| Conduct |
All the students are required to be polite and well-behaved
with their teachers, college staff and class mates.
Student's fond using abusive language in the college premises will
be dropped from the college without any consideration.
Student involved in damaging college property are bound tom pay
ten -times the actual damage cost.
Students who damage college property collectively are required to
pay ten times the actual damage cast collectively. |
| Computer
system and networks |
| Students, who are provided access to college computer facilities
and to the campus wide communication network, must assume responsibility
for their appropriate use. College aspects students to be honest,
responsible and civil in the use of computers, networks and electronic
mail. Students who are provided access to inter net to communicate
about the latest developments inventions and innovations are accepted
to abide by all the rules and regulations. |
| Academic
Honesty |
| Students are expected to submit their own work to meet course
requirements to students suspected of academic of dishonesty or
assisting others with academic dishonesty in any form, any subject
to review and disciplinary action by college administration board. |
| Attendance
Policy |
regular attendance is necessary for proper learning and mental
development .by staying upset and coming late, students waste their
p[personal time and money and also become a course of trouble for
others serious minded students .
no student is allowed become late in the class or the lab for any
reason.
Students with more than 10% absence in semester are not allowed
to sit in the final examination and must repeat the semester by
paying the full semester fees. A fine of Rs: 200 per day are charged
if a students stays absent for one day.
Sick leaves are allowed only with proper proof of sickness and medical
requirements for staying in bed.

and Evaluation |
| Testing and evaluation process is given great importance all.
Tests are scrutinized. Student involved in using unfair means are
expelled from the college at once and no chance is given any reason
whatsoever. |
| Make-Up
Tests |
| Make-up tests are approved only for those students who miss the
final examination because of a serious illness or other compelling
emergency reasons that are documented. these tests are not approved
for students who miss the examination because of negligence, miss
information, lack of preparation are vocation. |
| Supplimentry
Tests |
| In the process of testing and evaluation, students who are unable
to pass the semester test have a chance to re-appear in the supplementary
tests. |
| Marks
Improvement and Paper Re-checking |
| In the testing and evaluation system at our colleges, students
who secure lower grades in the examination and wish to improve their
marks can reappear in the test for the improvements of their grades
and G.P.A students have any doubt about their test evaluation and
want any of their paper to be rechecked, such students have an option
of paper rechecking. |
| Cheating
Cases |
| A few students sometimes get involved in using unfair means during
tests and examinations. any students found cheating strictly be
treated by the college administration board and could be expelled
from the college. |
| Final
Grade Compution |
| As mentioned earlier, the evaluation of student's achievements
is based of class tests and lab assignments and project and thesis
student must take all the exam and assignments in time. |

Final Grade is Computed as Follows: |
90%-100% grade-A+ GPA 4
80%-90% grade-A GPA 4
70%-79% grade-B GPA 3
60%-69% grade-C GPA 2
50%-59% grade-D GPA 1
Below 50% fail and GPA 0 |
| Merit
Scholarship |
- Merit Scholarships are awarded to academically extraordinary
students.
- A student who earns a position amongst the top 20 in any Board
or University is offered full fee scholarship.

| Promotion
Requirements |
- Students are expected to work hard and to participate activity
in classes and lab assignments.
- Students must take all their scheduled tests and earn a GPA
of at least 1.5 to get promoted into the next semester.
- Students must also pass all papers separately to qualify for
a promotion.
- To earn a Diploma or a Degree, students must earn a GPA of
2.0 or above
