December 2006: "Dawn ties the Knot" From YourTv.Com.Au Lucy Davis, the actress who plays Dawn, has tied the knot in real life with her partner, Welsh actor Owain Yeoman, in a ceremony at St Paul's Cathedral, London. Several of Davis's former co-workers from The Office turned out for the wedding, including Martin Freeman, whose character Tim harboured a secret crush on Dawn; Mackenzie Crook, who played office oddball Gareth; and Joel Beckett, who played Dawn's loser boyfriend Lee. The Office writer Stephen Merchant was also in attendance, as was Davis's father, British comedian Jasper Carrott.
