Strategy:
Head to the central area, where you can see two spotlights. Turn left dodging the lights. Walk straight up, where there is a guard sleeping and a camera. Get near the guard by the right side and lean on the wall. Walk toward him, while still leaning on the wall. When you get close to the air duct, press X and enter quickly.
