Strategy:
As soon as the alarm rings, equip the socom and shoot the first guard. Run to the other side of the corridor with the socom armed.
Now you must go all the way down again. At the solid ground use the stairs to get to the green liquid. Start searching for the PAL key, but don't take too long cause your energy bar decreases fast. Thermal googles can't help you to find the key, but can help you find hidden itens.
After you find the key, climb MGR again and get inside the commander room. Watch out for the camera at the front.
