Paris, France

Orleans and Paris were the second places we visited on our Europe trip. Paris is a beautiful place. The only thing bad about it is it's very dirty, but it is a place for lovers. There isn't one corner you can't find some couple making out right in front of you. They don't care. It's true they don't like Americans too much, but as long as you try to speak their language, they'll give ya a break.

This is the Hall of Mirrors at the Chateau of Versaille. This is where the peace treaty was signed at the end of the French Revolution.

This is the back side of the chateau. It is a huge place. This picture doesn't show the entire thing. This was the summer home of the kings while they lived in The Louvre through out the year. It was built by Louis XIV.

Here is the front and back view of Notre Dame. It was a lot more impressive on the outside then on the inside. The inside just looked like any other cathedral. From the back view, you can see Notre Dame's flying buttresses.

The Arch de Triumph. It was awesome just to see it. The street around it has no lines. You couldn't pay me to drive on it.

Hard Rock Cafe Paris. We got to eat there. It was nice to have some real food while we were there. Their food is ok, but nothing is like American food.

This is the inside of the "Choeur du Sacre'-Couer" or The Sacred Heart Basillica. Whenever the pope comes to Paris, this is where he stays.

Eiffel Tower

Inside the Eiffel Tower elevator, looking up.

Crystal, me and Mary on the Eiffel Tower. The 3 beret ladies.

The front of The Louvre museum. It was absolutely huge. We spent 3 hrs there and we only got to see half of one level. There are 4 levels.

Mona Lisa

Aphrodite, also known as Venus de Milo

Our last night in Paris, we got to ride on a ferrie around the Seine river. Here is the Eiffel Tower all lit up at night. This is what it looked like for the millineum celebration. It was an awesome site.
