Old Business * Reviewed minutes from the last meeting * Discussed a few rule changes to clarify them. . List may be hard to fill on Mondays due to A and B league both playing that night. Pleasant and Green Camp could have DH on Mondays because they have lights. * Tournament site are as follows: July 9th - 15th . * A League River Valley at Waldo school and park, draw is at Waldo school field 6/29 @8:45pm * B League Prospect at the Park, draw will be at the park shelter house 6/24 @2:00pm * C League Ridgedale, draw will be at the lower field on 6/24 @ 7:00pm * D League Pleasant, draw will be at the T-Ball field on 6/28 @ 8:45pm * The top 4 teams from league play will be seated and the remaining teams will be put in on a blind draw. Host schools will line up the umpires for the tournament. * Fall League: we will try to have a 10U league this year to go with our 12U and 14U league. The 10U league will be played at Pleasant. This league will start on Aug 26 and go through Oct 7 with the 14 and 21 of Oct used as rain dates. No games will be on Labor Day weekend. A fall, August 20, meeting will take place to organize and schedule games. * Next meeting will be Monday, April 23, 2001 @RVMS cafeteria, 7:00pm. Reps will need the following: (1). Rosters, (2). Dues if not paid yet. Schedules and Rules will be passed out at this meeting. |
