Strategy:
Go downstairs using chaff grenades to confuse the cameras. You must get in the elevator.
Before you call it, let the fa-mas selected and equip the thermal googles. Press the button and get in the elevator. Four guards will appear wearing optical camuflage.
Before you start shooting, get near one of them and press square while holding the d-pad to any side. This way you'll trow the guard on the others and they'll fall. Wait for a guard to get up and press suare to grab him, then press suare several times to kill him. Or you can use the Fa-mas. If the 4 guards get up at once, throw them on the floor again.
Tip:
If you don't have the Thermal googles yet, you don't need to go back to the Hangar. Go back to the Nuke Building and go to B2. Go down the corridor and turn left. You'll find the thermal googles on the first room on the left.
