Our home has an open floorplan with cathedral ceilings, which makes the home very bright and cheery. Our home includes a spacious living room with a separate little nook area, with two comfortable chairs, that can be used for reading or late night relaxation. The living room has two sofas, one with a pull-out full size bed. It also offers a TV, DVD player and VCR. Our dining area is easily accessible from the kitchen and has a dimmer light as well as benches and a wooden high chair that can be put up to the table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities that a kitchen needs (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc.). We also have a washer and dryer available and provide an initial set of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent & fabric softener sheets, and cleaning supplies.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, two dressers, and a night table with an alarm clock and a reading lamp. The second bedroom has a full size bed, closet, dresser, a sitting chair, and a night table with an alarm clock and a reading lamp. The third bedroom has two twin size beds, closet, dresser, and a night table with an alarm clock and a reading lamp.
Our home also offers a newly renovated spacious bathroom as well as an outside enclosed shower and dressing area for your convenience. We also have a separate locked storage area for beach chairs, bikes, strollers, etc. We have a covered front porch with a table and six chairs for dining or relaxing. We offer offstreet parking for three vehicles on the side of the house. We have central air conditioning as well as fans in all rooms except the bathroom for the days that you have that nice sea breeze coming through. We are a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk, in an area where the beach is plentiful and there are lifeguards on duty. Finally, our home is smoke and pet free!
