Sikana is the twin sister of Tyra Iceracer Flashblade, and the little sister to both Nosedive and Wildwing Flashblade. She generally goes by Dicer, but when things get on the serious side the ducks call her Sikana. Dicer and her sister Racer were separated from their two older brothers shortly after Dragonus attacked and killed their parents. The twins, learning from Nosedive, were sent spinning off to Earth one day (after the others had already arrived) when they had been pushing all the buttons they could on a mystery machine.
Dicer is married to Duke and they have three kids: Eric, Lucheea, and Ali. Dicer and Duke have a very close relationship and are very much in love, though they don't always show it. Dicer is very close to her sister (in fact, due to some sort of freaky twin thing, they can comunicat telepathically). She has her own unique personallity and she and her sister have a tendency to pull semi-dangerous pranks (such as gluing Wildwing's mask to his face with superglue). Dicer is a great hockey player too. She may seem a little psycho sometimes, but that's just her way. All in all, she's an AWESOME duck!
