jumps to the second rope and goes for the Tidal Wave, but Fox ducks and catches his arm, sitting out and driving it into his shoulder on the way down. Fox gives Ki some kicks of his own to the arm, and goes back to the armwringer. Ki counters into an overhand wristlock, and trips Fox to the mat. Fox rolls through to his feet, but Low Ki gives him a snapmare followed by a chop to the back of the neck. Fox tries to get up, but gets kicked in the chest. He grabs Fox's hair and starts with the Kawada Kicks, but Fox breaks his grip and applies a standing crossface, driving Low Ki back into the corner. Young tells him to break the hold, and Ki headbutts Fox as soon as he lets go. He nails a rolling koppo kick out of the corner and covers for a two count. He gives Fox some Mongolian Chops, as well as some knees to the face, and follows up with a dropkick to the head. Ki signals for the Ki Krusher, but Fox counters with an inside cradle for a two count. Ki tries a back elbow, but Fox ducks and dropkicks Low Ki, who goes back into the corner. Fox charges and goes for Around the World in 18 Seconds. However, before he can get his first corner clothesline, Ki explodes out of the corner with a spinning wheel kick. Fox gets up in an adjacent corner, and Low Ki goes for the Tidal Crush. Fox sees him coming and waistlocks Ki, taking him back into the corner. He lifts him for a back suplex but then dumps him over the top rope. Ki hits the floor, and Fox bounces off the ropes, hitting a tope. Both men lay motionless.)
David: Fox just went flying and took out Low Ki with that tope! We hate to interrupt this, but we have to take a quick break. We'll be right back!
(Commercial Break)
(Back from break, Low Ki and Fox are fighting in the first row. Low Ki is giving him repeated Kawada Kicks, and Fox is dazed. Young tries to get them back in the ring, but Ki shoves him away. Fox retaliates with some rights, but Low Ki ducks a clothesline and Fox takes out a security guard. Ki lifts Fox and drops him across the guardrail, and then he jumps over to ringside, clearing off the timekeeper's table and scattering officials. He sets Fox up on the table, and Young warns Low Ki that he's going to disqualify him. Ki gets on the apron and tries a double stomp through the table, but Fox moves. Low Ki crashes through the table, and Fox gets his bearings. After a minute or so, he picks Low Ki up, but Ki bites his nose. Fox backs up against the guardrail, and Low Ki goes for a roundhouse kick. Fox moves, and Low Ki takes out a fan. Ki turns around but gets poked in the eye by Fox. Fox whips him into the post and then rolls him into the ring. He goes for a tiger buster, but Low Ki resists it. However, Fox headbutts him between the shoulder blades and then hits the move. Low Ki rolls to the corner in a sitting position, and Fox charges with a dropkick. Ki moves, and Fox crotches himself on the post. Fox rolls off the ropes in pain and sits in the corner. Low Ki charges and leaps to the second rope, tipping up and coming down with a double stomp across Fox's chest. Fox gets to his feet, but Low Ki hits a Saito Suplex. He signals for the Ki Krusher, and sets Fox up for it. However, Fox sprawls out and Ki can't hook his leg. Ki knees Fox in the face a couple of times, but Fox keeps sprawling out and backing toward the corner. He finally counters with a drop toehold, sending Ki into the second turnbuckle. He gets up, and Fox takes him Around the World in 18 Seconds. He bounces off the ropes and goes for the Tail End, but Low Ki throws him off, only to have Fox hit a standing enzugiri. He hits a reverse tiger suplex, holding onto the arms and bridging for a two count. He immediately segues into a cross armbreaker, but Low Ki manages to get to the ropes. Fox picks him up and whips him into the ropes, hitting a hiptoss into a suplex. He goes to the top rope, but Low Ki hits the Tidal Crush, kicking Fox in the head. Fox drops onto the turnbuckles and Low Ki goes up after him. Fox fights him and manages to send him down to the mat with a European Uppercut. Fox turns around and goes for the Fox Fire, but Ki resists and doesn't go down with the move and Fox lands on his feet, holding Ki for the reverse DDT. Ki knees him in the face a couple of times and then flips over Fox's shoulders, reversing the standing facelock. He immediately turns Fox over into the Dragon Clutch. Fox fights it for about twenty seconds, but is forced to tap out.)
Winner: Low Ki
David: Low Ki wins the match, and protects his spot on the Contender Star.
Dick: Low Ki shows that he's still a strong contender for the MECCA Championship, putting away Fox in his first big singles match since he returned from his injury.
(Low Ki puts his bandana back on and decides to pose while standing on Fox's back. After a few moments, Fox trips him and spins around him, kneeing him in the head. He makes a grab for him, but Low Ki rolls out of the ring.)
David: Low Ki got a little too cocky there. Fox wasn't as out of it as he seemed.
Dick: Well, Fox will have to continue his quest to get on the Contender Star against someone else, because Low Ki doesn't look to be giving up his spot for anybody.
David: Ladies and gentlemen, after the break, the main event will begin. Four Corner Chaos for the MECCA Championship, but before we cut to break, let's take a look at how Nykk came to have three challengers for this match.
(A video package is shown, highlighting how Alan Mayse, Kevin Stone and Cynric got their title shots, as well as the tag team match from the 9/20 Go Time.)
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, the bell rings and Jared Schrunk is in the ring.)
Jared: Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us this evening for At Your Own Risk, presented by the Midwestern Establishment of Competitive Combat Arts, both for those of you here live, and for those of you tuning in across the nation on FSN! This is our main event, a Four Corner Chaos Match for the MECCA Heavyweight Championship! In this match, it is every man for himself, with only two in the ring at the same time. When a tag is made, a double team move must be performed successfully within a five count for the new man to remain legal. The first fall will end the match and determine the champion.
("Soul Creation" hits and Cynric makes his way to the ring.)
David: Cynric was reinstated to the Contender Star after C.M. Punk left MECCA, and then managed to beat Low Ki on Go Time to earn this shot.
Dick: I wonder how Fox feels that he was passed over for a spot on the Contender Star while his brother was reinstated.
("Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)
David: The man with a heart the size of a basketball, Alan Mayse actually managed to pin Nykk in a non-title victory.
Dick: Alan has had a tough time getting his hands on gold here in MECCA, but two of his title victories in RCW came in a four-way situation. This could be his kind of match.
("At the End of the Rainbow" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)
David: Kevin Stone was the man who took Cynric's spot on the Contender Star back in July, and he's been on a rampage ever since, not losing one singles match. Katie Piehl had punished him for his unprovoked attack on her, but she finally had to give in and give him his title shot.
Dick: That's right. Ms. Piehl was mixing business with her own emotions, and it's not right. Kevin should have gotten this shot long ago.
("Destroy" hits and Nykk makes his way to the ring.)
David: Nykk has been a fighting champion, and is just coming off two grueling feuds against C.M. Punk and Low Ki. He has to be worn down.
Dick: Especially with being one of the owners of MECCA. This could be the right time for someone to come along and pick him off.
Jared: Ladies and gentlemen, the challengers... first, from Cincinnati, Ohio... weighing in at 235 lbs... Cyyyyyynriiiic! From Bellbrook, Ohio, and weighing in at 228 lbs... Alaaaan Maaaayse! From Bowling Green, Ohio, and weighing in at 265 lbs... Keviiiiin Stooooone! And from Bellbrook, Ohio... weighing in at 225 lbs... he is the MECCA Heavyweight Champion... this is Nyyyyyykk!
Four Corner Chaos for the MECCA Championship: Nykk vs. Cynric vs. Alan Mayse vs. Kevin Stone
Referee: David Bowers
(The bell rings, and Cynric insists on starting it out with Kevin Stone. Alan and Nykk oblige him, and Cynric locks up with Stone. Stone gives him a sucker shot and then knees him in the midsection. He hits Cynric with rights and then whips him into the ropes. Cynric slides underneath his legs and headbutts him in the groin by "accident" on his way through. As Kevin holds himself in pain, Cynric sweeps his legs and covers for a one count. He gives Stone some roundhouse kicks and Stone backs into a corner. Alan tags himself in, and Cynric pushes against Kevin's face to hold him in place while Alan kicks him in the midsection. He whips Kevin to the opposite corner, but Kevin reverses. Stone charges, but Alan moves out of the way. Alan goes to the outside and tries a springboard dropkick, but Kevin catches him and throws him back to his feet, flattening him with a clothesline. David: Nykk thought he was going to be smart and stay out of this match as much as possible, but he's been tricked into the ring and now he can't get out.
Dick: It was a sound strategy, but Nykk underestimated the smarts of Alan Mayse yet again.
David: Our champion's in trouble, but we have to take a break. We'll be right back!

David: The other three have pretty much singled out Alan Mayse and are keeping him grounded while working on the neck.
Dick: Now the big man is in there, and he could finish off what he started if he hits the Stone Cutter.

Winner: Nykk
David: Nykk has done it! He survived Four Corner Chaos!
Dick: What a smart ploy by Nykk. He sacrificed himself to take Alan Mayse out of the match, and then waited until both Cynric and Stone were winded before moving in for the kill.
