The primary identification of this issue is the placement of the hang tag in the front area of the Meanie, being placed in the ear, front foot or eyebrow area. There are fabric differences and some structural differences, and tag variations, but the tag placement is the first thing you look for in this issue. You can also see that some of these Meanise are plush. |
