More Chicago 2

(Mom, click on a picture to see the full size image!)

I drove into Chicago, the traffic was pretty slow, even though it was 1:30 on a Saturday when I drove in.  Here is a picture of the traffic:

Chicago.jpg (173189 bytes) A view from the car.

Chicago2.jpg (177232 bytes) Another view from the car.

There was a toll booth.  It was $0.40 cents both ways.  That would be about $25 dollars a month.  I don't think that is as much as the tool booth over the SF gate bridge.

I kind of think the Elevated train system is ugly.  I think if it wasn't for that Chicago would be a better looking city.  It is so weird how it goes right over the streets!

ElevatedTrain.jpg (175434 bytes) You can see part of the elevated train that goes past these beautiful building.

ElevatedTrain2.jpg (174484 bytes) This is a terrible picture with the flash, but its the only picture I took of the train.

I want to watch all the movies about Chicago now, to see if I was where they filmed the move.

Chicago:

My aunt bought Megan and I tickets to see the symphony and so that is one of the main reasons why I drove into town.  Here is the symphony center:

ChicagoArtInstitue.jpg (179104 bytes)  Chicago Art Institute (across the street from the symphony center).

McDonalds.jpg (178011 bytes) This is where I work.  I set the camera on my car.
