Commander room
Strategy:
Dodge the cameras and use the PAL key on the computers in the center of the room. The first access code will be confirmed.
Go downstairs and go back to the place where you fought Raven the second time. Equip the PAL key and wait till it gets cold. Press L2 every now and then to see if it's cold already.
When the key turns blue, get back to the comander room on the top of MGR. Walk near the second computer and use the key. The second code is confirmed.
Now go back all the way to the furnace, and wait for the key to warm up. When it turns red, go back to the commander room. Use the key on the third computer and the third access code will be confirmed...
After the presentation, equip the oxigen mask and call Otacon. He'll say for you to wait. Wait. After a while he'll open the door. Get out of the room and follow the man without t-shirts.
