Strategy:
Press X and go crawling below the pipe. Walk foward and lean on the wall to see the guard. When he turns to the right, go right.
Lean on the box and look at the central corridor. When the guard turns right, run to the other side.
Near the elevator, turn right and hide behind the white "car".
Choose a corner to stay and use triangle to see if there are any guard coming. If someone gets near you, hide in the other corner.
When the elevator gets down, wait for the guard to move and get into it.
Tip:Try killing guards to collect rations. In the extreme mode this is the only way to get them.
