Strategy:
After defeating sniper wolf, you will be caught by surprise when you try to enter the door. Snake wakes up in the torture room. When the torture begins, press circle several times to recover your health.
To give up, press select. If you die here, there will be no continue.
In the jail, wait for Campbell to call and talk to him. Then call Otacon (you don't have to). Wait until the guard runs to the bathroom. Otacon will appear and give you some itens. When he goes away, quickly hide under the bed. The guard will think you have scaped and will enter the cell loking for you. When the guard gets to the middle of the cell, get out from under the bed and run to the exit. Then, wait for the guard to get out and kill him.
Pick up the itens in the torture room. Press L2 and see if there aren't any bombs in your itens. If there is, hold L2 and press circle to dispose of it. Enter the door. Take the elevator and go to the first floor. Go to the Canyon. Now you must go all the way back to the place where you fought sniper wolf. Now you can enter the door.
