ON MY WEBSITE(S) I will be sharing with you a lot of things. That includes my online portfolio, stats/booking info, this personal bio, links to other websites (including my MSN one), "archived" portfolio photos & snapshots from previous contests/personal outings that you may find entertaining (or interesting?). The latter mentioned photos will only be on my private MSN web group (there is a link to apply for (free) membership, but please finish reading this page first!) By checking out all of my photos you'll be able to see what all you may have already missed out on. Plus, it'll help you to identify me when you're able to make it to the next event I am involved in.
A few quick (PERSONAL) FACTS (for those who care): I am an Oregon Native, born & raised, All American Girl. My horoscope sign is Leo (same as my girl, Madonna). I am the oldest, and yet the tiniest, of 3 girls (no boys!) born to my parents. I have no brothers. Sadly, I now have "only" 1 cat (out of 3, who is "adopted" from my sister, 3 girls = 3 cats originally...). Shortly following the loss of my (own) kitty, I became an aunt & then AGAIN. So, now there are 2 boys in our family! They are precious too, of course, & are absolute dolls. I totally adore them- even if they can make me go CRAZY!! Munchkin Monsters. "Boys".
BACKGROUND: All my life I've loved music. I mean, REALLY loved music. It's able to affect moods- it's extremely powerful & intoxicating. "MUSIC is my anti-drug". Needless to say- I've been a dancer ever since I can remember- even if it wasn't formalized with any lessons. In high school I finally got to take dance classes. That's also when I became a "club girl"... hitting the downtown Portland scene every weekend. But only since the past few years was I a "Go-Go Dancer" who actually worked for the dance clubs (i.e. got PAID for it).
I started competing in (local NW) Hawaiian Tropic pageants (and other contests including Ms. Venus Swimwear) in 1999. That first year I won the title of "Miss Hawaiian Tropic, NW Oregon". Since then I started modeling, off & on (part-time as a freelance model). That includes doing promotional work. All of that has really made me comfortable onstage & in front of large crowds. I actually prefer performing onstage (not eye-level). Not that I don't get anxiety attacks, sometimes, beforehand though (stage fright? Butterflies?) but that's just part of me & who I am. No matter what though, I manage to work through it & "do my thing". I can be quite a ham- I know I belong in the entertainment industry.
