Strategy:
On the vent, go straight foward and turn right. After talking with Master, follow the mice to reach the exit.
Dodge the guards and climg the stairs on the left side of the room. Watch out for the camera. Use the bridge to go to the other side and get into the small room. Dodge the camera and take the Socom.
Get back downstairs and take the elevator. Go to B1.

It's possible to hind under the tanks in this area.
Tip:
Try picking up some rations before going to the next area.
