This adorable baby was born January 2008 and is about two months old. He will be weaned and halter trained. His mother Angel seems so proud. Her father Inca, keeps a watchful eye. Llamas are very easy keepers. They do not require much dry feed but enjoy good grass or hay and of course fresh water. They are very easy to train and very affectionate. This little llama will be able to go when he is about three months old and weaned. He will be halter broke and trained to lead. They make wonderful care free pets and don't require much room. They can be trained to pull a cart and some people train them to be ridden. For myself, I just enjoy their personality and companionship. |
