8U- several rules changes were suggested from RV based on some other area league rules
1) If the batter fouls off the last pitch and is not caught, an additional pitch(es) shall be given until batter hits or strikes out. Tami motion, Keith 2nd, motion passed 5-0

3) Last Batter Rule: when the 10th batter comes to the plate, there are automatically 2 outs on that team. The inning is over upon the first out during that play. Phil made a motion, Teena 2nd, motion passed 5-0
4) A batted ball that hits the coach pitcher is a foul ball, runners go back and it counts as a pitch. Motion was made by Tami, Teena 2nd, motion passed 5-0.
5) Outfielders must throw the ball to an infielder to make a play on a runner. Motion by Teena, Phil 2nd, motion passed 5-0.
