Strategy:
Walk to the end of the hallway and clim the ladder. On the vent, use triangle to look down through the grids. Look down at the last one.
After the presentation, wait for the door to open and get out of the cell.
When the guard comes, take the ammo and run to the top left side of the screen, near the door. This way you can get all guards at once with the socom shots. If you run out of ammo, use square to grab the guards.
Use the elevator and go to B2.
Tip:
If you have more than 12 bullets, pick up just one ammo box and save the other for later, so you don't waste good ammo.
