Reviews and Photos from past productions:
"The Publick Theatre's 'As You Like It'...is at least the equal of any I've seen in celebrated venues around the USA and in England, and one of the best Shakespeare Productions I've seen in Boston in decades...the fact that small parts like Phebe (Meaghan Boeing)...are played brilliantly makes the second half...build to a satisfying finale...Ciaran Crawford as Silvius and Meaghan Boeing as Phebe play out a beautifully bucolic version of courtly love...playing these characters in a way that makes us care for them ignites Act Five, and 'As You Like It's' final scene sparkles as brightly as fireworks over the Charles River on the Fourth of July."

"The emphasis here [is on] competent and amiable performances by a mixed Equity cast.  What makes the production so enjoyable is how balanced the ensemble is.  There isn't a bad performance, and a number are first rate."

- Robert Nesti, Boston Herald
"The Publick Theatre's production [of "As You Like It"] is so buoyant and dazzling that it's pure pleasure from start to finish...Diego Arcinegas seems to have urged his splendid cast to find the warmth and geniality of these eccentric folk...The joyousness and freedom that every player exhibits are unmistakable, making this a rousing good time for all."

- Sally Cragin, Boston Globe
"The Lyric Stage Company...produced an eye-popping, ear-pleasing 'Sunday in the Park with George,' an immense achievement for local theatre."

"The consummate professionalism and ensemble artistry of the actors and designers takes the small-theatre scene to a new level...this fine collection of voices which, like the painting, comes together with stirring effect in the enesmble numbers, but also shines in the details."

Ed Siegel, The Boston Globe
"Actors Meaghan Boeing and Amir Miodovnik try to reconcile loneliness and lust in Steven Berkoff's 'Lunch,' and love and memory in Harold Pinter's 'Night'...Both of the actors display a wide range of emotions as they make the quick transformations that the play ['Lunch'] demands.  In minutes, Boeing shifts from flirtatiousness to self-destructiveness."

"The Publick ensemble brings a joie de vivre [to "Pirates of Penzance"] that gives the comedy a crescendo...this ship would sink without the chorus members, all of whom remain completely committed to their comic characters throughout the show."

"The Major-General's daughters, here seven in number, all but steal the show with their baby-step marching and military turns and the way they flirt with the pirates."

     -
Jeffrey Gantz, The Boston Phoenix
"The Jets and Sharks throw off plenty of sparks in the energetic Worcester County Light Opera Company production of "West Side Story"--especially meaghan boeing, whose performance as Maria is really something to sing about...all the numbers more than held their own.  And they did a lot more than that in the songs where ms. boeing was featured.  She has a beautiful and well trained soprano voice...her voice fully conveyed the character she was playing."

"No stranger to the musical stage, Boeing commands immediate attention with a powerful voice...Boeing's pure voice never falters..."Sound of Music" is filled with an impressive cast and is well worth the journey into the hills of Worcester.

Wachusett's production features Meaghan Boeing as Maria, and she does the role credit with a combination of vulnerability and strength, both in her acting and her singing.  It's difficult to imagine anyone but Julie Andrews in this role, but Boeing is strong and convincing from the start.
