Strategy:
Follow the corridor untill you reach the door. Place a claymore mine 10 feets away from the door and go inside. Pick up the rope and enter the door.
Run upstairs and when you reach the fourth level start trowing stun grenades. Don't stop trowing stun grenades until they're over (wait for the white glow to disappear to trow another). If a guard appears in front of you, use punches instead of shooting him.
After the staircase, clim the ladder that takes you to the roof. After the presentation, equip the rope and walk up, near the grid.
