Her arrival was 10 days late, but still just as exciting! Her Daddy, Nanny L. and Grampy C. we're all moving us, as I was at our new place going about my normal business and Babysitting the boys that live here too. When little Emma Boo decided today was goign to be the day she was goign to arrive.
She weighed in at 7lbs 14 oz, and measured 21 1/4 in long. When she was 5 days old she had a check up at the hospital, and weighed in at 7lbs 10 oz, and Measured in at 22 in long
At 2 weeks old ?she had her two week check up with our family doctor, doctor Silver, out in Petitcodiac. She weighed in at 9lbs 1 oz. and measured 22 3/4 in long.
3 weeks old the public health nurse did a home visit. Emma weighed in at 9 lbs even.
5 weeks old another visit from the public health nurse and Emma weighed in at 10lbs.
Emma is now 6 weeks old and waiting for her next check up. But she continues to grow like a little weed!
She has also completed all tasks up to 3 months old... so she is developing at a very high level! Smart as a whip!!!
Emma just recently has begun her journey into the amazing first in her life... She has her first tooth breaking thru, Just turned 4 months old on January 26th... Has travelled to Newfoundland on a Plane, and has gotten to meet most of her family over there! She has started to giggle out loud, and is now reaching for her toys. She is also sitting up by herself almost... Her never ending journey through learning new things everyday are exciting for us here to watch, and she does keep us on our toes! What ever will she do next?
Well Emma has taken a step into the world of a 5 month old as of february 26th. And as a celebration she has gotten her ears pierced. YAY EMMY
