| Michelle started building the control panel box first. It is made out of 16mm MDF. She used a straight edge to make straight cuts with the circular saw. Once the pieces of the box were cut and sanded, she then glued them together with a hot glue gun then screwed them into place. I used a wood chisel to cut out the recesssed piece under the joystick (there was a router under the christmas tree bought for me by my hubby) but I wasn't sure how to use it so i decided to use a chisel instead. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The control panel was made with and IPAC2 and two T-stick Plus joysticks from ultimarc. The buttons came from Happ Controls. It was abit pricey getting them shipped from the US and the UK and paying for the $US conversion rate to the Aussie $, but it was totally worth it. Brett wired the control panel and Michelle couldn't wait to test it. Testing out the control panle before the rest of the cabinet was built nearly stopped production from continuing but we pushed ahead anyway. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
