My husband and I have been married for 23 years, and we have 2 children, Kirtis 19 and Ashley 9. We got our start in Boer Goats about a year ago, when we bought our daughter a bottle fed baby named (LUCY). Then we bought us a few percentages , and now we have added some Fullbloods and Nubians. We recently bought 45 acres right across from our home, and it is the perfect place for raising goats, and now we have plenty of room to increase our herd. The land that we bought was an old home place, and it already had several old barns, and sheds on it. So we were able to do a little work to them, and they are now being used to shelter our goats. We are enjoying all of our NEW KIDS that have been born this January and February, and love spending time up at the barn taking care of, and learning lots of new stuff everyday about the Boer Goat business. |
