| The technical support department offers technical help
to students facing difficulty in solving problems and their jobs
students seeking help must contact the technical support department
between 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm every working day at the NCCS campus. |
| Practical
Training Program |
| The practical training program of our college offer a unique opportunity
to learn and get practical work experience students are encourage
to work as lab instructors, teaching assistants and software training
programmer during last three semesters of their studies students
with such practical experience have for more opportunities to excel
in life interested students are advised to contact the placement
office for their immediate placement in our staff-training program. |
| Workshops
and Seminars |
| Workshops and seminars are conducted on a regular basis to keep
our students up-to-date with the constantly changing word of computer
science. Tuition fee for each workshop with an average duration
of four hours lectures and two hours of lab practical is Rs:1500pe/-per
person. Students of our colleges are allowed to attend these workshops
free of cost. Advertisement for these workshops is published in
daily "DIN". |
| Placement
Office |
The placement office of the colleges is housed at the campus of
National College of computer sciences, 52-L Gulberg III, Lahore.
The work of this office is to find jobs for student by maintains
a close liaison with prospective employers, sending resumes to job
openings advertised in various newspapers, etc.
Students interested in using the services of the placement office
must submit their complete resume, academic testimonials and photographs
at least one semester prior to completing their studies, so that
an appropriate position can be found for them. |
| Refresher
Courses |
| All students are allowed to retake a course that he/she has studied
but did not completely comprehend. Students desirous of joining
refresher courses must have attended the classes regularly and punctually. |
| Immigration
to Canada |
| Canada is offering Immigration and nationalization to foreign
Nationals, providing a great opportunity for students desirous of
seeming a carrier abroad. For immigration purpose, Compuer sciences
have one of the highest scores. The immigration office of the National
Group offers free services to all students for filing an application
for immigration. Students desirous to apply must contact the office
at lest one year before completing their studies. However these
services will remain available to all current students and alumni.
