HELEN’S VIVA LA CHICKEN

 

Ingredients:

3 Chicken Breasts (cooked) or 3 cups canned chicken

12-15 corn tortillas

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of cheddar cheese soup (optional)

1 can 7 oz. mild green chili salsa

1 cup milk

Grated cheese for topping

 

Directions:

 

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Cut tortillas into wedges or 1” squares. Mix liquid ingredients and add chicken and tortillas. Top with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

 

Serves 8-10
