Parents and Students,

We hope everyone had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. Now that November is ending we are moving ahead into Christmas. Christmas in kindergarten is a very busy time as you can imagine and excitement grows as we count down the days until Christmas. Our Christmas vacation this year is from December 23rd through January 2nd.

Our themes in December will be the sights, smells, and sounds of Chrismas. Gingerbread activites, caroling parties, sweatshirt painting, ornaments, and parties. We will have a Christmas party on December 21st. Each student needs to bring a gift, the girls a gift for a girl and the boys bring a gift for a boy. Cost should not exceed $5.00. We will also be painting sweatshirts to wear Christmas carolling around town. Each student needs to send in $5.00 for this activity. Any parents who could volunteer for a few hours to help Mrs. Kloeppel with this activity would be welcome.

The letters we will work on in December are T and E.

A Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year.

Mrs. Garvey and Ms. Bryson
